In the millennium era the competition between educational institutions is getting tougher. If an institution does not innovate in improving an educational institution, it will lag behind other educational institutions. After the researchers observed the MI Darwata Mujur Lor Educational Institution, the researchers found a lack of proportional improvement in the ability of teachers and a lack of networks that were integrated with the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by MI Darwata Mujur Lor in improving the quality of its institutions. The type of the research is descriptive research. Descrpitive research is done by collecting data as much as possible which is supporting factors that influence it then explained according to the data found. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, surveys and documentation. The analysis technique of this study using taxonomic analysis is the analysis of the chosen domain which is further elaborated to find out the internal structure using focused observation. The results showed that efforts to improve the quality of educational institutions in Darwata Mujur Lor in the aspects of teacher professionalism were carried out by improving the profession individually, and increasing teachers through professional organizational channels, and network aspects carried out by conducting workshops / training internally, collaborating with school committee, collaborate with the community, and collaborate with local agencies and non-governmental institutions.

Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah as one of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia has a special nature, namely believers with Islamic aqeedah based on the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah in providing services to the community, in the fields of education and teaching, preaching, economics and national-level socialism. The role of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah in education in Indonesia is very influential and gives its own style in the development of education in Indonesia, which is having a commitment to develop students for the realization of a civilized society and Islamic character, and able to benefit the people of Indonesia. The education principle of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah is to foster a scientific culture among Muslims, with reference to the Qur'an and Sunnah, so that it will form a mindset that is characterized by Islam properly and correctly. This concentration on the modernization of education has made Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah have played many roles in the advancement of education in Indonesia. The development of Islamic education carried out by Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah is under the responsibility of the Education and Teaching Council through the program; 1) publishing an education quality management system, 2) publishing curriculum and textbooks on Islamic Education, Al Qur'an and Arabic subjects, 3) conducting school management assistance in each branch, 4) holding training / workshops to improve school management competencies and teachers, and 5) measuring the development of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah schools.

Authentic assessment in the 2013 curriculum requires each teacher to conduct performs a fairly complex assessment of spiritual and social attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The problem in this research is how authentic assessment of affective domain in Islamic Education and character-building is implemented in a curriculum 2013 pilot project elementary school in Banyumas Regency Central Java Indonesia. This research is field research classified as descriptive qualitative research. The interview and observation methods were used to collect the data of the process of authentic assessment of affective domain in the subjects of Islamic and character Education. The documentation method was used to gain the data related to the school profiles and planning documents, implementation and assessment processing. The analysis technique chosen in this research was descriptive analysis technique using inductive and deductive thinking methods and following Miles and Huberman model of data analysis. The study found that the implementation of an authentic assessment in the school was carried out both manually and automatically using application through the process of 1) planning done by determining the character to be measured and making an assessment format referring to KI-1 and KI-2 , 2) implementation of the assessment carried out by observing and recording the attitudes of the participants, 3) value processing done collaboratively between the Islamic and Character Education teachers (PAI and BP) with the Class Teacher then recapitulating the attitude values and making the description, and 4) Follow-up carried out by PAI & BP Teachers and Class Teachers by providing rewards, motivation, coaching, habituation programs, and mentoring.

The effectiveness of madrasah management, as well as the effectiveness of education in general, can be seen based on system theory and time dimensions. That is, the criteria for effectiveness must reflect the entire cycle of input-process-output, not only output or results and must reflect the relationship - reciprocity between management and the surrounding environment. Online Shop is a shop that applies marketing management with a dropshipping system. Which system is considered beneficial for business people who do not have the capital and the dropshipper does not need to buy goods first. In this study, researcher choosed the online shop “We Skincare” Purwokerto as the research subject. This research is field research, with the type of research is qualitative research. The technique of collecting data used observation, documentation, and interview. In this case, the researcher describe one problem which is then analyzed based on the perspective of Islamic economics, namely by: describing the marketing management of online shop “We Skincare” Purwokerto. Based on the research, marketing management applied in online shop “We Skincare” Purwokerto is 4P marketing strategy. In this case, the online shop “We Skincare” Purwokerto explained the characteristics of products, packaging, and services provided or affordability, which means affordable prices but with good quality and results. This study was conducted in response to the low capacity of the learners in implementing theology and science. It is to be applied by learners in the school environment and the community in everyday life. Integrative education is an education that combines the truths of revelation with the evidence found in the universe. It said the structure of integrative science, the science merged into a science that is identical, such as character, style, nature. Between the sciences integrated in the unity of material-spiritual dimension, reason-revelation, general science-theology, physical-spiritual world and the hereafter. The design of the study is a qualitative approach and the method used is comparative studies. The data collection both qualitative and quantitative data that will be concluded. In order to know that students are able to apply theology and able to master science. Lately often expressed that the gist of science must be revised in order to reflect its essence and in its application does not lead to great sacrifice. The essence of which can be absorbed by the intellect (lustrous, conscience or subjective sense). Can coordinate all branches of science, that science does not lead to disaster, and that every branch of science that is not regarded as the most important. The goal is to be able to combine two things that is still treated as a dichotomous against both of which resulted in the separation of theology with science. Hence the need for habituation in everyday life. Habits that have been created by students in the school will enhance the theology and science can further improve the quality of students' personality.

Human Resource management is necessary for higher education institutions, because it is seen to enhance the achievement of the objectives of institutional effectiveness. To reach this objective, the study of human resources management by an educational institution to be very important, because it will be able to show how educational institutions should acquire, develop, use, evaluate, and maintain employee quantitatively and qualitatively. Development of human resources is sensed as to the personal empowerment of employees. Empowerment is done with the intention that potential, abilities and basic skills possessed by employees can be enhanced or may be used as an effort to shore up the smooth implementation of activities. In the concept of human resource development are two sides of profits, personal first employees to be more professional, well-trained and able to act decisively and quickly. On the organizational side of human resource development brings the advantage of implementation of the well, as supported by HR that has been professionally trained, and can reduce costs for training and further education. From a number of management functions are initiated by management experts, the main component of management are considered capable of facing future challenges universities as academic institutions include "planning, resource management, and assessment of results" These three major components will proceed in determining the shape of each cycle which one another at every stage of management. With the assessment of the results, will be able to describe the performance of college management. Performance evaluation then became the basis for planning the next stage of management, therefore, the planning process is dynamic (dynamic planning) and not static. Planning compiled based on performance evaluation to be a reference in designing the resource management within a few years. Overall management process should be conducted in a professional, effective and efficient in order to create good governance colleges. In the PP. No. 66 of 2010 stated that the management of the education unit is based on the following principles: Nonprofit, Accountability, Guarantor of quality, transparency and equitable access. While the model of development of human resources management approach is: a model of clerical, legal, financial, managerial and humanistic models. Human Resouce Development practices, employee performance results will look better and increase if the principles of human resource management universities applied in practice management and delivery of higher education. As the cornerstone of the general implementation of human resource development of quality higher education is to use humanistic approach. Because the use of humanistic approach, will be able to balance the provision of education between clerical and financial concepts.
