Pieces Identification in the Chess System of Dual-Robot Coordination Based on Vision 基于视觉的双机器人协调象棋系统中的棋子识别

With the research and development of chess robot and machine vision, chess robot with visual function has recently received an increasing interest in the community. This paper introduces the chess system of dual-robot coordination based on vision and the process of visual system structure, gives the coordinates translation from computer and image coordinates to actual coordinates. And in the process of pieces identification, it firstly gives the character segmentation method and training process based on BP neural network, and then identifies the pieces. All the work contributes to the chess system of dual-robot coordination based on vision.

Research and Application of SOA Based on Current Technologies 基于现有技术的SOA研究与应用

SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is a design principle that can help application easily deal with the ever-evolving market conditions of a business. WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), developed by Microsoft, is an ideal SOA implementation platform. This paper firstly researches WCF technology, then MVP (Model-View-Presenter) pattern is analyzed for further loose coupling; finally, a multi-layer web MIS application is presented based on these technologies to achieve inter-loose coupling and intra-loose coupling.

Eye Movement Measure System and Its Applications 眼动测量系统及其应用

This paper looks back the study history of eye movement measure system. Secondly, through analysis of basic formats and characters of eye movement and research on the rule of binocular movement, the advantages and disadvantages of the eye movement is contrasted, and then it has mainly discussed about the infrared TV eye movement system. At last, an application analysis of eye movement measure system in the ergonomics is given.

Web-Based Geospatial Data Processing Technology -- A Case Study on Ocean Data 基于web的地理空间数据处理技术——以海洋数据为例

The geospatial data such as ocean in situ observing data, remotely sensed data, and model output are produced in a distributed geographical environment. These data have significant scientific value to construct Digital Ocean. However, given the relatively high temporal frequency and the intrinsic spatial nature of the data, the data set is relatively difficult to use directly by Digital Ocean system without pre-processing. In this paper, we report an effort to develop web service-based data processing system in a distributed web environment to facilitate the exploration, visualization, and analysis of the geospatial data especially ocean data. These automatic processing functions will enable the digital ocean system to examine and use different aspects of the data on-line. Various functions and utilities of the prototype system are reviewed in this paper. And the architecture and technical solutions proposed in this paper are verified by implementation of Digital Ocean Prototype System of China.

Towards a Correlation Cooccurrence Model Generating Approach to Folksonomy 面向大众分类法的关联协同模型生成方法研究

Folksonomy is a hyper graph data structure in social network, in which co occurrence is often used to act as an important means of recommender system. The co occurrence data information from folksonomy hyper graph is becoming increasingly important in recommending applications of social network. This paper presents an original method for easy random approach to generating correlation co occurrence model of folksonomy hyper graph in social network from a random user. The method creates classified co occurrence patterns, using resource items, tags, or users, correlation co occurrences obtained from two given corpora. Our experiments demonstrate that proposed approach can produces better stability for the recommender system. And our method offers a feasible means for developers to handle information co occurrence problems for folksonomy application.

Design and Implementation of the Large Enterprise Reporting Engine 大型企业报告引擎的设计与实现

The report form is the enterprise application system's important component, the outstanding report form may carry on the filtration, the merge, the statistics, the analysis to the essential data, providing an intuitive form of expression and provides the good basis for the decision-making. At present the Major industry relative is not mature based on the B/S report form system development pattern, the development personnel are mostly write the code according to the physical demand to realize the data analysis, processing, the development function directly, such will realize the way to do the repetition work, for instance in many projects will need through the report data and the graph unfolds the service tendency, as for the development time granularity, the region granularity, the data latitude and the target will be actually various, the result will be different. In the project the similar functional need repeatedly develops, summarizes is the reusability low, the extendibility difference, the maintainability is bad, the development cost is high. In order to solve the above problem, this article proposed that carries on the top level to the current service demand the abstract, realizes one to be able to unify the analytical data, the processing data, the development information report form engine, this report form engine concentrates service logic realization, with the concrete service separation, can help the development personnel to construct the report form application system stably fast. Has applied based on this report form engine development's report form system in some provincial level telecommunication operator, looked from a period of time's operational aspect, the systems operation is stable, the extendibility is good, in the multi-user concurrent inquiry, in the great data quantity inquiry's situation, the system performance satisfies the user's needs, obtained user's approval and the high praise. Because introduces this report form engine, the report form system's development cycle reduces largely, the development and the maintenance cost reduced largely, have achieved system's development goal

Integrated Risk Administration System of Guangxi Marine Environment Disasters Based on GIS 基于GIS的广西海洋环境灾害综合风险管理系统

Aim to the present administrative conditions of marine environmental disasters risk of our country, the administrative decision system of marine environmental disasters’ emergency and rescue is set up based on integrating 3S (GIS, RS and GPS). Take Guangxi as the studied area, the management system is set up for managing Guangxi marine environment disasters. It may accomplish such functions as real-time dynamic monitoring of the information about disasters, accurate orientation and comprehensive analysis to the space-time distribution of the disaster happening area, administrative decision of disaster’s emergency and rescue. Furthermore, it is combined with other governmental departments for sharing the information resource, and forms reasonable decision preplan of disasters’ emergency and rescue. So can it provide the scientific basis for government to apply rescue efficiently not only for marine environmental disasters, but also for accidents.
针对我国海洋环境灾害风险管理现状,构建了基于3S (GIS、RS、GPS)集成的海洋环境灾害应急救援行政决策系统。以广西为研究区,建立了广西海洋环境灾害管理体系。可实现灾害信息的实时动态监测、对灾害发生区域时空分布的准确定位和综合分析、灾害应急救援的行政决策等功能。并与其他政府部门进行信息资源共享,形成合理的灾害应急救援决策预案。从而为政府有效地实施海洋环境灾害及事故救援提供科学依据。

Businesses of all sizes and in different industries, as well as government agencies, are finding that they can realize significant benefits by implementing a data warehouse. A data warehouse provides the base for the powerful data analysis techniques that are available today such as data mining and multidimensional analysis, as well as the more traditional query and reporting. Having an enterprise data model (EDM) available would be very helpful for the organization in developing data warehouse data model. From EDM Technical institution can derive the general scope and understanding of the business requirements. Analysis and Prediction of the Wearing Comfort Performance of an Assembly of Fabric by Optimization ANN 基于优化人工神经网络的织物组合体穿着舒适性分析与预测

This article is to report a study based on fabric physical properties measured on the KES system. Grey incidence (GI) analysis, as a mathematic method that ranks the sequence of importance of lots of variables in complicated factors has been applied, In order to select the efficient input variables of ANN???artificial neural network???during the prediction of wearing comfort performance. A series of experiments and analyses were performed to study the heat-moisture comfort property of fabric during exercise in a standard environmental chamber conditions. The optimization ANN models with the parameters selected by using the GI analysis are investigated, which construct on the convergence speed and the prediction accuracy The result indicates that the optimization model of BP neural network is an efficiency technique and has a wide prospect in the application to prediction of wearing comfort performance.

Review on International Standards and Specifications of Map Symbol 地图符号国际标准规范述评

A number of international standards organizations have developed a lot of specifications of symbolic storage, expression and mapping, from the initial simple and conceptualized symbol standards, to the latest specialized, application-oriented symbol specifications, the international standards and specifications of map symbol have undergone a constant development and improvement process. These existing international standards and specifications of map symbol are reviewed. It is expected that the sharing framework based on Symbology Encoding Implementation Specification is hope to be realized in the near future.
