Aplikasi Beberapa Jenis Pakan Terhadap Laju Pertumbuhan dan Laju Mortalitas Rotifera (Brachionus plicatilis) 几种类型的饲料适用于Rotifera (Brachionus plicatilis)的生长速度和死亡率

The research aims to analyze the effect of different feeding on the growth rate and mortality rate of Rotifers.. This study used a Completely Randomized Design consisting of four treatments and four replications. The treatment was determined based on different feeds namely Spirulina flour (3 g/l), yeast (0,03 g/l), soy fermentation and yeast fermentation (0,06 g/l). The results showed the highest growth rate was in spirulina treatment 3 g/l with an average growth rate of 0.82. The highest mortality rate is found in yeast fermentation treatment at a dose of 0,6 g/l with an average value of 0.86.
本研究旨在分析不同取食方式对轮虫生长速度和死亡率的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计,包括4个处理和4个重复。以螺旋藻粉(3 g/l)、酵母(0.03 g/l)、大豆发酵和酵母发酵(0.06 g/l)为饲料进行处理。结果表明,螺旋藻处理3 g/l时生长速率最高,平均生长速率为0.82;在剂量为0.6 g/l的酵母发酵处理中,死亡率最高,平均值为0.86。
