Endophytic bacteria isolated from garden pea (Pisum sativum L.) 豌豆内生细菌的分离纯化

Endophytic bacteria were isolated from surface-sterilized aerial parts of pea. Taxonomic status of isolated strains was determined by sequencing of 16S rRNA gene. Moreover, genomes of growth-promoting endophytes were sequenced.

The effect of the Stagonospora nodorum effector SnTox3 on the biosynthesis and metabolism of cytokinins of host plant was studied. The SnTox3 effector influenced the biosynthesis of cytokinins along an ethylene-dependent and ethylene-independent pathway.

It was shown that the Haloferax volcanii flagella assembly system can accept alien flagellins and build functional recombinant flagella. The results can be used for targeted flagella modification to create multifunctional nanomaterials.
