This paper overviews a distributed database system based on peer-to-peer model, which combines the advantages of P2P network to improve and expand the traditional distributed database system structure. It focuses on the study of such aspects as transaction commitment protocol, data communication method and additional trigger conflict resolution to complete the P2PDDB system structure.

An Assessing Model for Measuring ERP Benefit ERP效益评估模型研究

Based on the Contingency theory, using the Balanced Scorecard method, the authors first set up a set of model to measure the performance of ERP from four levels including standard, region, industry and personalization, and then design a specific system for measuring the effectiveness of ERP users. The system uses composite index measurement, which not only takes qualitative indexes into quantitative, but also quantifies the qualitative indexes as many as possible, such as the introduction of user satisfaction obtained from the questionnaire. By doing so, this study overcomes the shortcomings of too simple for some measuring models. Meanwhile, the article uses principal component analysis when measuring the weight of indexes, thus avoid the defects of relying solely on experience. So this set of index systems has great practice.

An Institutional Collaboration Between Universities, Enterprises and Governments in China 中国大学、企业和政府的机构合作

The paper focuses on issues concerning institutional collaboration between universities, enterprises and governments. After conceptual framework is brought forward, an empirical analysis in China and two cases are discussed. Finally, the paper conclude that institutional collaboration between universities, enterprises and governments is critical to promote China’s innovation as well as supplying some hints for other countries’ innovation.

Dynamic Query Expansion for Efficient Information Retrieval 面向高效信息检索的动态查询扩展

Words inter-relationships have always been center for Information Retrieval. Researchers have successfully used query expansion to help a user in his search need. Global Analysis and Local Analysis are popularly used query expansion methods for this purpose. This paper presents a comparative study of query expansion with dynamic document analysis and thesaurus based analysis. Precision of the results retrieved for the initial query increases with the addition of varying number of words to the query term. Using the dynamic document analysis relevance increases successively when number of words added goes up to four.

Fraud-Tolerant Measurement of User Contribution in Online Forum 在线论坛中用户贡献的欺诈容忍度度量

Because all contents in online forums are provided by users, it’s important to reward the contributive users, and the rewards should be proportional to the contributions. So the determination of user contributions is needed in online forums. On the other hand, some users may do some fake contributions for more reward. In this paper, we analyzed possible frauds in online forum, examined the features of each kind of fraud, and proposed some fraud-tolerant parameters according features of frauds. Based on this, frauds of user contributions can be discriminated, and user contributions can be measured quantitatively and fraud-tolerantly, which provides a basis for forums to reward users in various ways. The result of experiment shows that 81% users in an online forum have fraudulent activities and pure advertising users can be discovered according to the fraud-tolerant parameters we considered.

Keywords Extraction plays a very important role in the text-mining domain, since the keywords can represent the asserted main point in a document. Based on the term network and deleting actor index, an effective keywords extraction algorithm is proposed to extract high frequent terms as well as important terms with low frequencies. The experiment results support the conclusion.

Research on Compression Technology for Geodata Based SVG in LBS 基于SVG的LBS地理数据压缩技术研究

With the development of LBS(Location Based Services), transportation of spatial data in wireless Web has become hot point in current research. After the existing solutions are compared and extended in the paper, a new SVG_ based solution is provided to represent and compress spatial data. And then the key technologies in the fields of SVG data compression are researched and resolved, in which the improved compression method combined simplified SVG representation and GZIP compression. The test result showed that SVG based method is appropriate to represent geodata in LBS, and the improved way to compress SVG based data is better than traditional way, in which the feasibility of the solution is validated.

Study on Multi-layer Fusion Classification Model of Multi-media Information 多媒体信息的多层融合分类模型研究

for higher text classification precision, a general fusion classification model and algorithm are proposed, which based on model theory of information fusion, adopting multi-Media information on the network. The model includes two layers, one is feature layer, which deals with different Media information with different classification algorithm, and inputs the classification results into the higher layer fusion centre separately. The other is fusion layer, which deals with the results from the feature layer, and concludes the final classification result. The experiment expresses the fusion model can improve the text classification precision effectively.

Research on Use Rule Conflict in Digital Content Nested Protection 数字内容嵌套保护中使用规则冲突问题研究

In this paper we put forward EXrML, which extend the current use rule description tool XrML to solve the problem brought by the digital content nested protection. EXrML has the feature of supporting describing multiple use rules’ same type element comparability. Based on the EXrML we conclude that the root of multiple use rules conflict lies in three elements conflict: principal, right and condition. In order to detect and solve the conflict, we present Use Rules Conflict Detecting algorithm and Consistent Use Rules Creation algorithm. The results confirm the feasibility of the two algorithms, and this study can also be referenced for future studies on the digital content nested protection.

Technology Research and Implementation of Web-Based Thematic Remote Sensing Image Mutual Response System 基于web的专题遥感图像互响应系统技术研究与实现

With the development of remote sensing technology, remote sensing images have become an important source of spatial information. But the remote sensing images’ features of mass, multi-standard, multi-type, multi-scale and multi-thematic cause the difficulty in integrating different images to acquire needed information. This paper proposes an improved architecture of remote sensing image publishing system based on the advanced technologies of image pyramid, tile images, OGC specifications, TMS(Tile Map Service) and Flex. According to this improved system architecture, we design and implement a web-based thematic remote sensing image mutual response system that can publish multi-format, multi-source remote sensing images. Besides data sharing, it provides a comparison image service to users by achieving a linkage and mutual response among relevant images.

But the remote sensing images’ features of mass, multi-standard, multi-type, multi-scale and multi-thematic cause the difficulty in integrating different images to acquire needed information. This paper proposes an improved architecture of remote sensing image publishing system based on the advanced technologies of image pyramid, tile images, OGC specifications, TMS(Tile Map Service) and Flex. According to this improved system architecture, we design and implement a web-based thematic remote sensing image mutual response system that can publish multi-format, multi-source remote sensing images.
