Improving the quality of education at school is not only the role of principal, but also the role of teacher and Administrative Staff (TU). The teacher works not only as a teacher but also an educator. Teachers must play an active role and place their position as professionals who work with high performance. Teacher and TU performance will be optimal, if integrated with good school principal and adequate work facilities. Effective headmaster leadership will be created if the principal has good character, behavior and skills.. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership with the performance of teachers and TU SMP N 1 Baturaden in Academic Year 2018/2019. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The sample in this study are 39 teachers and 13 TU staffs. Methods of collecting data used in this study are observation, questionnaires and interviews.
提高学校教育质量不仅是校长的职责,也是教师和行政人员(TU)的职责。老师不仅是一名教师,而且还是一名教育者。教师必须发挥积极作用,把自己定位为高绩效的专业人员。如果有好的校长和充足的工作设施,教师和TU的表现将是最佳的。如果校长有良好的品格、行为和技能,就会产生有效的校长领导。本研究旨在确定校长领导是否对2018/2019学年教师和TU SMP N 1 bataturaden的绩效有影响。本研究使用的方法是定性方法。本研究的样本为39名教师和13名TU员工。本研究使用的数据收集方法为观察、问卷调查和访谈。

The Role of Islamic Education Teachers in Developing Student Personalities 伊斯兰教育教师在培养学生个性中的作用

Since birth, humans have had basic desires, namely the desire to be one with the atmosphere of the surrounding environment. At one time, there will be social interaction which will then occur social activities because social interaction is the main requirement for social activities. Islam respects people who work as teachers. Teachers can read socio-religious conditions towards more advanced conditions. This is where the importance of religious teachers to carry out their roles. If someone uses his rights and obligations according to his position, then he takes on the role. If they can use their rights and obligations properly, it can be said otherwise if they have not been able to use their rights and obligations, which means that they have not been able to carry out their roles properly. Professional and skilled educators, dedication and expertise are needed and expected and carry out community development. Islamic religious teachers act and say according to religious norms and society. They are required to collaborate with the community in a compact manner for the success of achieving the desired conditions. The growth and development of the child's personality occur through life experiences both in the family, in school and in the community. The more religious values internalized, attitudes, actions, behaviors, and ways of dealing with life will be in accordance with religious teachings, so that a complete and ideal personality pattern is formed based on religious values.

Qualification and Competence of Headmaster as A Supervisor According to Regulation of The Minister of National Education Number 13 of 2007 to Face Industry 4.0 面对工业4.0,根据2007年教育部第13号条例校长主管资格和能力

The principal is the key person in achieving the school's vision, mission and goals. Based on Minister of National Education Regulation Number 13 of 2007 concerning Standards for Principals / Madrasas that the qualifications of principals / madrasas consist of general qualifications and special qualifications. In addition to having to meet the qualifications, a school principal must fulfill personal, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision and social competencies. Supervision competence is the competence of principals who need to get serious attention including, 1) Planning academic supervision programs, 2) Carrying out academic supervision of teachers by using appropriate supervision approaches and techniques, 3) Following up on academic supervision results. The principal must prepare an academic supervision plan starting from the academic supervision schedule, the techniques to be used in academic supervision and the instruments that will be used in implementing academic supervision. The implementation of supervision can be in the form of performance evaluation by checking various administrative features that have been prepared by the teachers and conducting class visits to observe the course of the learning process. Follow-up results of the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the principal are done through the delivery of the results of the implementation of supervision both related to the advantages and disadvantages.

The Function and The Role of Public Relation in The Milenial Education Center 公共关系在千禧教育中心的功能与作用

The development of an educational institution is influenced by two factors, they are internal and external factors. The internal factor becomes the mainly attention as the first step to develop the institution to be more accountable institution and an idol in the public. one of the forgotten and neglected roles is its role as a public relation. One of the indicators of a successful public relation is the interest of the public to enter the institution. Otherwise, the unsuccessful public relation in the institution is that the public has the doubt, pessimism about the institution, which can decrease public interest and trust to the institution, and can cause the institution to come into bankrupcy.  Developing the understanding about the vision and mission in an institution/school is an important part in public relation. It is necessary for the public to get some information easily and hoe the institution can raise public curiosity about the institution sp that they . they will follows the aim of the institution. Furthermore, in this milleneal era, in which the development of technology is widely spread, the information is easily accessible so that the public relation has a wider role to give the data or information efficiently and effectively. In addition, a public relation has to fulfill  the function of the public relation and the management. They are the function as a research planning, coordinating, participation and advisory. The activity of the public relation is the researching facts or fact finding, planning, communication or evaluating. Finally, the public relation has to reflect to become a mutual way of relationship, and it can also build a good relation between two profitable sides and giving feedback to the institution or the public.

Leadership within specialized institutions in educational institutions has a very urgent function in facilitating comparative achievements among followers, also providing opportunities for them to develop and innovate. A leader also has an important role in the development of the institution he leads, where the leader becomes an effective communicator that he can actually establish a good communication relationship between personal leaders and followers, as well as those who do not only within the internal relations circle, however, a good relationship must extend beyond the institution's discussion room to the social discussion space around the institution because educational institutions are related to institutions that relate to the surrounding social community. A leader must be able to establish a good relationship between himself, his followers and also the social environment around the institution that might be more focused on the parents of the institution's students, so the principles of public relations must be needed in researchers in educational institutions, because the basis of success in social life is good communication between social individuals.

Social media is an online media that is used as a means of communication and social interaction through the internet. Someone can easily connect with other people, both those that have been known before and not yet known, either through written messages or talking directly listening to the voice, even through video calls. From social media someone can get the latest information quickly and easily, in the form of news, images, or videos. In this millennial era, the ease of social media has made most people feel the need and motivation to use it. For the world of education, social media can also be used as one of the learning media. Because the goals of social media include self-actualization, forming a community, establishing personal relationships, and marketing media. And the characteristics of social media include user participation, openness, conversation, and connectedness. Learning media in general is a tool for teaching and learning. Everything that can be used to stimulate thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities or skills of students so that it can encourage the learning process. Examples of learning media are audio media and graphic or visual media. In Arabic language lessons, the use of social media as one of the learning media is very supportive and very appropriate to increase learning or development outside of school hours. Management of social media can be used to add lessons about conversations, searching for vocabulary, and translating text. With other social media, it can be used to practice conversations both in writing and orally, practice reading, and so on. So that the learning media becomes fun and in accordance with the times.

Creativity of Teachers in Creating Java Song in Industrial Era 4.0 工业4.0时代教师创作Java歌曲的创造力

Javanese literature includes a Javanese song which should remain popular among the millennial generation today which will meet the industrial era 4.0. The limitations of Javanese songs require teachers to increase innovation by means of continuous creativity to create Javanese songs where poetry and songs use compilation of existing songs. As well as the process of preserving Javanese songs, so that the growing age of Javanese, especially Javanese songs, is not left behind but still follows. Teacher creativity in the creation of Javanese song lyrics in the industrial revolution 4.0 era is based on song inspiration, the contents of song lyrics and the process of song lyrics.

The success or failure of an educational institution depends on the leader, the principal, because the principal is the spearhead of the continuity of an educational institution. Principal leadership is the ability that principals have to influence, mobilize, and inspire others by using strategies to voluntarily try to achieve goals. The principal who is effective in carrying out his duties is always committed to the school's vision as a guideline in managing and leading the school.

Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah as one of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia has a special nature, namely believers with Islamic aqeedah based on the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah in providing services to the community, in the fields of education and teaching, preaching, economics and national-level socialism. The role of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah in education in Indonesia is very influential and gives its own style in the development of education in Indonesia, which is having a commitment to develop students for the realization of a civilized society and Islamic character, and able to benefit the people of Indonesia. The education principle of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah is to foster a scientific culture among Muslims, with reference to the Qur'an and Sunnah, so that it will form a mindset that is characterized by Islam properly and correctly. This concentration on the modernization of education has made Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah have played many roles in the advancement of education in Indonesia. The development of Islamic education carried out by Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah is under the responsibility of the Education and Teaching Council through the program; 1) publishing an education quality management system, 2) publishing curriculum and textbooks on Islamic Education, Al Qur'an and Arabic subjects, 3) conducting school management assistance in each branch, 4) holding training / workshops to improve school management competencies and teachers, and 5) measuring the development of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah schools.

Efforts to Improve the Quality of Islamic Education Institutions in the Millennium Era 千年时代提高伊斯兰教育机构质量的努力

In the millennium era the competition between educational institutions is getting tougher. If an institution does not innovate in improving an educational institution, it will lag behind other educational institutions. After the researchers observed the MI Darwata Mujur Lor Educational Institution, the researchers found a lack of proportional improvement in the ability of teachers and a lack of networks that were integrated with the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by MI Darwata Mujur Lor in improving the quality of its institutions. The type of the research is descriptive research. Descrpitive research is done by collecting data as much as possible which is supporting factors that influence it then explained according to the data found. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, surveys and documentation. The analysis technique of this study using taxonomic analysis is the analysis of the chosen domain which is further elaborated to find out the internal structure using focused observation. The results showed that efforts to improve the quality of educational institutions in Darwata Mujur Lor in the aspects of teacher professionalism were carried out by improving the profession individually, and increasing teachers through professional organizational channels, and network aspects carried out by conducting workshops / training internally, collaborating with school committee, collaborate with the community, and collaborate with local agencies and non-governmental institutions.
