Google, the most important network has startedworking on the self-driving cars since 2010 and still developingnew changes to grant an entire new level to the automatedvehicles. during this paper we've got centered on 2 applications of anautomated automobile, one during which 2 vehicles have same destinationand one is aware of the route, wherever different don’t. The followingvehicle can follow the target (i.e. Front) vehicle mechanically.The other application is machine-driven driving throughout the heavytraffic jam, thence restful driver from endlessly pushingbrake, accelerator or clutch. the concept delineated during this paperhas been taken from the Google automobile, defining the one side hereinafter thought is creating the destination dynamic. This canbe done by a vehicle mechanically following the destination ofanother vehicle. Since taking intelligent choices within the within the a difficulty for the machine-driven vehicle therefore this side has beenalso into consideration during this paper. REAL-TIME DROWSINESS DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM USING OPENCV ALGORITHM 采用opencv算法的实时嗜睡诊断系统

Drowsiness or fatigue is a major cause of road accidents and has a significant impact on road safety. There are many fatal accidents that can be avoided if drowsy drivers are warned early. There are a variety of sleep detection systems available that monitor drivers' drowsiness while driving and alert drivers if they are not focused on driving. Appropriate features can be extracted from facial expressions such as yawning, eye closing, and head movement to determine the level of sleepiness. The biological condition of the drivers' body, as well as the behavior of the vehicle, are analyzed to determine if the driver is drowsy. It presents a comprehensive analysis of the available mechanisms for the driver's drowsiness and presents a detailed analysis of the most commonly used classification strategies in this regard. We divide existing strategies into three categories: behaviors, physical, and strategies based on life parameters. Second, the supervised learning methods used for sleep apnea are being reviewed. Third, the pros and cons and comparative research of different approaches is discussed. In addition, the research frameworks are detailed in the diagrams for better understanding. Because of the dangers posed by road fatigue, researchers have developed various mechanisms to detect driver drowsiness and each procedure has its own benefits and limitations. In order to make an important review of Drowsiness Detection Techniques (DDT) and appropriate classification methods, we created a search engine unit to gather relevant information. We keep our search focused on publishing reputable journals and conferences. We have developed a multi-stage selection process and testing process.

An obvious expansion in the measure of satellite dataset accessible lately has made the translation of this information a difficult issue at scale. Determining helpful insights from such pictures requires a rich comprehension of the data present in them. AI is currently utilized for keeping up precise automated regional maps to react to real time, natural and catastrophe recuperation challenges. These assignments need close to continuous, precise, mechanized planning straight from aerial and satellite pictures. In this project, we apply Mask-RCNN and Conditional Adversarial Network techniques for extracting building footprint. The problem is viewed as a supervised learning problem. We try different things with learning parameters and algorithms, apply data augmentation, use transfer learning, utilizing RGB data and to accomplish high precision results. The resulting pipeline incorporates image pre-processing algorithms that permits it to adapt to input pictures of fluctuating quality, resolution and channels.

The objective of this paper is to deploy the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) using a Computer Vision Based AGVs (Automated Guided vehicle-Robot) and Make Sensor Networks Practical with Robots for Post Disaster Management. Beyond disaster Management these Robots can also be used as the substitute for Solider in the future war fare to reduce loss of human life as far as possible. In our proposed system, Mobile Robots carry 4 types of sensors (PIR sensor, Metal Detector, Haptic robotic Arm & fire, temperature sensor) for human detection & also for rescue. “why to put human lives at risk when robots can do their job much more effectively?” This simple question is answered by our paper. It is very essential to have a robot during disaster conditions like Earthquake or Bomb blast, where we have to identify live human beings as quickly as possible to save life. Our ultimate Aim was to have two mobile Robots. 1 is Surveillance Robot (here after Target Robot) and 2 is Rescuer Robot The Communication between the Target Robot and the Rescuer robot is Made by 802.15.4 and the base station communication can be made by Standard Wireless Network of IEEE 802.11g . The Target robot can easily navigate through rough terrain without getting stuck since it can detect obstacles and also it Detect fire, poisonous gases, Enemy remote vehicles. The Rescuer robot uses following methods to detect a human, one is using the IR radiation emerging from the live humans and contactless sensor MIR (microwave impulse radar) for detecting the heart beat of Human . Our has an robotized arm with six degrees of freedom so that robots can diffuse bomb and unexploded devices, thus saving lives and limbs of many soldiers Provided The robot has a scissor Lift for Lifting heavier debris or Metal Rods and rescue the human.

This paper presents a design of composite nano ink based wearable antenna for e-textile applications. Wearable antenna is designed to function while being worn. It is commonly used in wearable wireless communication and biomedical systems. For this study we are using HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator) software tool cotton is as substrate with permittivity and loss tangent 1.6mm and 0.02 respectively. For improvement of high gain and low SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) we are using EBG(Electromagnetic Bandgap) & VIA techniques.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD DETECTION USING RANDOM FOREST ALGORITHM 基于随机森林算法的信用卡欺诈检测

Credit card fraud avoidance has been the most popular problem in the developed world. In this case, credit card fraud is identified by fraudulent transactions. Since e-commerce sites are becoming more popular, credit card fraud is becoming more common. When a credit card is stolen it is used for dishonest reasons, a fraudster uses the credit card information for his own purposes, and it is called credit card theft. In order to track online fraud transactions, the new technology employs a variety of methods. To increase the consistency of the proposed scheme, we used a random forest algorithm to find suspicious transactions. It is built on supervise learning algorithm, which classifies the dataset using decision trees. After the dataset has been categorized, a confusion matrix is established. The confusion matrix is used to test the Random Forest Algorithm's accuracy. Keywords— Credit Card, Fraud Detection, Random Forest, Classification technique, Transactions.

VIDEO CONTROLLING USING HAND GESTURES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE 残疾人用手势控制视频

Among many computer visions based interactive systems, designing hand gesture and facial expression based Human-Computer-Interaction (HCI) system retains to be a highly challenging task. Our main purpose is to find a non-tangible way to interact with the computer. Our project aims at developing a video-player controlled by the human hand gestures by making use of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The gestures would serve as the direct command for operations such as play or pause the video. It uses simple gestures to control the video. So people don’t have to learn the machine like skills and only need to remember a set of gestures to control the video playback. Keywords—: Machine Learning, CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), Open CV, Classification model, webcam.

The Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade of the Government of India founded the private, nonprofit firm Open Network for Digital Commerce to create open networks for e-commerce. India's e-commerce environment is anticipated to change as a result of the government-imposed Open Network Digital Commerce (ONDC) platform. Customers and sellers will be able to interact and transact online independently of the app or platform they are using. This platform seeks to provide new opportunities, restrain digital monopolies, and assist single proprietors, micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, and other smaller businesses in joining online marketplaces. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the benefits that ONDC provides to MSMEs—Micro, Small, and MediumSized Enterprise, while simultaneously posing a challenge to the major e-Commerce players yet an advantageous platform to all digital businesses.
