Estimating efficiency of acoustic emission signal processing methods in implementation of polynomial digital filters 声发射信号处理方法在多项式数字滤波器实现中的效率估计

The article presents a method for processing an acoustic emission (AE) signal to extract information and noise components from a noisy record. The method is based on digital filtering by polynomial models. To compensate for the introduced distortions by filters, a scheme for bidirectional processing of the AE signal is proposed. The operability of the filtering method for a noisy record is analyzed, and processing is evaluated on the basis of quantitative indicators. The evaluation results showed that the presented filtering method provides stability to the influencing noise and high accuracy of processing the AE signal recording when compared with the closest analogues.

Determination of strength characteristics of elements of long-stroke piston compressor 长冲程活塞式压缩机元件强度特性的测定

The work analyzes the strength calculation of the long rod of the piston of the long-stroke piston compressor designed to obtain excess gas pressure. The pressure increase in one compressor stage can increase to 120 times the initial gas pressure. Criteria of strength calculation of piston rod are defined at which it is necessary to use either method of rod calculation for strength or model of rod calculation for stability. Conclusions have been drawn and practical recommendations are given that can be used in the design of compressor stages.

Selection of cam mechanisms for driving the plunger of high-pressure pump of diesel engines using Mathcad program 利用Mathcad程序对柴油机高压泵柱塞驱动凸轮机构进行选型

The purpose of the article is to select the cam profile (with equal design parameters) for driving the plunger of a high-pressure pump that provides the maximum speed and permissible acceleration of the pusher. A method of selecting a cam profile by analyzing combined graphs of changes in the path, speed, and acceleration of a cam pusher of various profiles using the Mathcad program is proposed. Calculations have been performed and combined graphs of changes in the path, speed, and acceleration of the cam pusher with tangential, convex, and concave profiles have been constructed. A comparative analysis of the combined graphs showed that the maximum speed of the cam pusher with a concave profile is 1,5 times greater than for cams with a tangential or convex profile. A cam with a concave profile is recommended for driving pump plungers of low-speed marine diesel engines (up to 250 min–1). To create ultra–high pressures (more than 120 MPa), the fuel supply system must be batterytype with a drive of small diameter plungers (4–6 mm) from an eccentric shaft with a special-shaped washer and electronically controlled injectors.

The article deals with the solution of the problem of optimizing the characteristics of controlled motion of human lower limb exoskeleton robot for improving medical rehabilitation. The aim of the work is to develop a rehabilitation device capable of providing controlled motion in two planes, as well as maintaining balance without loss of mobility. The design and control system of a rehabilitation trainer designed for performing mechanotherapy of the lower limbs of patients with locomotive disorders are proposed and characterized. The developed system has a number of significant differences from analogues and can be recommended for experimental research on patients with impaired locomotive functions

With the transition of technological systems to the path of Industry 4.0, an urgent task is to assess the current level of industrial development of petrochemical enterprises. The purpose of the article is to identify trends in the technological development of petrochemical enterprises within the framework of the Industry 4.0 concept. The obtained results of the study are of great importance for petrochemical enterprises and can also be useful for relevant ministries and departments to assess the level of development of various industries.

The article considers the issue of making forecasts of the main indicators of the activities of airlines for their effective functioning in the air transportation market. It describes the life cycle of airlines and provides a classification of the forecasts that are currently being made. The interrelation of correlations of the key parameters of the airline’s functioning is considered, the use of correlations in forecasting is shown, actual calculations are presented, and a significant increase in forecast accuracy when using this forecasting method is demonstrated.
