Based on the received model defined conditions for leveling surfaces of vehicles when running on soft soils. Analytically, it is established that the application of improvements to the design of the location of the solid foundation supports, would increase the steady construction job nearly doubled. Based on this provision suggested that the device ensure leveling surface on soft soils.

The article describes the prospects for the use of liquid as a working fluid in hydraulic systems for underwater equipment based on new components that have the ability to work effectively in the environment of sea water, and providing a qualitative increase in reliability and safety. It is shown that the greatest influence on the composition of the hydraulic fluid is temperature and pressure, the speed of water or air, the presence of solid particles in the water, air bubbles.

Ensuring the tightness and integrity of the filtration and capacitance properties of hy-drocar-bon bearing productive horizons is determined by the volume and depth of pen-etration into their structure of the pore space of dispersion and dispersed phases, the technological heterogeneous systems used, their physical and mechanical properties, the insulating properties of the forming groove, the innovative solutions (technologies, tech-nical means). Based on the results of the general-ization of theoretical, experimental, field research, recommendations are given on the formulations (compositions) of technolog-ical colloidal and hardening systems to solve the problem (raising the maintenance-free period of effective well work) in the construction of wells in fields with complex geological and technological conditions for their development and development.Methods are proposed for designing a well design that takes into account the joint per-ception of excess loads by the system casing cement stone; formulations of washing biopolymer salts compositions and oil-filled materials for a wide range of thermobaric condi-tions for the occurrence of oil and gas reservoirs; the design of downhole hydrosensitivity generators on a grouting mortar pumped through them. The proposed investment solu-tions with positive results are tested during the construction of wells.

Engineering systems’ adaptability to the unknown and unexpectedly changing equip-ment condition and environmental data is provided artificially by equipping the main loop of control with the adaptor loop. The paper characterizes the current status of re-search and practical studies in the field. As shown for estimation and control systems, the adaptor’s task is to ensure the efficient and conforming solution of the following three problems. Problem 1 is the quickest change point detection in the acting model relative to the previous model. Problem 2 is the unbiased and adequately quick identification of the acting model. Problem 3 is the computationally efficient modifying the feedback in the main loop of control. The paper characterizes the current status of research and prac-tical studies in the field over many publications and some author’s developments. Among the latter, there is the active principle of adaptation for model identification in the class of linear time-invariant control systems.

The article shows the technological problems associated with turning by the indexable inserts parts with a complex profile, formed by a combination of rotational surfaces with the elements of the rupture – various grooves, holes, slots, recesses, etc., when cutting with difficulty creating the accuracy and quality. In the course of turning discontinuous surfaces, the relationship between the cutting element and the workpiece surface is es-tablished, as well as the design features of the tools used. The article shows the ways to improve the tool equipment of turning surfaces of a complex profile concerning the pres-ervation of the tool life during the period of cutting parts on the one hand and the need to obtain a quality of the products produced on the other hand.
