The Sakinah family development carried out by the Siak Regency Government through the Sakinah Family Development Village activity aims to create a religious society and the economic prosperity of families in Siak Regency. Various activities have been carried out in KBKS. Activities that started from the trial period (2012-2014) have been running for 10 years so far, and the effectiveness needs to be examined to see whether the program has been effective or not. This research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of KBKS activities is considered effective. This is proven based on the results of research in the field which shows that the Sakinah Family Assisted Village (KBKS) activities are running well and optimally, starting from the pilot/launching and socialization stage, the coaching stage, the monitoring/evaluation stage and the post-evaluation stage.

Ubud has become a popular destination for sustainable tourism, resulting in an increase in visitors to the region. Local communities have responded to tourist demand by providing accommodation, food and other visitor services. The community's income-generating activities now include tourism as a crucial component. However, the success of promoting sustainable tourism has led to overtourism in the region. This study aims to analyse how the community can maintain sustainable tourism and at the same time ensure the sustainability of their income generating activities. Data collection including observation, documentation, interviews, and literature review. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique, and triangulation techniques were employed in the analysis to ensure data validity. This paper presents empirical evidence of the local community role in achieving sustainable tourism. The results show that the local community’s roles can be categorised as either spontaneous or induced participations.

Youth have an important role in society, one of the organizations in society that houses youth is Karang Taruna. Along with the growth of business units operating in the fisheries sector, there are several environmental problems. The aim of the research is how to develop a community empowerment strategy based on circular economics. The research method used is qualitative with ABCD & SWOT analysis, the sample is the Sukabumi City Farmer Youth Business Group. The research results show that community groups have implemented the ABCD program, and it can be said that there are several empowerment strategies in business sustainability namely motivation, conducting training, making wise decisions, managing resources optimally, and building marketing networks.

This research focuses on Marriage Dispensation in the Religious Court of Purworejo, with an emphasis on the factors underlying the granting of marriage dispensation to underage children and the psychological considerations of judges in determining marriage dispensation permits. The result of empirical normative research is elucidating the practice of marriage dispensation, wherein marriages can proceed even if one or both prospective spouses have not reached the minimum age limit as stipulated by Law No. 16 of 2019. Judges grant dispensation based on considerations of expediency, with three reasons: theological motivation to avoid violating religious norms, social motivation to prioritize the long-term interests of the child, and psychological motivation involving the mental preparedness of the husband and wife in dealing with family issues. This research provides insights to marriage institutions and serves as a reference for parties involved in underage marriage cases in society.

Finding legal solutions for labor disputes in North Minahasa Regency (Minuta), particularly at the Manpower Office, is the goal of the study. The use of normative juridical research involves understanding the law as a set of rules or positive norms, as well as laws in addition to interviews and observations, and then reviewing or analyzing secondary data in the form of legal materials, particularly primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The findings indicate that fewer labor cases—five—than in 2020 and 2021 were submitted to the Minuta of Manpower Office. Upon submission of the instances, the involved parties voluntarily decided to address the issue after they had instructions from the Manpower Office representatives.

The goal of this study is to examine the impact of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and motivational learning on the mastery of social interactions among fifth-grade students at Cilegon 4 Elementary School. The population for this study comprises 128 students, and a sample of 78 students was selected. This sample was divided into two experimental classes, each containing 39 students—one utilizing a video-based approach and the other employing a PowerPoint-based method. This study employs a 2x2 factorial design for research design.The data analysis for this study involved the utilization of two-way-ANOVA. The study's findings reveal a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), with F calculated (3737.406) exceeding the critical F value (4.09). As a result, this indicates a statistically significant outcome. The study's conclusion underscores that the utilization of TPACK combined with motivational learning significantly influences the mastery of social interactions among fifth-grade students at Cilegon 4 Elementary School.

The research method used is quasy experiment and 2x2 factorial design. The research sample was 82 students at SDN Sumampir. The instruments used are questionnaires and tests. The data analysis used is a two-way Anova test. The conclusions from this study are (1) there is an influence between student learning outcomes with the learning of the video-assisted discussion method and the poster-assisted discussion method; (2) there is an influence between students' learning motivation with the video-assisted discussion method and poster-assisted discussion method; 3) For students who have high motivation, their learning outcomes will be higher if taught using the video-assisted discussion method compared to the poster-assisted discussion method; (4) For students who have low motivation, their learning outcomes will not be higher if they are taught using the poster-assisted discussion method compared to the video-assisted discussion method; (5) There is an interaction effect between media and learning motivation on student learning outcomes.

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of student peer-to-peer tutoring model and the level of learning motivation concerning the comprehension of the concept of circle circumference among the sixth-grade students. This study employs a quasi-experimental research design, specifically incorporating pre-test and pos-test assessments. The study's population consists of 107 students, with a sample size of 72 students selected through the utilization of a cluster random sampling technique. The study's instrument uses a form of questionnare and tests. The data analysis for this study involved the utilization of two-way-ANOVA using SPSS 23.0 software for Windows. The conclusions are; (1) A notable influence exists when employing the peer-to-peer tutoring model in enhancing students' comprehension of circle circumferences among sixth-grade students. (2) A distinct impact emerges from students' learning motivation on their grasp of circle circumference comprehension in the sixth-grade. (3) Significant influences are discerned from both the implementation of the peer-to-peer tutoring model and the level of learning motivation, collectively affecting the comprehension of circle circumference among sixth-grade students.

The background of this research is learning problems, low teacher performance, character, work programs are not implemented properly due to the less than optimal leadership of the principal. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the leadership of the islamic schools head integrated with religious values? The purpose of this research is to describe and find the leadership of principals who are integrated with religious values. This study uses a qualitative method of multiple case study types. The research locations were Madrasah Aliyah Madania and Salaffiyah Islamic Boarding School Fadlun Minalloh D.I. Yogyakarta. Data sources include: Headmaster, Madrasah, Deputy Headmaster, and Teachers. Data collection techniques include: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results: the application of integrated leadership to religious values includes: Deliberation, effective communication, collaboration, cooperation, honesty, responsibility, trustworthiness, strategic thinking. Headmaster need to implement planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring.

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the leadership of the islamic schools head integrated with religious values? The purpose of this research is to describe and find the leadership of principals who are integrated with religious values. This study uses a qualitative method of multiple case study types. The research locations were Madrasah Aliyah Madania and Salaffiyah Islamic Boarding School Fadlun Minalloh D.I. Yogyakarta. Data sources include: Headmaster, Madrasah, Deputy Headmaster, and Teachers. Data collection techniques include: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results: the application of integrated leadership to religious values includes: Deliberation, effective communication, collaboration, cooperation, honesty, responsibility, trustworthiness, strategic thinking. The purpose of the research is to knowing the role of the National Amil Zakat Agency and to find out how much public trust in institutions that manage people's funds other than BAZNAS. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. To get this information, it can be done with several techniques, one of which is through observation activities, direct interview activities or dialogue processes carried out and through documentation studies so that all information can be obtained properly. Regarding the technique in processing the data, it is done by reducing the data and then presenting it and drawing conclusions according to the research carried out. As a party that has broader authority over other zakat collection bodies and institutions, the role of BAZNAS is very important and vital, especially in ensuring collaboration and cooperation between stakeholders. Then examine in general that many people do not trust amil zakat institutions or bodies so that much of the distribution is made directly to people who receive the zakat rather than being distributed to existing amil zakat bodies.
