The development of Internet technology has brought opportunities and challenges to dance teaching in colleges and universities. It can be said that the combination of algorithmic push technology and sports news media breaks through the traditional mode of sports news production and making, exerting a profound impact on the communication of sports news. This paper first reviewed the influence of algorithmic push exerted on news communication, analyzed the new relationship between algorithmic push and the audience of sports news and the influence of algorithmic push on the audience’s behavior on this basis, and finally put forward suggestions to optimize the algorithmic push mechanism.

The university stage is an important period for college students to improve their physical fitness. Extracurricular physical exercise is the main way for college students to improve their physical fitness. To improve the physical fitness of college students, it must be based on reality and pay attention to the management of college students’ extracurricular physical exercise. This research takes Chongqing University of Technology as an example to study the effect of using GPS and sensor technology-based sports apps to promote college students’ extracurricular exercises. The research results show that Chongqing University of Technology uses the “Trail Run” APP to promote college students’ extracurricular exercises, which increases the number of college students' extracurricular exercises, invigorates the sports atmosphere of campus and improves the physical fitness of college students, especially the cardiopulmonary function and endurance quality. However, some problems were encountered in the application process. In order to make better use of information technology to promote college students' extracurricular exercise, it is necessary to continuously improve the rules of extracurricular sports management, continuously enhance the level of information technology, and better improve the physical fitness of college students.

This paper adopts the method of literature data, interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and data analysis method. Tai Chi course is used for micro-learning experimental research. The results show that micro-learning can target students' learning needs and effectively stimulate students' interest in learning. Micro-learning is used for pre-class preview and after-class review and consolidation, which is a useful continuation and supplement to classroom teaching. The advantages of teaching grouping method and video feedback method in micro-learning allow teachers to fully grasp the students’ learning situation and carry out timely Improvements in teaching help students better understand and master knowledge. At the same time, the use of micro-learning methods can effectively improve students' participation in physical exercises and physical education performance. In recent years, with the changes in people's lifestyles, the prevalence of non-specific low back pain is on the rise in China. Among them, middle-aged and elderly women, postpartum women, athletes and long-term sitting workers are the majority. If the patient does not receive effective treatment, it will not only seriously endanger personal health and cause unnecessary troubles to work and life, but also increase the medical burden and cause serious social and economic problems. At present, many scholars believe that the decline of lumbar spine stability and the changes in the biomechanical structure of the human body are one of the important mechanisms for the occurrence and development of chronic non-specific low back pain. Due to the special anatomical structure, the lumbar spine becomes the most vulnerable part of the spine. When the patient is in a state of poor posture for a long time, the nucleus and muscles attached to the lumbar spine, especially the transverse abdominis and multifidus muscles, will appear to varying degrees." "Fatigue", when "fatigue" reaches a certain level, "disuse" or even atrophy occurs, muscle strength will further decrease, and the stability of the lumbar spine will decrease, causing abnormalities between the lumbar muscles and nerve signal transmission, and eventually causing pain. Recent years have witnessed the thriving of new media technologies which serve as a medium connecting multiple industries and fields and have become a key factor in the new phase of China’s social transformation. As an essential part of China’s sports industry, traditional Chinese sports is crucial for realizing China’s ambition of becoming a major sports power. Nevertheless, influenced by western modern sports since modern times, the development of traditional Chinese sports has remained slow or even stagnant. This paper elaborates the development trend of China’s new media through literature review method and logical analysis. It also proposes the means of promoting traditional Chinese sports in the context of new media while taking into account existing communication problems, with a view to shedding light on the communication of traditional Chinese sports from the perspective of new media.

Information technology is an important media and teaching means in the process of physical education teaching. It has great application advantages in understanding sports knowledge and mastering technology. The purpose of this paper is to study the football teaching in Colleges and Universities under the background of information technology. This paper mainly discusses the theoretical basis of the application of modern information technology in football teaching and the application of modern information technology in football teaching, teaching design and teaching effect research. Through the attitude of experts, questionnaire survey and interview of students, as well as the teaching evaluation of experimental class and control class, the following conclusions are drawn: through the significance level of 0.05, t value is tested. Using SPSS11.0 to calculate statistics shows that there are significant differences in theoretical scores between the experimental class and the control class, and there are significant differences in technology and skills between the experimental class and the control class. Multimedia teaching materials and physical education teaching platform can not only facilitate teachers' teaching, but also meet the needs of students' learning, and enable students to form a good learning interest and attitude. As mentioned, the first time, in National Education Reform and Development of Long-Term Planning Programs (2010-2020) printed and distributed by the State Council in 2010, information technology, which was of revolutionary significance to education development, must arouse high attention. In Ten-Year Development Plan of Educational Informatization (2011-2020) issued by the Ministry of Education in 2012, the educational modernization should be driven by education informatization. The development of big data, artificial intelligence, and science & technology has facilitated the information-based teaching. Elementary school students (7-12 years old) in Huayang Elementary School, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, were selected as the study objects and analyzed via the literature review method, mathematical statistics, etc. The physical heath data in 2020 were chosen and compared with the mean value of national physical health in 2014. The factors restricting the physical health of elementary school students were found with the help of information technology, thus providing a method for further improving their physical health. The results showed that the body shape indexes of students who were 7-13 years old from Huayang Elementary School, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, were all slightly lower than national mean level. Most of their body functions and physical qualities, such as vital capacity, 50 m race, sit and reach, sit-ups and 50 m*8 endurance running, were higher than national mean values, and obvious differences were manifested. Those who reached outstanding performance in rope skipping accounted for over 50%. Conclusion: Based on the information technology, the overall physical health status in Huayang Elementary School, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, was superior to the national mean level in 2014, but their body shape index was still poorer than national mean value. Therefore, the elementary school students’ sport performance should be improved by means of informatization, but moreover, they should be guided by the information technology to cultivate correct concepts of sports and good consciousness of voluntary exercise, in an effort to improve the physical health of Chinese adolescents fundamentally.
