DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has implemented Citizen Relationship Management in the form of Jakarta Smart City. There are 8 channels provided as a door or ways to submit complaints, of which 7 doors use Information and Communication Technology and 1 door of offline. Until now there has no evaluation of an offline channel, even though this channel requires personnel who must work full time on every Saturday. The data collection method for this research was an interview with 250 DKI Jakarta residents using a questionnaire with semi-closed questions. The result of this study indicates that the most widely used canals of DKI Jakarta residents in channeling complaints are offline channels that are conducted by face-to-face. While information about programs in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government that is most influential is information from relatives or closest people that is usually done face to face.

Public transportation has become one of the important things in sustainable city development. This study discusses the factors that influence for increasing satisfaction of public transportation passengers, in this case, train passengers. In addition to factors that were discussed in previous studies, this paper also added digital service factors. This study conducted online survey and data analyzing using PLS-SEM method. Service delivery, onboard experience and accessibility are the most important factors in ensuring passenger satisfaction. Although digital service has not been a significant determinant in passenger satisfaction, this paper also proposes issues that need attention in relation to IT governance.

Elderly people generally experience a decrease in physical function which causes them to have a higher risk of experiencing health problems. 43% of elderly death cases are caused by blood circulation disorders. In addition, the results of a survey of five Asian countries showed high cases of elderly people falling. However, the elderlies are often left alone at home without the supervision of others. The late medical treatment given to the elderly when experiencing physical disruption can result to death. Therefore, we need an elderly health condition monitoring system that can serve as a means to provide information to families regarding the condition of the elderly in real-time. This system is based on the principle of the Internet of Things development. In general, the system consists of three parts, namely: wearable devices, servers and databases, and mobile applications. The integration of the three subsystems is able to monitor the elderly heart rate and detect the falling conditions. Abnormal health conditions will trigger the system to automatically send notifications through applications to elderly families. Thus, the family can immediately call the elderly and provide help as quick as possible. This elderly monitoring system can be used on the elderly wrist and has 90% accuracy in detecting hazard conditions. The system does not trigger any false alarm when used during normal activities. The system successfully displays information clearly through an Android-based application and is able to send notifications with a delay of under two seconds. This device with dimensions of 35 mm x 50 mm x 70 mm is also able to be used for 6.5 hours.

The rapid development of the use of ICTs through e-government programs launched by the government, especially in the public service sector, has created various innovations based on information systems that cause incompatibility with business systems. Each work unit creates its own information system for business needs so that there is disharmony if it is to be drawn into the public service system at the top level. SOA is needed as a solution to overcome this problem where communication services that were originally P2P were converted into communication between services on the bus to achieve business goals optimally despite various architectures, platforms, programming languages. ESB is a very appropriate middleware for the integration of these background differences. RESTful web services are used to connect each of the existing applications both internal and external applications through ESB.

Information technology has been playing major roles in the field of medical research and analysis in diagnosing as well as treatment of diseases. Colon cancer is among one of the diseases to be identified effectively and accurately. The scarcity of datasets however hinders the progress of researchers. This paper introduces an algorithm that extracts image from an original image using a ground truth. The algorithm used Python programming language in string slicing. The algorithm was able to extract both polyp and non-polyp images and decreases 8% of the time it takes than original image. Furthermore, this algorithm is useful in creating future studies.

Previous research has proven that online search data can be used to estimate tourist visits. Massive query data is a challenge in determining the right keywords to used to build indexes. This study proposes a framework for building a composite search index. The proposed forecasting framework emphasizes keyword selection using keywords in previous research and is based on the tourism organization's website. Previous studies predict the number of tourist arrivals at a tourist place, city or city-state, whereas in this study predict foreign tourist visits at the country level, Indonesia. Using the econometric model, this study uses data on Foreign Tourist Visits (FTV), Google Trends Index (GTI), Customer Price Index (CPI) and Exchange Rate (ER). The forecasting method uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and then analyzes the model, provides forecasting and structural analysis of the model. The results of the model analysis are long-term and short-term analyzes and the results of forecasting evaluation show that the MAPE score is good.

The Indonesian government has developed a database called TRUST+™ Positif which contains the list of blacklisted URLs. These URLs are blacklisted because they contain some prohibited materials or negative contents such as pornography, radicalism, fraud, racism, violence, gambling, and security threat. The government requires all the Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Indonesia to block Internet access to websites listed on TRUST+™ Positif database. The government expects this action will help reducing the spread of negative contents, especially pornography. One of the many ways to disseminate pornographic content is by publishing those articles in the websites. This research purpose is to provide the pornographic corpus in order to be the reference for pornography identification research. The corpus is built from 1,000 articles from 150 websites based on TRUST+™ Positif database. This research only extracts the sentences that related to pornography. The extraction is done based on the selected keywords. These keywords are generated by the most frequent words the articles and should be related to pornography. There are 447 keywords that have been selected manually. The result of this research is a pornographic corpus in Bahasa Indonesia that consists of 35,753 sentences.

In savings and loan cooperatives there are many problems of embezzlement of funds carried out by cooperative officers. The embezzlement of funds occurs because of the non-transparency of transactions that occur in savings and loan cooperatives. This transparency problem can be solved using blockchain-based recording technology. With blockchain, cooperative members can contribute as peer to protecting existing data.

Traffic congestion is a major problem throughout the world, especially in the city of Jakarta. Until now the problem of congestion has not been resolved properly because the number of vehicles is always increase and the number of roads is inadequate, drivers are not getting complete and updated information about the traffic around them, other than that the parties are also less responsive in handling congestion. Therefore, this study was made to analyze and determine which road segments need special attention, help traffic management, make it easier for users to find out the latest traffic information, and make relevant parties able to take quick response actions. This paper is using social media data, social network such as Facebook is able to provide a real-time data. this data can be processed to gain a powerful insight. However, processing social media data have challenge due to the raw text format, therefore the text processing needs to be done in order to make the data readable. In Jakarta, there is an official account which post a traffic condition in Jakarta. In this paper we are getting the post data from this account, do text processing on it and make a reports and dashboard to provide any user insight regarding the traffic data in Jakarta.
