The paper focuses on the approach based on precise analytical methods of research for nonlinear dynamical systems with a complex structure of the state space. This method allows to analyze behavior of essentially multivariable systems through the dynamic behavior of its basic components, i.e., subsystems (both linear and nonlinear), that have a reduced order state-space. Such approach allows to bring out strict proof of existence of free and forced periodical motions. In most cases the approach allows to complete “partition” of the space of parameters into areas corresponding to qualitatively different dynamic behaviors.

The article is devoted to the calculating analysis of established filtering process. The results of calculations are presented in graphical form. We calculate the pressure distribution of the viscoplastic oil layer in the problem of stationary filtration. It is assumed that the process of filtering is radially symmetric. The model of finite layer is used. Predetermined pressure is maintained on the boundary of the layer. Oil is considered weakly fluid and its density is determined by formula. At the same time it is assumed that oil viscosity depends on pressure gradient and this dependence is approximated by the sigmoid function. The proposed problem is solved by the method of finite differences using Newton's method to solve the nonlinear system of equations.

In work the electronic structure of thin films of metal-containing organic substances-porphyrins, phthalocyanines and graphene-is investigated. Using the method of density functional theory B3LYP/6-31G, PBE0/6-311G** in software package GAUSSIAN 09 we calculated interatomic distances and angles, the electronic energy levels and the ionization potentials of all compounds. Computed values of the physical characteristics of all systems are in good agreement with the experimental values and supplement them.

In this paper, we study qualitative properties of solutions of nonlinear systems of difference equations. In particular, we analyze asymptotic behavior of solutions of the systems under perturbations of a certain type. Using methods of Lyapunov functions, we present conditions guaranteeing that the perturbed system has an asymptotic quiescent position.

The movement of gases (or liquids) with suspended particles was studied. Such mixtures are widely distributed in many natural phenomena: snowstorms, dust and sand storms, mudslides, avalanches, river sediments, etc. The equations of motion in the Stoke's form were used. Trajectories of particles for the various fields of velocity of external flow were calculated.

Control systems with a finite number of control parameters (dynamical polysystems) are considered. It is assumed that a polysystem functions in continuous time, and switchings of control occur in some discrete instants of time. The control goal is a transition of a polysystem from some initial state to arbitrary final state. Controllability of the polysystems is studied. Statistic methods are applied. Some probability characteristics of dynamical polysystems are defined. It is shown that under the rank condition, the switching controls always exist. The values of control times can be found by some numerical methods.

New technique of deriving the guaranteed two-sided estimations of solutions set of interval systems of the linear algebraic equations (ISLAE) with the uncertain parameters is offered. The estimation algorithm is based on formalization of the equations with two point matrices and the right-hand sides of vectors - by the analysis of scalar component wise product of matrix entries and their cofactors. Through new matrices bottom and top borders of the interval determinant are established. Solutions of formalized point equations establish conformity between them and a known estimation of an exterior interval hull of the linear interval equations system.

In this paper, we consider the classical linear regression of the second order, the unknown parameters are usually evaluated by the method of least squares. The distribution of the error of parameter vector estimate depends on the plan choice. This choice is carried out to minimize the generalized variance of unknown parameters estimate or to maximize the information matrix determinant. To solve this extremal problem the random search is used on the basis of on the normal distribution. This method takes into account the information on the objective function by the use of covariance matrix. This method is iterative; at each iteration the search domain is gradually contracted round the point recognized to be most promising at previous iteration. So we have self-training method (named the method with a “memory”). The algorithm is simple and can be used for large dimension of search domain. In addition, this method is suitable for parallelization by distributing of numerical statistical tests among the processes [1, 2].
