DETERMINING THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF SPECIALISTS OF A NEW GENERATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MARKETING TEAM OF THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GENERATION Z) 确定影响新一代专家生产力的因素(以z世代代表的营销团队为例)

In the article "Determining the factors affecting the productivity of specialists of a new generation", questions of the effectiveness of the work of the representatives of the generation Z, the features of the management of the young cadres, the need to develop a management methodology that takes into account the diverse composition of the work collectives are discussed. The author of the article is a student of the Master's Degree 1 course of University ITMO, Pomogaeva K.Yu. The article is devoted to the study of the factors influencing the efficiency of the work of young specialists, and is a description and analysis of the results of the experiment conducted on the team of the case studies "Marketorium". In the introduction, the goal of the experiment is stated: verification of the reliability of the stated hypothesis for representatives of the Z generation. The structure of the experiment is described below: in the first stage, a hidden experiment was conducted with the division of participants into an autonomous and supervised team; at the second, a survey of the manager and questioning of the remaining participants, , that autonomy negatively affects the productivity of representatives of the generation Z, the third - interviewing, which made it possible to determine possible factors reducing Effective work: violation of the circulation of ideas, the presence of personal conflicts. In conclusion the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to further study the characteristics of young cadres with the further development of a methodology for managing employees that takes into account the similarities and differences of all generations.

The article deals with the problem of increasing the efficiency of recruitment of applicants. A formal description of the task of maximally filling budget places and maximizing the average score of applicants entering these places, as well as the decision support software, allows to solve this problem. The recommendations on the use of the presented software are given.

DATABASE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE 工业企业管理创新活动的数据库开发

This article focuses on the decision of problems of increase of efficiency of introduction of innovation in industrial enterprise. The publication includes a description of the author's approach to innovation in the industrial enterprise, implemented in the form of a database. The main functions of the database are divided into two main stages – preparatory and informative. The functions of the preparatory stage include the collection of information about the industrial enterprise, the rationale for the choice of innovation, determination of the composition and administration of training (retraining), justification of the technical appearance of innovation. At the supporting stage, the database allows information support in the development and implementation of innovations in terms of timing, volume and costs, to carry out a priori and a posteriori evaluation of the quality of innovation on the basis of situational norms, as well as support for decision-making on innovation management in the industrial enterprise. The database is based on the theory of system analysis, the basic principles of the theory of innovation, methods of situational modeling, graph theory and probability theory. The results of the developed database can be used by modern industrial enterprises in the implementation of innovations.

The article under the heading «Estimation of statistical characteristics of the mathematical model by Pugachev's method» is devoted to the problem of taking into account the error of the initial data. The essence of the problem is the need to obtain statistical estimates of probabilistic characteristics efficiently with a given accuracy, and also with minimal losses of computer time. The article consists of an introduction, two sections, an opinion, a list of references. The first section presents the current state of the investigated problem, describes methods of mathematical modeling and an algorithm for solving it. The second section is devoted to the development of a software product, describes the used tools, the structure of the software product, user classes and methods. The authors demonstrate the interface of the application and its features, as well as the results of testing, which was conducted on a set of statistical data obtained during a multifactor unstable process. The authors point out the advantages and disadvantages of Pugachev's method. Evaluating the work as a whole, it can be argued that the practical importance and prospects of the development of this direction of research is obvious.

ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL-TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS IN ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING 增材制造组织技术解决方案的分析与综合

In recent years, the methods of layer-by-layer synthesis of products-prototypes, which is included in additive technologies have formed a fundamentally new direction in technology, where it is necessary to produce experienced, single, exclusive and unique product samples. The fundamental difference between these methods is that the finished part is obtained not by removing a layer of material from the workpiece, as is customary in traditional methods of processing, but by layer-by-layer build-up of the material while obtaining a given shape and size of the product. The main feature of these methods is the mandatory use of three-dimensional computer-aided design of the product as the initial stage of layer-by-layer synthesis technology. The priority directions of industrial policy of Russia at this stage is to increase the competitiveness of production and effective promotion of high-tech products in the domestic and foreign markets. Today, the country faces an ambitious task of actively forming the industry of additive technologies to ensure the strategic technological sovereignty of the country in the future. Additive technologies are one of the main global trends mentioned in the context of the new industrial revolution. To ensure the development of additive technologies in Russia, the Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart) approved the first two national standards in the field of additive technologies. The existing approaches reflect poorly the features of process control of pilot tests and preparation for production. In this regard, of course, relevant are the studies aimed at the development of quality management methodology at all stages of the product life cycle based on additive technologies, which will allow the company to achieve an integrated quality management system of high-tech products based on the use of technological methods and modern information technologies.
