Looking at the learning outcomes data obtained by FIK UNP students who took basic martial arts courses from 1380 students, as many as 402 people (29.13%) who did not graduate and delayed scores were 278 (20.14%). That is, most students fail in basic pencak silat lectures. The purpose of this study was to see this study in general aiming to determine the differences in the results of learning methods and motor skills on the skills of a single stance Pencak Silat FIK UNP students in Padang. This type of research is Comparative. The research method used was an experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design. As a population were all students of sports education study programs who took the basic martial arts courses at FIK UNP. The random sampling technique so that the sample in this study were 132 male students. The pencak silat single skill skill test uses the standard single test from IPSI. Tests of motor skills are used for the 40 m run test, throwing the ball into the wall, Shuttle run, throwing medicine balls, stand test strokes, and repeated flexibility for 20 seconds. Testing the hypothesis of this study uses two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA) techniques. Based on the analysis, it was found that Inquiry Methods were more effective in improving students' skills in the Single Pencak Silat Skill than the command method. There was an interaction between the method with Motorized Skill and the improvement of the student's Single Pencak Silat Skill. At a high level of Motor Capability, Inquiry methods are more effective than the command method for improving student Single Pencak Silat Skills. At a low Motor Capability level, the Command method is more effective than the Inkuri method for improving students' Single Skill Pencak Silat skills

The issue of this study is the implementation of gymnastic training program that does not run well so that proper solution to solve this problem is demanded. The purpose of this study is to obtain accurate and objective information which can be taken into consideration in determining the implementation of the gymnastics training program that has been carried out, whether the training program can be continued, or must be revised, and can even be expanded to other clubs or regions. At the same time, it helps accountability and increases understanding of the phenomena that occur recently. This study employed an evaluation approach using the CIPP model developed by Stufflebeam, i.e. the evaluation model that observed the context, input, process and results (product). The results of this study showed that the gymnastics training program has not run optimally and needed improvement in several aspects, namely the increase of attention from the manager (FKSSP) to the policies that have been issued, improvement in the criteria for professional recruitment of trainers and athletes, improvement and procurement of national / international standard facilities, the use of varied training methods, increase of athletes' nutritional intake according to caloric needs, improvement of integrated monitoring systems and improvement of the welfare of trainers and athletes. All of these needs are none other than to continue the training process in order to obtain optimal performance improvements at the regional, national and international levels. Therefore, if the implementation of gymnastic training program runs well, then the components mentioned above need to be repaired and revised, so that gymnastic activities can perform well.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih kurangnya kemampuan footwork dalam bermain tenis meja mahasiswa UKO tenis meja UNP. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Konvensional terhadap kemampuan footwork. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan konvensional terhadap kemampuan footwork mahasiswa UKO tenis meja UNP. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UKO tenis meja UNP berjumlah 34 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel berjumlah 11 orang. The type of this research is quantitative by using descriptive method which aims to determine the Assessment of the Implementation of Primary School Health Enterprises in Pesisir Selatan District (Case Study in Public Elementary Schools). The instrument in this study is the way researchers assess / fill out observation questionnaires / observation sheets that are in accordance with the UKS assessment issued by the Ministry of Health in collaboration with various ministries in the form of cross-sectoral activities so as to cause more objective information from respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling, from 45 primary schools to 30 primary schools (two schools for one sub-district). The results of the study were obtained from the average research responses of each variable from the Evaluation of the Implementation of Primary School Health Enterprises in Pesisir Selatan District (Case Study in Public Elementary Schools) with an achievement rate of 55.72% and including sufficient interpretation.

Problem in this research that is decreasing achievement of athlete of club NEO Clach Bukittinggi, as for research purpose is to know the relation of speed and hand eye coordination to dribbling ability of club basketball athlete of NEO CLACH Bukittinggi. The method of this research is correlation method. The population of this study is all athletes Bolabasket NEO Clach Bukittinggi amounted to 14 people, sampling in this study was done by total sampling technique. So in this study are sampled is 14 people athletes who follow the training of club bolabasket NEO Clach Bukittinggi. This research was conducted in January 2018, while the research place was conducted in SMA 4 N Bukittinggi. Speed data with a 30-meter speed test, eye-hand coordination data of the Neo Clach Bukititinggi basketball athlete, was taken using a throw ball test to the wall and dribbling ability data with a dribbling zig-zag ability test.The result of data analysis shows that: (1). Speed has a significant relationship to dribbling ability, this is indicated by the results obtained is tcount 2.03> ttabel 1.76 (2). Eye Coordination has a significant relationship to dribbling ability, this is indicated by the result obtained that is tcount 3.48> ttabel 1.76 (3). There is a significant joint relationship between speed and hand-eye coordination with dribbling ability. Obtained Fcount 8.97> Ftable 3.35, with the value R = 0.736 obtained R2 = 0.542, while the contribution is 54.2%.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in learning volleyball smash through media-based learning. The method used is action research design Kemmis and Taggart. The subjects in this study were students of SMA Santo Tomas X totaling 38 people.Research in cycle 1 meeting performed 3 times, starting from initial tests to measure students' abilities before the given action. After the act of learning undertaken, researchers gave a final test on the students and the result is a complete student as many as 16 students with a percentage of completeness 42.11%, when compared to the success criteria specified actions, namely 80% of the study conducted in cycle 1 could not be said to be successful , The study was continued to cycle 2 with slight changes and additions to the previous learning of each action and the second cycle will be implemented as much as 3 meeting. The final test in cycle 2 showed excellent improvement as many as 32 students get finished with a percentage of 84.21%. In other words, this study also no longer need to be continued because it is in accordance with the criteria of success of 80%.Based on these results we can conclude that: 1) through media-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning smash volleyball, 2) the application of media-based learning gives students the convenience and can motivate students in implementing the learning.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the drill training methods and tactical training methods and hand-eye coordination skills to badminton smash. Research was done on badminton athletes at Badminton School Camp 43 Pontianak , this study used treatments by level 2 x 2. The sample consisted of 32 athletes were divided into 2 groups, each group has of 16 athletes . The data analysis technique is a two-lane varianas analysis ( ANOVA ) and then followed by Tuckey test at a significance level of significance at α = 0 ,05.The results of this research indicate that ( 1 ) drill exercise methods has a better effect than tactical training methods to badminton smash skills ( 2 ) there is interaction between drill training methods and tactical training methods and hand-eye coordination skills to badminton smash, ( 3 ) exercise drill methods has a better effect than tactical training methods that have high eye-hand coordination.( 4 ) drill exercise method has a better effect than tactical training methods that have low eye-hand coordination.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD Negeri 28 Air Tawar Timur Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang belum berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkannya, salah satu faktor penulis duga disebabkan oleh kemampuan motorik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan motorik siswa SD Negeri 28 Air Tawar Timur Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 28 Air Tawar Timur Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang yang berjumlah 35 orang, Penarikan Sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu menetapkan siswa kelas V sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 35 orang, dimana siswa putra 16 orang dan siswa putri 19 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pengukuran tes kemampuan motorik yang meliputi: Lempar bola basket. tes koordinasi mata tangan, lari 40 meter, Tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik persentase Dari analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Dari 16 orang responden putra menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik pada kategori sangat baik 6 orang, baik 10 orang sedangkan kategori sedang, kurang dan sangat kurang tidak ada. Penelitian ini berawal dari keingin tahuan penulis tentang tingkat kebugaran jasmani dari ibu-ibu di Jorong kp. Alai Nagari Jambak Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapat gambaran nyata bagaimana tingkat kebugaran jasmani masing- ibu-ibu tersebut. Jenis penelitian yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 280 orang, dan Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sebesar 10% dengan demikian jumlah sampel adalah 28 0rang ibu rumah tangga Jorong Kp. Alai Nagari Jambak Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Jenis data dalam penelitian yaitu data primer berasal dari hasil pengukuran tes kebugaran jasmani terhadap ibu-ibu yang terpilih menjadi sampel dan data sekunder yaitu data ibu-ibu yang diperoleh dari Kantor Wali Nagari Jambak Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani ibu-ibu Jorong Kp. Masalah dalam penelitian ini berawal dari pengamatan yang penulis lakukan tentang minat siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan di SMA N 1 Batipuah Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya diantaranya adalah sarana prasarana yang ada dan disediakan oleh sekolah untuk kelangsungan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di SMA N 1 Batipuah Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Kenyataannya bahwa dalam proses balajar mengajar, minat, aktivitas belajar dan sarana prasarana yang optimal sangat diperlukan oleh anak didik dalam usahanya untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Lembaga pendidikan khususnya sekolah mempunyai tanggung jawab yang cukup besar dalam mengantisipasi masalah yang terjadi di lapangan, Jenis penelitian adalah korelasi product moment. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Di SMA N 1 Batipuah Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang berjumlah 354 orang siswa tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proposional random sampling proposi yang dipakai sebesar 10% pada siswa Di SMA N 1 Batipuah Kabupaten Tanah Datar ( Suharsismi Arikunto, 1998:120), yaitu sebanyak : 35 orang siswa. Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan Kuesioner ( angket ) kedua variabel. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara “sarana prasarana olahraga dengan minat siswa”. Ini dibuktikan dengan hasil yang diperoleh = 1,98 > = 1,70, dengan kontribusinya 9,99%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima karena sarana prasarana olahraga dapat mempengaruhi minat siswa. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah agar melengkapi sarana prasarana olahraga, dan kepada guru Penjasorkes hendaknya memberikan pembelajaran yang bervariasi kepada anak didiknya, agar minat siwa untuk belajar penjasorkes lebih meningkat.
