Improving the quality of education at school is not only the role of principal, but also the role of teacher and Administrative Staff (TU). The teacher works not only as a teacher but also an educator. Teachers must play an active role and place their position as professionals who work with high performance. Teacher and TU performance will be optimal, if integrated with good school principal and adequate work facilities. Effective headmaster leadership will be created if the principal has good character, behavior and skills.. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership with the performance of teachers and TU SMP N 1 Baturaden in Academic Year 2018/2019. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The sample in this study are 39 teachers and 13 TU staffs. Methods of collecting data used in this study are observation, questionnaires and interviews.

Since birth, humans have had basic desires, namely the desire to be one with the atmosphere of the surrounding environment. At one time, there will be social interaction which will then occur social activities because social interaction is the main requirement for social activities. The principal is the key person in achieving the school's vision, mission and goals. Based on Minister of National Education Regulation Number 13 of 2007 concerning Standards for Principals / Madrasas that the qualifications of principals / madrasas consist of general qualifications and special qualifications. In addition to having to meet the qualifications, a school principal must fulfill personal, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision and social competencies. Supervision competence is the competence of principals who need to get serious attention including, 1) Planning academic supervision programs, 2) Carrying out academic supervision of teachers by using appropriate supervision approaches and techniques, 3) Following up on academic supervision results. The principal must prepare an academic supervision plan starting from the academic supervision schedule, the techniques to be used in academic supervision and the instruments that will be used in implementing academic supervision. The implementation of supervision can be in the form of performance evaluation by checking various administrative features that have been prepared by the teachers and conducting class visits to observe the course of the learning process. The development of an educational institution is influenced by two factors, they are internal and external factors. The internal factor becomes the mainly attention as the first step to develop the institution to be more accountable institution and an idol in the public. one of the forgotten and neglected roles is its role as a public relation. One of the indicators of a successful public relation is the interest of the public to enter the institution. Otherwise, the unsuccessful public relation in the institution is that the public has the doubt, pessimism about the institution, which can decrease public interest and trust to the institution, and can cause the institution to come into bankrupcy. Developing the understanding about the vision and mission in an institution/school is an important part in public relation. It is necessary for the public to get some information easily and hoe the institution can raise public curiosity about the institution sp that they . they will follows the aim of the institution. From social media someone can get the latest information quickly and easily, in the form of news, images, or videos. In this millennial era, the ease of social media has made most people feel the need and motivation to use it. For the world of education, social media can also be used as one of the learning media. Because the goals of social media include self-actualization, forming a community, establishing personal relationships, and marketing media. And the characteristics of social media include user participation, openness, conversation, and connectedness. Learning media in general is a tool for teaching and learning. Everything that can be used to stimulate thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities or skills of students so that it can encourage the learning process. Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah as one of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia has a special nature, namely believers with Islamic aqeedah based on the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah in providing services to the community, in the fields of education and teaching, preaching, economics and national-level socialism. The role of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah in education in Indonesia is very influential and gives its own style in the development of education in Indonesia, which is having a commitment to develop students for the realization of a civilized society and Islamic character, and able to benefit the people of Indonesia. The education principle of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah is to foster a scientific culture among Muslims, with reference to the Qur'an and Sunnah, so that it will form a mindset that is characterized by Islam properly and correctly. This concentration on the modernization of education has made Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah have played many roles in the advancement of education in Indonesia. The development of Islamic education carried out by Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah is under the responsibility of the Education and Teaching Council through the program; 1) publishing an education quality management system, 2) publishing curriculum and textbooks on Islamic Education, Al Qur'an and Arabic subjects, 3) conducting school management assistance in each branch, 4) holding training / workshops to improve school management competencies and teachers, and 5) measuring the development of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah schools.

In the millennium era the competition between educational institutions is getting tougher. If an institution does not innovate in improving an educational institution, it will lag behind other educational institutions. After the researchers observed the MI Darwata Mujur Lor Educational Institution, the researchers found a lack of proportional improvement in the ability of teachers and a lack of networks that were integrated with the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by MI Darwata Mujur Lor in improving the quality of its institutions. The type of the research is descriptive research. Descrpitive research is done by collecting data as much as possible which is supporting factors that influence it then explained according to the data found. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, surveys and documentation. The analysis technique of this study using taxonomic analysis is the analysis of the chosen domain which is further elaborated to find out the internal structure using focused observation. The results showed that efforts to improve the quality of educational institutions in Darwata Mujur Lor in the aspects of teacher professionalism were carried out by improving the profession individually, and increasing teachers through professional organizational channels, and network aspects carried out by conducting workshops / training internally, collaborating with school committee, collaborate with the community, and collaborate with local agencies and non-governmental institutions.
