As an open data which are provided by government, public can access and assist government to analyze and look for solution to social problems among communities. Jakarta Open Data shares employment data that is able to be starting point into analysis or recommendation by building data warehouse. OLTP data suggested for the data warehouse is the existing employment type based transactions, which will be used to analyze employment and unemployment rate in each region. The proposed method to design the data warehouse is using 9-steps from Kimball. The selected process for the data warehouse is calculating number of employment type, with dimensions of region, education type, sex and employment type. Region has 3 level area in sub-district and village. The result of process and analysis will be provided into certain reports and dashboard. Dashboard will be very helpful directly to provide high level data for all stakeholder or decision maker.

This study will analyze the use of spreading factor variations from Long Range (LoRa) as Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) in the rural area to support the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. IoT is a Machine-to-machine (M2M) technology that requires an internet connection to send data. Internet connections in each region (especially in rural areas) are certainly different, one of the problems is the coverage of the mobile network. Because coverage from the internet is limited, IoT must be supported by WSN networks to retrieve data from non-mobile and non-TCP networks. One of the most popular technologies in the WSN is LoRa, which is Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) technology. The advantage is that it has a wide coverage area, is cheap and has low power. So it is necessary to do a LoRa coverage test to find out how far it can reach especially in rural areas. In this paper, the testing of LoRa coverage in rural areas is tested and has hilly characteristics which have quite many obstacles so that it can be the worst possibility in LoRa coverage. This research uses the entire configuration in the Spreading Factor to determine the effect on distance. The test results show that LoRa can send data up to 980 meters in SF12 with a PDR of 12% and PER 100%.

The paper will mainly investigate factors causing the critical issue of inactive users in one of online community, the Stack Overflow. The focus of inactive user itself will be ‘one-day flies’, those who posted once in Stack Overflow, then never come back. To establish the investigation, the author uses the systematic literature review approach.A new user is a valuable asset for Stack Overflow to keep their pace in the growing area. However, the facts that numerous users from this category become lurkers can be a huge burden for the community. The threat of unanswered questions, negative feedbacks, and deleted questions create a massive discouraging impact for the Stack Overflow, and therefore, raising a question about the health of this community - persistently intimidate new users may lead this giant community to the shrinking phase. However, there is also proves that through the user reputation and badge, some of them has passed the ‘novice’ stage and become actively participate in the community.

The field of e-commerce is currently on the rise, but it has not been able to be enjoyed by the majority of SME tailors and confection in Indonesia. On the contrary, fashion is one of the most purchased items via e-commerce. Inability of SME human resources to adopt e-commerce makes ordering erratic and causes their living far from prosperity. Customers also feel some dilemma when buying clothing online, for example, the items purchased are not as good those at picture gallery. Another problem the customer is often confusion in determining the tailor or confection when making clothing directly. Doing it in the city is expensive, whereas doing it in the village leading to poor quality. To overcome this, the need to develop a system of e-marketplace specifically for SMEs of tailor and confection. The development of this system is based on the analysis of problems and needs. This analysis is obtained by directly interviewing the twenty-four SMEs tailors and confection. The developed system has been tested using functional testing and UAT (User Acceptance Test).

Motorized accidents on many motorways are caused by sudden braking. Sudden braking occurs because of the distance between the driver and the obstacles in front that are too short, and the driving speed is too high, there is a delay in braking and a surge of force. Supposedly, vehicle motion when braking occurs must comply with the physics principle of following the kinematics concept of non-uniform motion slowing down between the driver with obstacles in front, and the concept of non-uniform circular motion slowing down on the wheels of a motorized vehicle. For this reason, an automatic braking instrumentation system is created using the principle of non-uniform motion slowing down and nonuniform circular motion slowing down, with distance and speed variables obtained from the proximity sensor and the speed sensor mounted on a motorized vehicle. The study began by conducting the first is characterization of the braking system of a motorcycle engine as a whole. Next, conducting a literature study from information obtained in the field. Next, conducting an appropriate braking control system study. Next, braking control system manufacturing and modeling mathematical as well as applications on motorbike vehicles. Next, tests are carried out in open fields and on the road starting from the engine starting the engine and moving forward until it stops again after braking. The braking control system development approach that is being carried out is the application of digital technology by balancing the needs of motorcyclists. This is done so that there is no gap between the needs of motorcyclists and the technology applied. In general, the technology applied includes the main parts, the controller unit as microcontroller, distance measuring unit use ultrasonic sensor, and speed sensor use hall effect sensor, servo as mechanical drive automatic brakes, and battery as power source. The units were developed according to the real conditions, and from the results of measurements of the effect of distance to deceleration by 93 percent.

The tender process is a long and complex business process to produce a series of legal obligations related to business contracts. The purpose of conducting a tender in government is to support the work program by finding the right tender (provider of goods and services) in the government procurement program so that it can be the basis of their decision to choose the most suitable tender. At the government in Indonesia, the tender process has been carried out using an e-tendering system with the use of internet technology through LPSE. The purpose of e-tendering is to facilitate the procurement process with related parties to increase productivity, effectiveness, and transparency in the tender process. However, problems in the e-tendering system are currently centralized, so that the local LPSE organization has full control of the database and the system which can pose a threat of vulnerability to fraud, collusion, and manipulation practices. The tender selection process that is full of competition must be supported by effective and transparent technology so that it does not cause fraud and suspicion among bidders. Blockchain technology is one of the solutions that allow integrated systems without a third party because it adheres to the decentralized nature of distributed databases so that it has a copy of many users. By adopting blockchain e-tendering can reduce the source of fraud, namely database manipulation. This research will explore the process of developing a blockchain-based system with e-tendering case studies on LPSE.

The development of speech recognition systems has been widely carried out in various fields. Its development is often used in smart device technology to facilitate users in giving instructions to a system through sound. Development of identical speech recognition with development to improve speech reading accuracy and fast response time processing. This paper aims to try an approach through hybrid methods by combining client-side and server-side services to benefit from both services. The smartphone device was chosen as a speech recognition computing device because it is a technological device that has become a necessity of everyday life in searching for information. In the paper we will propose a hybrid automatic speech recognition model, how the model works and the framework of the application.

Illicit tobacco is a worldwide issue that not only causes severe losses in the government revenue by tax evasion, but also has a negative impact on public health. Track and trace systems that allow states to monitor the movement of tobacco products from the starting point of production to the endpoints of sale will be key to global efforts to prevent the illicit trade in tobacco. This research proposes a framework and methodological approach for designing interoperable tobacco track and trace system capable of securing the supply chain and facilitating in investigating the illicit trade of tobacco products. The development of the framework is carried out by reviewing published traceability framework in the food industry and pharmaceutical industry sectors, and then adjusting it to the requirements of the WHO FCTC Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products and GS1 System Standards. The results are the TraceTobacco Framework which consists of seven main principle elements and TraceTobacco Methodology which outlines five important steps, both play an important role in designing an interoperable tobacco track and trace system. An interoperable tobacco track and trace system enables effective and efficient data and information exchange for securing supply chains and preventing illicit trade in tobacco products, which in turn has an impact on reducing the amount of illicit tobacco and improving public health, protecting the government revenues, and protecting legitimate economic operators.
