The article presents a summary of the method for predicting the technical potential of a complex technical system. The method consists in considering the life cycle curve in the form of a group of indicators reflecting not only the technical side of the functional characteristics of the product produced or the volume sold in a short time interval, but also indicators of competitiveness and equipment of the enterprise implementing this type of products. A model for assessing industrial competitiveness, including the interpretation of interval characteristics, is presented, and a graphical representation of the life cycle curve in an enlarged composition is also presented.

STRUCTURING THE FUNCTION OF THE QUALITY OF COMPLEX TECHNICAL SYSTEMS UNDER THE IMPACT OF MACROECONOMIC TRENDS 构建宏观经济趋势影响下复杂技术系统的质量功能

To date, the macroeconomic trends of the aviation industry, affect not only consumer demand, but also the development of business and government. The article reviewed the main aspects of the impact of macroeconomic trends on the market of modern civil aviation equipment. Taking into account modern macroeconomic trends, to maintain competitiveness in the civil aviation market, the possibility of structuring the quality function of a complex technical system was described, using elements of one of the home quality techniques that identify consumer requirements and provide some order ensuring that these requirements determine the development of products and production process planning. Taking into account the opinions of various consumer groups, a consumer voice matrix was formed, the relative importance of which is based on a value scale of 100 units. By translating consumer requirements into technical characteristics, pairwise comparison of consumer requirements of the main participants in the civil aviation market segment formulated a dependency matrix. And also correlated is the matrix of interrelations between quality characteristics, which made it possible to assess the degree of possible modernization of the object under study and increase the demand in the market for civil aviation technology, setting a new trend to macroeconomic indicators.

The main aspects of the industrial development of the fourth generation are new technological solutions, on the basis of which the digital transformation of global industries is carried out, both in the Russian and World industries. Modern methods of digitalization allow to achieve new results of quality and competitiveness not only in the framework of production processes, but also in general aspects of improving the operational efficiency of enterprises. Modern installation of additive printing allows you to change the parameters of temperature control directly during printing, which can significantly affect the quality of the final products and debug equipment for specific production processes. The introduction of new methods of digitalization of software and hardware systems of additive printing allows you to create basic prototypes and conduct field research in the framework of research and development in shorter periods of time. The article describes the prospects of applications new technologies of additive production for the industrial industries, the main problems of quality of manufactured products by additive production. A method of adjusting the hardware and software part of the device to improve the efficiency of printing and reduce the level of defects in prototypes of industrial production is proposed.

The article entitled “The mathematical and software of decision support making during the process of formation the schedule of education activities” is devoted to the problem of automating the formation of a classroom schedule in a higher educational institution. The article consists of an introduction, five sections, conclusions and references. The first section provides a justification for the choice of implementation method. The second section is devoted to the description of the algorithms used. The third section indicates the means of implementing a software product, presents an information-logical database model for the “Schedule” system. The fourth section describes the logical structure of the software product. The fifth section presents the results of the implementation and testing of the software product. The purpose of the study is the development and implementation of a software system designed to automate the process of compiling a classroom schedule in the branch of the Transdniestrian State University. T.G. Shevchenko in Rybnitsa. The object of the study is the automation of the formation of the schedule of classrooms. The subject of the research is the implementation of a genetic algorithm as one of the adaptive search methods for solving functional optimization problems in order to automate the generation of a schedule. At the stage of the research of the subject area, the methodology of scheduling in universities was studied. There are not so many developments in the automation of scheduling tasks. This suggests that this task is relevant and unified approaches to its solution still does not exist. A new approach to the implementation of solving the problem of finding the optimal schedule was the application of an expert approach based on the use of a genetic algorithm. The authors describe the feasibility of using the genetic algorithm as one of the adaptive search methods for solving functional optimization problems in order to automate the formation of the schedule. Evaluating the work as a whole, it can be argued that the practical significance and prospects of development of this research direction is obvious.

This article is a continuation of one work to determine the optimal strategy of macro-replacement in the optimization program codes of C++. Macro-replacement for routines is to deploy the function code in all the places her call. The article describes the results of experiments to determine the factors affecting the speed of subroutines. Initially, it was believed that function call times are affected by the time the function stack is allocated and the time to transfer control to the function. In connection with the results of the experiment, it was established that the time for transfer of control is insignificant compared to the time of allocation of memory. The time that the stack memory of a function allocated depends on the amount of code and the number of stack objects used by the function. To optimize the speed of the program, you can use two variants of macro-replacement. The first is the use of a special C++ language modifier (in-line/__forceinline), and the second is a direct substitution of the code in the place of the call. There is almost no difference in the effectiveness of these methods, except that the programmer has to control the errors in the code substitution strategy. Therefore, the method of using a special modifier was chosen for experiments. Was selected modifier __forceinline, because in a typical inline, the compiler may ignore the programmer recommendations and not done macro-replacement, if the optimization algorithms of the compiler don't need it. And __forceinline is guaranteed to apply macro-replacement. In connection with the results obtained, it can be concluded that macro-replacement significantly increases the speed of the program but can lead to an increase in the size of the executable file.

TEMPERATURE MODE MANAGEMENT OF CHEMICAL REACTOR 化工反应器的温度模式管理

A chemical reactor is one of the common apparatuses in chemical industry. Despite a large number of the works related to automation and control of chemical reactors, the problem of synthesizing control systems that provide the maintenance of optimal modes of their operation remains practically unsolved. This is related to the principal feature of chemical reactors as controlled objects, namely, manifold, non-linearity, and multi-coupling. An outcome from this situation is to develop a physical theory of control, in particular synergetic control theory. The problem of analytical synthesis of nonlinear control law of the chemical reactor temperature regime has been solved. We use the methods of synergetic control theory, simulation methods and methods of computational experiment. The paper deals with continuous stirred tank reactor equipped with a mechanical stirrer and cooling jacket. The reactor operates in the polytropic mode. The multistep series-parallel exothermic process is carried out in the reactor. The objective of chemical reactor operation is to obtain the key product of specified concentration. Using the analytical design method of aggregated regulators, a non-linear control algorithm was synthesized, which solves the problem of stabilization of reaction mixture temperature in the apparatus under the action of disturbances on the object. Computer simulation of the object–regulator isolated system showed such properties of synthesized control system as the disturbance invariance, covariance to the given actions, and asymptotic stability.

Despite a large number of the works related to automation and control of chemical reactors, the problem of synthesizing control systems that provide the maintenance of optimal modes of their operation remains practically unsolved. This is related to the principal feature of chemical reactors as controlled objects, namely, manifold, non-linearity, and multi-coupling. An outcome from this situation is to develop a physical theory of control, in particular synergetic control theory. \u0000The problem of analytical synthesis of nonlinear control law of the chemical reactor temperature regime has been solved. We use the methods of synergetic control theory, simulation methods and methods of computational experiment. \u0000The paper deals with continuous stirred tank reactor equipped with a mechanical stirrer and cooling jacket. The reactor operates in the polytropic mode. The multistep series-parallel exothermic process is carried out in the reactor. The objective of chemical reactor operation is to obtain the key product of specified concentration. \u0000Using the analytical design method of aggregated regulators, a non-linear control algorithm was synthesized, which solves the problem of stabilization of reaction mixture temperature in the apparatus under the action of disturbances on the object. A chemicalreactor is one of the common apparatuses in chemical industry. Despite a large number of theworks related to automation and control of chemical reactors, the problem of synthesizing controlsystems that provide the maintenance of optimal modes of their operation remains practically unsolved.This is related to the principal feature of chemical reactors as controlled objects, namely,manifold, non-linearity, and multi-coupling. An outcome from this situation is to develop a physicaltheory of control, in particular synergetic control theory. The problem of analytical synthesis of nonlinear control law for the concentration of the target component in a chemical reactor has been solved.We use the methods of synergetic control theory, simulation methodsand methods of computational experiment. The paper deals with continuous stirred tank reactor equipped with a mechanicalstirrer and cooling jacket. The reactor operates in the polytropic mode. The actual task in the field of computer-aided design of machine-building objects is to increase the level of automation of structural-parametric analysis of design solutions due to the repetition of their use, reducing the number of design operations and ensuring the corresponding competencies of designers. Developed methods and algorithms should ensure the acquisition of the necessary competencies for the designer for successful project activities in the field of computer-aided design, increasing the effectiveness of training. The system of analysis of design solutions should improve the quality of design solutions implemented in CAD KOMPAS-3D. In this paper, an overview of methods, systems and tools for analyzing design solutions implemented in the CAD-3D environment. The main features of such systems are described, their main disadvantages are identified: the lack of functions for determining non-optimal sequences of design operations, the inability to automatically rebuild a three-dimensional model of a machine-building product on the basis of analysis of the design model tree. A complex system for the analysis of project solutions and the training of a designer was developed and implemented, based on methods, models and algorithms for analysis and adaptive learning. The results of a computational experiment are presented, on the basis of which it can be concluded that the use of developed software enhances the efficiency and quality of the designer's training in the processes of constructing three-dimensional solid-state machine-building products in CAD KOMPAS-3D.

APPROACH TO MEASUREMENT AND PRACTICE OF EVALUATING AN INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF REGIONAL SYSTEMS 测量方法和评估区域系统创新潜力的实践

The national innovation system is one of the main mechanisms for restructuring the Russian economy. The implementation of innovations, the active development of the science and technology industry creates the necessary conditions and prerequisites for the transition of the economy to its new technological structure, providing an innovative type of economic growth. In recent years, the literature has developed many approaches to the definition of the concept of “innovative potential”. Some authors consider this category as a set of resources and capabilities of the system to create and implement innovations. Others define innovative potential as a measure of the region’s readiness to create and promote innovations. The third group of authors treats innovation potential as a result of innovation activity, identifying in some way the concept of “innovation potential” and “innovation process”. This article discusses approaches to the definition of a comprehensive indicator of innovative potential. The assessment methods considered in this article allow to determine the level of innovative potential of an organizational system, to perform a comparative analysis of systems according to a generalized indicator of innovative potential and its components, and also to develop programs for the development of organizational systems taking into account the effective use of innovative system capabilities.

AUTOMATION OF MACHINING OF THREADED HOLES OF ULTRA-SMALL DIAMETERS 超小直径螺纹孔的自动化加工

We study the process of automating the production process when threading in holes of ultra-small diameters (d ≤ 1,4) in aluminum alloy parts in high-performance machining centers. The proposed schematic diagram of the processing of the threaded hole midget diameter for high-performance machining centers with the use of cutting blade anode-mechanical processing (AMO). Advantages of the offered scheme of processing in comparison with traditional methods that allows drawing a number of conclusions were shown. Application of the proposed scheme of blade anodic-mechanical treatment allows to increase the reliability of the processing’s threading operation in the holes of ultra-small diameters compared to the traditional scheme of processing with the use of lubricating coolant, and also allows you to automate the process of threading in holes of ultra-small diameter
