Comparative analysis of physical fitness test indexes between physique and health 体质与健康体质测试指标的比较分析

Under the influence of changes in the social and external environment, people's lifestyle has also undergone great changes. Due to the lack of exercise, the rate of health benefits to the east has decreased rapidly, and the lack of exercise has increased the incidence of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity rapidly. In order to promote people's health level, scientific and accurate evaluation of the body health, now the most commonly used in the study of China's fitness for the constitution and health fitness testing, the analysis of these two kinds of test index after comparison, found that both the test indexes can not meet the "full health" index evaluation, lack the necessary psychological health and social health. Physical fitness can accurately reflect the body movement ability, but it also needs to meet the definition of complete health, in order to achieve complete health level in the real sense.

The Influence of Teachers’ Professional Ability on College Students’ Football Learning Satisfaction Based on Institutional Equation Mode 基于制度方程模型的教师专业能力对大学生足球学习满意度的影响

This paper puts forward the hypothesis that teachers’ professional ability has a significant positive effect on college students’ football learning satisfaction, and constructs the model of its influence on college students’ learning satisfaction. At the same time, the fitted and verified model proves that the research hypothesis has become valid. The results show that students are more likely to identify teachers’ professional ability from teaching skills, attitude and theoretical explanation; the higher the students’ satisfaction with football learning, the more likely they are to recommend this course to their fellows for the choices of public sports courses. The purpose of this study is to suggest that teachers should constantly improve their professional level, the quality of football teaching, enhance students’ learning effect and interest, and then increase college students’ football learning satisfaction.

A Study on the Current Situation and Strategies of Physical Education Students' Athletics Learning Interest : -- Factor-based Analysis 体育院校学生体育学习兴趣的现状及对策研究——基于因素的分析

Based on the existing research results, this paper adopts factor analysis method and applies 200 valid questionnaires to investigate and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of athletics learning interest of students majoring in physical education in Shandong Normal University and Qufu Normal University, so as to deeply understand the status quo of students' interest in athletics learning and cultivate their interest in athletics learning. At the same time, the applicability of arousal theory is analyzed by logical analysis method. The results show that there is still room for improvement of students' interest in athletics learning. The main factors affecting athletics learning interest are teacher factors, teaching methods, external environment and cognitive factors. The "progressive" arousal of arousal theory is more applicable to athletics learning. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward a way to cultivate the interest of athletics learning in PE majors combining with arousal theory.
本文在已有研究成果的基础上,采用因子分析法,运用200份有效问卷,对山东师范大学和曲阜师范大学体育专业学生体育学习兴趣现状及影响因素进行调查分析,以期深入了解学生体育学习兴趣现状,培养学生体育学习兴趣。同时,运用逻辑分析方法对唤醒理论的适用性进行了分析。结果表明,大学生体育学习兴趣仍有提高的空间。影响学生体育学习兴趣的因素主要有教师因素、教学方法因素、外部环境因素和认知因素。唤醒理论中的“递进式”唤醒更适用于体育学习。在研究结果的基础上,本文提出了结合唤醒理论培养体育专业学生体育学习兴趣的途径。

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the network learning platform plays a more and more important role in teaching. Cheerleading network learning platform blackboard (BB) network teaching management platform is the most popular, functional and earliest online learning platform in the world. Based on the development of cheerleading in Blackboard teaching platform, this paper analyzes the present situation of "in-class integration" teaching for flight attendants, and discusses the teaching strategy of "in-class integration" under the background of lifelong physical education. And put forward relevant suggestions in order to provide some reference and reference for the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness of flight attendants.

An Empirical Study on Bilingual MOOC of Traditional Chinese Sports in the Context of International Communication 国际传播背景下中国传统体育双语MOOC的实证研究

In contemporary society where technological empowerment prevails, the ever-upgrading, widespread application of information technology has also accelerated educational reform and development. The long-standing issue of lack of channels for the international Communication of traditional Chinese sports can hopefully be tackled by the popularization of MOOCs. This paper uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey method and experimental method to study the application of a MOOC course that disseminates traditional Chinese sports in bilingual (Chinese-English) way, thus designing a dedicated experimental MOOC course "Traditional Chinese Sports Culture" to use in practice. The course is expected to inspire the international Communication of traditional Chinese sports.

With the development of science and technology, computer technology has also made a qualitative leap, and it has been applied in many fields. Martial arts routines are a series of combination of actions that include attack and defense, and are characterized by introversion in our traditional culture. The training of martial arts routines is a long-term and periodic process, and the workload is huge. Therefore, this article proposes the application research of martial arts routines based on computer-assisted technology, using literature data method, observation method, expert interview method and logical analysis method to learn the characteristics of martial arts routines, competition rules and other related content, and design The electronic training plan system, expert consulting system and computer simulation system of Wushu routines based on computer-aided technology. Finally, the comparative training situation of the experimental group and the control group in Wushu routines is analyzed. The experimental group scored 1.35 points in martial arts routines with the aid of computer technology, while the control group only got 0.23 points. The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. This article starts from the characteristics of martial arts routines, and formulates training programs based on the needs of computer technology, hoping to provide more reference and constructive opinions for martial arts routines..

Objective: The SPSS software was used to statistically analyze the impact of the new teaching method (dynamic stratified grouping) on the physical and mental health and learning effect of college students. Methods: Freshman ordinary girls were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.17-week experiment was conducted to test physical fitness, mental health indicators, and sports skills before and after the experiment. Results: (1) Compared with the control group: the physical fitness level of static stratified groups (except height and weight) was significantly different (P<0.05), and the physical fitness level of dynamic stratified groups (except height) was significant and very significant Difference (P<0.05, P<0.01); static stratified grouped badminton specific skills (except rubbing) were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), while dynamic stratified grouped badminton specific skills had significant and very significant differences (P<0.05, P<0.01); the mental health level of static stratification grouping (except psychosis, obsessive-compulsive, horror) was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), while the mental health level of dynamic stratification grouping (except psychosis) was significance and very significant are lower than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Construction of Sports Tourism Suitability Evaluation System Based on AHP 基于层次分析法的体育旅游适宜性评价体系构建

With the improvement of people's living standards, sports tourism has attracted more and more attention. Studying the adaptability of sports tourism can provide a reasonable theoretical basis for tourism planning and tourism site selection, and also lay a solid foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of tourism. Based on this, the analytic hierarchy process is used to extract, screen and determine the evaluation indexes of sports tourism suitability, compare and judge the relative importance of the indexes in the criterion layer and the index layer, and construct the relative importance judgment matrix of the indexes in each layer by summarizing the evaluation results of various experts. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of resource conditions, environmental conditions, location and regional development conditions and climate suitability conditions, the evaluation index system of sports tourism suitability is constructed.

Relevant researches on TPACK in China have achieved certain results, and have been developed in terms of research and breadth.
