Under the influence of changes in the social and external environment, people's lifestyle has also undergone great changes. Due to the lack of exercise, the rate of health benefits to the east has decreased rapidly, and the lack of exercise has increased the incidence of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity rapidly. In order to promote people's health level, scientific and accurate evaluation of the body health, now the most commonly used in the study of China's fitness for the constitution and health fitness testing, the analysis of these two kinds of test index after comparison, found that both the test indexes can not meet the "full health" index evaluation, lack the necessary psychological health and social health. Physical fitness can accurately reflect the body movement ability, but it also needs to meet the definition of complete health, in order to achieve complete health level in the real sense.

This paper puts forward the hypothesis that teachers’ professional ability has a significant positive effect on college students’ football learning satisfaction, and constructs the model of its influence on college students’ learning satisfaction. At the same time, the fitted and verified model proves that the research hypothesis has become valid. The results show that students are more likely to identify teachers’ professional ability from teaching skills, attitude and theoretical explanation; the higher the students’ satisfaction with football learning, the more likely they are to recommend this course to their fellows for the choices of public sports courses. The purpose of this study is to suggest that teachers should constantly improve their professional level, the quality of football teaching, enhance students’ learning effect and interest, and then increase college students’ football learning satisfaction.

Based on the existing research results, this paper adopts factor analysis method and applies 200 valid questionnaires to investigate and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of athletics learning interest of students majoring in physical education in Shandong Normal University and Qufu Normal University, so as to deeply understand the status quo of students' interest in athletics learning and cultivate their interest in athletics learning. At the same time, the applicability of arousal theory is analyzed by logical analysis method. The results show that there is still room for improvement of students' interest in athletics learning. The main factors affecting athletics learning interest are teacher factors, teaching methods, external environment and cognitive factors. The "progressive" arousal of arousal theory is more applicable to athletics learning. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward a way to cultivate the interest of athletics learning in PE majors combining with arousal theory.

In contemporary society where technological empowerment prevails, the ever-upgrading, widespread application of information technology has also accelerated educational reform and development. The long-standing issue of lack of channels for the international Communication of traditional Chinese sports can hopefully be tackled by the popularization of MOOCs. This paper uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey method and experimental method to study the application of a MOOC course that disseminates traditional Chinese sports in bilingual (Chinese-English) way, thus designing a dedicated experimental MOOC course "Traditional Chinese Sports Culture" to use in practice. The course is expected to inspire the international Communication of traditional Chinese sports.

Martial arts routines are a series of combination of actions that include attack and defense, and are characterized by introversion in our traditional culture. The training of martial arts routines is a long-term and periodic process, and the workload is huge. Therefore, this article proposes the application research of martial arts routines based on computer-assisted technology, using literature data method, observation method, expert interview method and logical analysis method to learn the characteristics of martial arts routines, competition rules and other related content, and design The electronic training plan system, expert consulting system and computer simulation system of Wushu routines based on computer-aided technology. Finally, the comparative training situation of the experimental group and the control group in Wushu routines is analyzed. Studying the adaptability of sports tourism can provide a reasonable theoretical basis for tourism planning and tourism site selection, and also lay a solid foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.
