The Web has come a long way since the creation of the first web by Tim Berners -Lee in 1990 and Web 3.0 which is the next big thing in e-commerce, offering a more user-friendly shopping experience. Web 3.0 makes it easier for consumers to find what they're looking for and complete transactions quickly and easily. For decades, the global economy has thrived on the internet, and for the better part of that time, it has been subjected to web2.0 which is a centralized system. Presently the world is in the transition to web 3.0 which is a more decentralized system. Web 3.0 combines some of the best static and dynamic elements from Web 2.0 and Web 1.0, with an abundance of new features to deliver a user experience that's more intuitive, enjoyable, and engaging for consumers as well as more efficient and cost-effective for retailers. One of the special features of Web 3.0 is that clients themselves can customize business-related web content anytime anywhere with a highly developed web 3.0 data blockchain. Web 3.0, though it is in the development stage, promises far-reaching impacts on the way e-commerce works in the future. This review provides a brief idea of how the journey of the web has so far transitioned from web 1.0 through Web 2.0 and now onto Web 3.0, and several layers of technical innovations which are housed in the web 3.0 platform are also discussed

Disease prediction has become one of the most difficult challenges in medicine in recent years. To eliminate the hazards connected with prediction, it is necessary to automate the process and notify the patient well in advance. The medical database is mostly made up of discrete data. As a result, making decisions using discrete data is a difficult task. Machine learning simplifies the process. The major purpose of this research is to give doctors a tool to diagnose diseases in their early stages. This model includes a user interface that allows users to anticipate ailments such as heart disease, Parkinson's disease, cancer, and diabetes. We utilized SVM and Logistic Regression for classification.

The study is descriptive survey research designed to investigate the learning management system in education: benefits and drawbacks. The area of the study is Rehama Academy School, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The population of the study comprises 25 teachers in Rehama Academy School. A sample of 20 teachers was involved in the study. A purposive sampling technique was applied in the selection process. The Instrument used for the study to collect data from respondents is a structured questionnaire titled learning management system in education: benefits and drawbacks (LMSEBD) with 30-item questions. The reliability coefficient of 0.64 was obtained using Pearson product-moment correlation. Mean and Standard Deviation answered the research question while the t-test answered the hypothesis. The study found that the t-test learning management system is not just for eLearning, it is capable of housing videos, slide decks, written instruction, and various other learning materials in a user-friendly, centralized location. Based on the findings, the researcher recommends that With the use of a learning management system, students can maintain their independence, excitement, and motivation.

Classifying traffic signs is an indispensable task for autonomous driving systems. Depending on the country, traffic signs possess a wide variability in their visual appearance making it harder for classification systems to succeed. Either the classifier should be fine-tuned or a bigger collection of images should be used. Nowadays, Intelligent Autonomous Vehicles together with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) deal with the problem of traffic sign recognition. It is a challenging real world computer vision problem due to the different and complex scenarios they are placed into. After images are classified they are made into the groups like highway signs, speed signs, danger signs etc.

Among many computer visions based interactive systems, designing hand gesture and facial expression based Human-Computer-Interaction (HCI) system retains to be a highly challenging task. Our main purpose is to find a non-tangible way to interact with the computer. Our project aims at developing a video-player controlled by the human hand gestures by making use of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The gestures would serve as the direct command for operations such as play or pause the video. It uses simple gestures to control the video. So people don’t have to learn the machine like skills and only need to remember a set of gestures to control the video playback. Keywords—: Machine Learning, CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), Open CV, Classification model, webcam.

Credit card fraud avoidance has been the most popular problem in the developed world. In this case, credit card fraud is identified by fraudulent transactions. Since e-commerce sites are becoming more popular, credit card fraud is becoming more common. When a credit card is stolen it is used for dishonest reasons, a fraudster uses the credit card information for his own purposes, and it is called credit card theft. In order to track online fraud transactions, the new technology employs a variety of methods. To increase the consistency of the proposed scheme, we used a random forest algorithm to find suspicious transactions. It is built on supervise learning algorithm, which classifies the dataset using decision trees. After the dataset has been categorized, a confusion matrix is established. The confusion matrix is used to test the Random Forest Algorithm's accuracy. Keywords— Credit Card, Fraud Detection, Random Forest, Classification technique, Transactions.

The objective of the paper is to build a platform for cryptocurrency investors, who purchase cryptocurrencies on different cryptocurrency exchange platforms where the investor can create his portfolio on the platform and track the real-time profit/loss of his total portfolio balance as well as in each cryptocurrency he has invested in and can also set reminders. With this platform, he can also link his WhatsApp to get notification alerts of his portfolio balance and profit/loss in real-time. This real-time notification alert feature is implemented with Django Celery and Redis. Celery is a task queue with a focus on real-time processing, which also supports task scheduling. Redis is a message broker.

The objective of this study is to grow and to characterize the LHistidinium Maleate (LHM) crystal and to learn its suitability in modern Non-Linear Optics. This organic crystal grown by slow evaporation method has shown amazing optical performances and satisfactory spectral impressions in electronic and vibrational spectra. The Powder X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD) pattern confirmed the crystalinity of the synthesized LHM crystal. The Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) of LHM confirmed its Non-Linear Optical (NLO) performance.
