Abstract : The history of Islamic Culture is one of the important lessons to be learned especially for Muslims as an effort to shape the character and personality of the people from the journey of a character or previous generation. In general, in reality the History of Islamic Culture is less desirable. Historical subjects are underestimated or only considered as supplementary lessons both by students and teachers. But there are different things at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. The MTs makes an innovation, namely the Qur'an-based SKI. The results of this study found that problems: problems with learning resources that are incomplete, lack of understanding of methods, lack of media to meet learning objectives, student problems before and during learning, evaluation values are substandard. Teacher's efforts: learning resources are overcome by the internet as a complementary resource, methods are overcome by other methods prepared by the teacher, media is overcome with other media that are easy to find, students are overcome with some common things, evaluations are overcome with remedial programs. Abstract : Philosophy as the parent of all science is an important study that needs to be studied, the goal is that the deepest meaning in the context of thinking becomes clearer. So that inevitably philosophical studies need to be introduced in various forms. In a more explicit context that philosophy is an attempt to invite humans to be able to use the potential of extraordinary extraordinary intelligence is able to reveal all the deepest meanings of every inch of scientific analysis that has become knowledge. In this context philosophy as a field of contemplation which leads to ways to discover the nature of what is called love of wisdom can lead us to maturity of thought so that in time it will arrive at the desired essence in philosophy. Furthermore, to find out how to achieve the essence of philosophy is by trying to recognize the method of the Systematic Method: we are known as the work of philosophy or the contents of the first philosophy (essence theory or we are familiar with the term ontology). Second is (our theory of knowledge is also familiar with the term epistemology). Third is (value theory and known as axiology). Historical Method, Critical method: this method is used by Socrates and Plato. Intuitive Method: this method is used by Plotinos and Bergson. Scholastic Method: this method was used by Aristotle and Thomas Aquinas in the Middle Ages. And next is to know other characteristics such as history, and the thoughts of the characters. Abstract: family is a smaller unit in society but it have big role in cultured state and nation. Success in family institution can be including success in economy, education and occupation or all of them. But, those are not certify to be a hormonious, happy and peaceful family. Being a happy and harmony family is a aim for every single of family. Due to the fact that, to establish a harmony family must be based by islamic theory. Success in organizing a harmony family have a strong related to peaceful society since the society come into being family. In addition, to being a strong and cultured family, parents have to have a skill and ability to creat a conducive sorroundings. Other than that, each part of family have a role active, responsible, good communication and build a love and pity either parents or children, the most important is equal in doing a work based on family need. Abstract : Western secularization has given birth to a paradigm that science is dichotomous, so that this concerns some Muslim scientists because religious understanding of science should be integral, then the integralization of science is a revolutionary step and at the same time answers to secularization. Integralization of science seeks to harmonize religious values with scientific inventions and dialogue between revelation and reason. The characteristic that is brought about in this concept is that science is not released from the existence of God so that science is used as a field in getting closer to God and scientific discoveries lead to appreciation of the existence of the Supreme God. The effort to integralize this knowledge is the responsibility of Islamic educational institutions by removing dichotomous barriers. And one of the things that can be done in a concrete form is the effort to convert Islamic educational institutions from one form to another, namely one of them is the conversion of IAIN to UIN. Media education is a necessity to transfer information or knowledge to be more easily understood by students. In the early days of Islamic education, the Prophet has applied this educational media in conveying Islamic teachings to the Companions, using the Prophet's own behavior media, limbs, images, heaven and earth, sun and moon, silk and others. Along with the times, this educational media was later developed in the form of diagrams, graphics, globe, videos, tapes, power points and others. Studying or reading Kitab Kuning, such as the hadith books or the Qur'anic commentaries is not an easy job. Need perseverance and other sciences such as Arabic, Nahwu, Shorrof, and so on are needed. Thus, if studied traditionally it will take quite a long time, even according to some circles it takes between 5 and 15 years to be able to read and understand it well. On this basis, the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school makes a Kitab Kuning learning method, which is easily understood and easily memorized by the santri with the hope that the students who live in Sidogiri in a short time can read and understand Kitab Kuning well. In 2010 the boarding school of Sidogiri succeeded in making yellow book learning method. This method is called Al-Miftah Lil Ulum. Initially this method was tested on 500 new santri. In a very short period of time around three months there were 350 students who could read and understand Kitab Kuning by using Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method. The results of this study indicate that: a) Yellow book learning planning using Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method is: (1) Formulating yellow book learning goals. (2) Determine the subject matter. (3) determine Kitab Kuning learning strategy. (4) Hold a placement test. (5) determine the allocation of school hours. b) Kitab Kuning learning process using the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method consists of several stages: (1) preliminary stage. (2) core stage and (3) cover. c) Evaluation of yellow book learning using Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method using oral tests and written tests while the implementation of the tests is carried out in the learning process and outside the learning process.

Abstract : The background of the research is based on the author's concern about the rise of apostasy cases that occur in Indonesian society, especially those that occur among public figures in the country. As happened with Lukman Sardi, Asmirandah and others. There has been a pro-contra against this phenomenon, ranging from the phobia of Islam (secular), liberal Islamic groups, radical Islamic groups (Wahhabis), and moderate modernist groups. The crucial point that has become a debate about apostasy is the application of the death law to apostates, which is regulated legally in Islamic law, so that affiliates who reject the total law arise with the pretext of human rights, and groups that defend the law with arguments undeniable. then the writer looks for the midpoint that answers and becomes the solution to this hot issue, by reviewing some classical references (turats), so that a meeting point can be found that can be agreed by both parties. To find the right formula in answering this phenomenon the author uses the Library Research method (library research) by using primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was obtained through library research which was analyzed qualitatively. From this study found answers relevant to apostasy and their consequences in contemporary Islamic law. There are two opinions that seem opposite and contradictory, between the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars. The side of difference is in the legality of beheading for apostates. One group considers it legal with valid arguments while the other group considers it not. Nevertheless there are points of equality in several criteria that justify the execution. Abstract : This study discusses the Application of Educational Sanctions in Increasing Discipline of Students in MTs Semesta Kedungmaling Sooko Mojokerto. The approach in this study is a qualitative type case study. In collecting data used participant observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model that includes several interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data used extension of research, persistence of observation, and triangulation. The results of research on educational sanctions are (1) Socialization. At this stage the madrasa invites parents of students to sign a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the application of the rules and sanctions given. (2) Trial. Implementation of educational sanctions also needs to be tested, namely for 1 month with a duration of time from 12.00 to 13.00 WIB. (3) Implementation. First: Executor I, in KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities). Educators in the class have the right to reprimand, warn and record even the right to sanction students who have problems before being followed up by executor II. Second: Executor II (educator in charge of discipline) analyzes and interrogates student mistakes. The approach in this study is a qualitative type case study. In collecting data used participant observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model that includes several interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data used extension of research, persistence of observation, and triangulation. The results of research on educational sanctions are (1) Socialization. At this stage the madrasa invites parents of students to sign a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the application of the rules and sanctions given. (2) Trial. Implementation of educational sanctions also needs to be tested, namely for 1 month with a duration of time from 12.00 to 13.00 WIB. (3) Implementation. First: Executor I, in KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities). Educators in the class have the right to reprimand, warn and record even the right to sanction students who have problems before being followed up by executor II. Second: Executor II (educator in charge of discipline) analyzes and interrogates student mistakes. After finding out the mistake, while being given a punishment, students are also given soft therapy and motivation not to repeat their mistakes again. Abstract : Professional teachers have the characteristics as based on Law No. 14 of 2005, among others: having pedagogical competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence. The STKIP Bima Sociology Education Study Program which has teacher background holds real teaching or Field Experience Practices (PPL) with 107 PPL students with a total of 843 students from various study programs located in Bima City and Bima Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research informants were students in social studies majors in grades X and XI, science class X and class XI. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique according to Mile and Huberman has three stages (data reduction, data display and data verification). Testing the validity of the data using data triangulation. The research analyst uses the structural functional theory of Robert King Merton. The results of this study relate to the performance of PPL teachers and the competence of professional teachers. The performance of PPL teachers experienced a dominant increase in student assessment in the second month of implementation. Professional teacher competency consists of pedagogic competencies, personality competencies, professional competencies and social competencies. Pedagogical competencies are more emphasized on methods, media, and learning strategies. Personality competency, the teacher is still not firm in controlling students who make noise. Professional competence, the teacher still lacks mastery of the material so that it has an impact on the delivery of piecemeal material, rigid and forgetfulness.
