The purpose of this article is to study the features of the passage of ultrasonic vibrations through inhomogeneous biological media. To achieve the goal, a mathematical model for the propagation of ultrasonic vibrations in heterogeneous media has been developed, and clinical studies have been carried out. It is shown that the proposed calculation method can be used to evaluate the passage of ultrasonic vibrations through inhomogeneous biological media. Recommendations on the choice of topographic landmarks of ultrasound exposure for noninvasive sanitation of urological catheters are made.

The article presents an approach to minimizing the impact of automotive production on the natural environment, while minimizing the consumption of resources due to adequate planning of waste generation volumes in the workplace and the development of their life cycle processes at the stage of preparing the production of an automotive component. The algorithm of designing the manufacturing technology of automotive components with the development of processes for generating all types of associated products in the workplace is given. The blocks of calculation procedures are synchronized with the stages of preparation for the production of a new product in the automotive industry. A method of structuring the process has been developed, modeling of the content of intraoperative processes of creating a marketable product and the formation of time chains with subsequent planning for the removal of associated products, waste and emissions in the processes of functioning and maintenance of workplaces is carried out. Economic calculations are performed for decision-making by the engineering services of the enterprise.

The increased requirements for the quality of natural gas transported and used in industrial and domestic purposes have significantly increased the role of the analytical laboratory in the production process, since if the results of analyzes that determine the quality of products depend on the entire work of the gas transportation company as a whole, then the quality and reliability of the analysis results themselves are determined by the work of the testing laboratory. The basis of consumer confidence in the purchased products is ensured by the reliability of confirmation of the conformity of products established in the requirements of technical regulations and standards. Confirmation of the quality of products constantly requires the analytical laboratory to implement methods and techniques for monitoring the quality of analyzes. The research base is Gazprom Transgaz Kazan LLC, one of the gas transmission subsidiaries of Gazprom PJSC serving the Uzhgorod and Novopskov gas trunkline corridors, the Nizhnyaya Tura–Perm–Gorky 1,2 gas pipelines, Orenburg–Zainsk, Kazan–Nizhny Novgorod, etc. The object of the study is the analytical control of the quality of natural gas, the subject is organizational and methodological issues for its implementation. This article proposes a method for calculating the frequency of gas sampling using automated algorithms taking into account data on changes in the composition and properties of gas streams for the reporting period. The description of the method is presented on the example of calculating the frequency of determining the calorific value of the lowest (actual calorific value) and density of natural gas. The central chemical-analytical laboratory of the Gazprom Transgaz Kazan’s engineering and technical center and the points of gas sampling at the gas distribution stations of the main gas pipelines in the service area of the сompany are used as objects of the method implementation

The main malfunctions of diesel and marine diesel injectors with an increase in the needle stroke by more than 50 % of the standard value are described — an increase in the temperature of the nozzle of the sprayer, a breakthrough of cylinder gases into the cavity of the sprayer and the formation of coke, a decrease in the pressure of the injected fuel. A method is proposed for determining the maximum stroke of the needle by measuring the length of the needle shank and its conditional reduction when the needle is placed on the saddle. The device and the principle of operation of the device for determining the maximum stroke of the spray needle are shown. Drawings of the main parts of the universal device for determining the needle stroke of sprayers with a diameter from 8 to 18 mm of diesel and marine diesel engines have been developed, a prototype is made. The method of determining the motion (stroke) of the needle of the spray nozzles of diesel engines using the developed device is given.

This paper presents issues related to the development of a system for monitoring the displacement of the mountain range leading to the collapse of the sides of the quarry. The control system uses chiseled fiber-optic sensors. Fiberoptic sensors are based on Single Mode optical fibers. A laboratory sample of a point fiber-optic sensor based on a two-shoulder Mach-Zehnder interferometer using a Single Mode optical fiber for displacement control has been developed. The simulation stand of a laboratory sample of a fiber-optic sensor showed high measurement accuracy, linearity and can be used to control the stability of the sides of the quarry after the design has been improved. The experimental data obtained are processed using the Wolfram Alpha computer program. A hardware-software control complex has also been developed with a wide range of elements that allows you to adjust sensitivity and has machine learning elements.
