MONETARY RESPONSE TO ANY CRISIS WITH REFERENCE TO CURRENT PANDEMIC 针对当前大流行的任何危机的货币对策

In 2016, the monetary policy related approach structure moved towards flexible inflation focusing on furthermore, a six-part Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) was comprised for setting the strategy rate. Indian Economy was struggling through the NBFC liquidity crisis and rising bank NPA, suddenly Pandemic has hit the economy badly. It is a big blow to the economy and in response to this sudden crisis RBI has taken various measures to bring back economy on track. This paper is descriptive study of various policy decision taken by RBI to in order to control the damage due to Pandemic. The RBI’ Bi-monthly policy review document is used as reference for various policy measures and its effectiveness in dealing with changes in the various economic indicators. RBI has used all policy measures in dealing with liquidity squeeze due to lockdown. It includes LTRO, TRTO and operation twist. This paper will also discuss the likely impact of these unconventional tools of monetary policy on the RBI’s Balance Sheetsize. The RBI actualizes the financial approach through open market tasks, bank rate strategy, save framework, credit control strategy, moral influence and through numerous different instruments. Utilizing any of these instruments will prompt changes in the loan cost, or the cash flexibly in the economy. Financial approach can be expansionary and contractionary in nature. Expanding cash flexibly and lessening loan costs show an expansionary strategy. The converse of this is a contractionary financial strategy. For example, liquidity is significant for an economy to spike development. To look after liquidity, the RBI is subject to the financial arrangement. The operational framework of monetarypolicy has also gone through significant changes with respect to instruments and targeting mechanisms. The preamble of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Act, 1934 was also amended in 2016, which now clearly provides the mandate of the RBI. It reads as follows: “to regulate the issue of Bank notes and keeping of reserves with a view to securing monetary stability in India and generally to operate the currency and credit system of the country to its advantage; to have a modern monetary policy framework to meet the challenge of an increasingly complex economy; to maintain price stability while keeping in mind the objective of growth.” The aim of monetary policy in the initial years of inception of RBI was mainly to maintain the sterling parity, with exchange rate being the nominal anchor ofmonetary policy. VACCINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM INTEGRATED WITH KEYCLOAK 与keycloak集成的疫苗注册系统

The objective of this paper is to provide an online registration system for covid-19 vaccination. In this crisis, it will be difficult to register in person and get vaccinated after waiting in a queue for a long period; thus, registering online is the safest and most convenient way to schedule slots on a convenient date and get vaccinated. We built this application using spring boot, which allows developers to directly get into coding without wasting time in setting up and configuring the environment. For authentication and authorization, we integrated it with keycloak, a third-party service, which is a simple way to make our webbased apps more secure and Keycloak provides distinctive features to the application like single Single-Sign On, OpenID Connect Support, Social Logins and many more. So, this is a web-based service where any individual can conveniently schedule their slots from anywhere according to the availability in their desired locations.

TENSILE/COMPRESSIVE AND FLEXURAL PROPERTIES OF NATURAL/SYNTHETIC HYBRID FIBRE METAL LAMINATE COMPOSITES 天然/合成混杂金属纤维层压复合材料的拉伸/压缩和弯曲性能

The mechanical properties of any material are the most important factor considered in producing components in the structure; therefore, the reinforced fibre-metal laminate composites can be in automotive and aerospace industries and other local manufacturing companies, due to their high strength and stiffness. The study investigates the tensile, compressive and flexural properties of the fabricated composites (kenaf and flax composites). The two composites were fabricated in a mould using a traditional method (hand lay-up) cured at room temperature and post-cured in an oven at 80⁰C for 3 hours. The properties test of the composites was carried out using a universal testing machine (UTM). Five samples were cut from each sample based on the ASTM standard for tensile, compression, and flexural test. The result of the test shows a decrease in the properties of pure synthetic fibre metal laminates. Flax composite is 14.22% and 22.03% greater than kenaf composite and 25.64% lower than it in terms of tensile, compressive and flexural strength respectively. Based on the strength obtained in the study, the composites can be used in automobile and aerospace industries for developing different components even in the interior and exterior sections of aerospace.

CONCEPT MAPPING AS A TEACHING STRATEGY: BENEFITS AND CHALLENGES IN HIGHER INSTITUTION 概念映射作为一种教学策略:高等院校的利益与挑战

The study is a descriptive survey research designed to investigate concept mapping in education: benefits and challenges in higher institutions. The area of the study is the Federal college of education (Technical), Omoku. The population of the study comprises all teaching practice students in the Faculty of Science. A sample of 100 students was involved in the study. Purposive and stratified sampling technique was applied in the selection process. The Instrument used for the study to collect data from respondents is a structured questionnaire titled concept mapping in education: benefits and challenges in the higher institution (CMEBCHI) with 30-item questions. The reliability co-efficient of 0.72 was gotten. Mean and Standard Deviation were used to answer the research questions while the Z test was used to answer the hypotheses. The study found that concept maps can be used to increase learning by relating new and old knowledge and concept mapping helps students to make meaningful connections between the main idea and other information. Based on the conclusion, the researcher recommended that Teachers should use concept mapping as a useful cognitive tool for enhancing students’ critical thinking by encouraging students to process information deeply for understanding

CHARACTERIZATION AND MACHINING OF FIBER-REINFORCED POLYMER COMPOSITE SHAFT 纤维增强聚合物复合材料轴的表征与加工

The ultimate purpose of the project is to manufacture a composite shaft using a lathe machine (conventional method). For this process, we have designed a special lathe attachment over which our fiber will be worn. We use an Eglass fiber and the solution is an epoxy resin mixed with hardener.Initially, the fiber is taken to the required amount and weighed. The equitant amount of epoxy resin is weighed. Then 10% of the weight of hardener to epoxy resin is mixed. The lathe attachment consists of a resin bath in which the resin is poured. The fiber is made to dip into the resin bath so that the fiber is completely covered with resin. On the other end of the attachment, the fiber with resin is taken out and rolled over the mandrel ( stainless steel rod of required dimension ).The mandrel is initially wound with butter paper and coated with wax ( For easy removal). As the fiber rolled over the mandrel with engaging the tool post with the lead screw. The required gear attachment for the lead screw speed is set. The Lathe is rotated at the least speed. The required number of windings on the mandrel is given by moving it back and forth. Them the mandrel is removed from the chuck and made to dry. After this process, the mandrel is removed by taking out the butter paper. We get a hollow shaft that is made of compound material i.e.fiber and epoxy resin. The product is of improved strength and is used for the replacement of propeller shafts. This is a conventional way of fabricating a composite shaft with the help of a lathe machine. The design of part of it is the special lathe attachment.

EMPIRICAL STUDY ON MALARIA DETECTION USING MACHINE LEARNING 基于机器学习的疟疾检测实证研究

Malaria is the third-deadliest infection on the world. Malaria is cause 14 million more cases and 69,000 more deaths in 2020 than it did in 2019. Between 2019 and 2020, India was the only high-burden country to show progress by sustaining a reduction in malaria burden. In 2020, 29 of the 85 malaria-endemic countries accounted for 96 percent of malaria cases. India was responsible for 1.7 percent of malaria cases and 1.2 percent of deaths worldwide. The gold standard for malaria diagnosis is currently microscopic examination of blood films. It is, however, subjective, error-prone, and time-consuming. To address such issues, computational microscopic imaging methods have recently received a lot of attention in the field of digital pathology. As a result, over the last decade, researchers have focused on digital image analysis and computer vision methods for malaria diagnosis. Various contrast enhancement and segmentation methods for microscopic imaging have been discussed in this study for accurate malaria diagnosis.

Heat pipes are getting more popular as passively heat transmission technology, due to their excellent efficiency. It is popular in applications such as air conditioning, aviation, space technology, electronics etc. The performance, components, and applications of the most current heat pipe devices are completely analysed in this paper. The entire study objective was to improve people's understanding of heat pipes by gathering and organizing data that was easily and quickly available in a variety of forms across the material spectrum, displaying it in an ordered manner that went from basic to advanced knowledge about heat pipes, and contributing additional insight into the proficiency of considerations made during the design and fabrication of heat pipes as well as investigating how a change in heat pipe parameters affects performance. The study on heat pipes that has been done in terms of design and analysis is covered in this paper.

Electricity is generated by replacing the usual speed breakers with some simple mechanism. As vehicles pass over the speed breakers, reciprocating shaft mechanism works and with the help of high-tension springs which in turn generate electricity. This method is an effective way to produce electricity as the number of vehicles is ever increasing. It can be effectively placed near toll plazas, parking lots and other locations where density of vehicles is very high. A reciprocating shaft mechanism & spring assembly mechanism is provided to transfer the motion to a DC motor/generator for electricity generation. This method provides a cost-effective way to generate electricity from the mechanical energy of dynamic vehicles on roads.

In today’s world, Smartphones have grown an overpowering part of everyone's living. With these smartphones, human life transformed for the better. "Institutional Caller Application" is our college management application that is aimed at handling most of the interactions between the staff of the institution. The application will give to accessthe person’s contact number and email-id makes to contact them which is also provided by our application. It alsoindicated a great interest of users in having context information visualized in the phonebook. Our application isnot meant for public use, and only authorized persons can make use of it. An only authorized users can use this application by downloading the application. The competent authorities who have permission to access the database can add, delete or modify the staff information of the departments of the institution. The authorized user can search the staff information by specifying the contact number, name of the department office/official, designations, and email-id of the particular department of the institution. This model application can make a calland send a message to the staff specified by the user. Sometimes it can also be able to call or message many people by selecting many persons using the search option. The purpose of this application is to make improvements in the education system and institutional businesses. This application helps in adding movement and computerization to maintain the institutional information. The existing system uses a website for finding a phone number to make an action like call and message to other respective members. It is a very time-consuming process. The android application simplifies this process by providing instantaneous notifications to the corresponding staff. This application makes this task easier, faster, and more secure

Titanium and Aluminium alloys are commonly used in various applications. Welding of the above-mentioned materials is of utmost importance in the engineering industry. A lot of studies have been made to understand the mechanical properties of the materials. During welding, titanium alloys absorb oxygen and nitrogen from the atmosphere easily. It has become necessary to develop unique welding procedures and techniques to control the alpha/beta phase transformations and precipitation reactions responsible for the deleterious weld properties in these materials. This article brings out the salient points concerning the metallurgical characteristics of the welded materials.
