Efficacy of using special software “Optimization of medication choice for treatment of patient with comorbidity” (SS) for management of patients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) and cardiovascular disease 应用“合并症患者用药选择优化”(SS)专用软件管理社区获得性肺炎(CAP)合并心血管疾病患者的疗效观察

Treatment of CAP at the patient with cardiovascular diseases is difficult task because except effectiveness of antibiotics risk of adverse events and drug interaction between basic cardiovascular medicines and antibiotics should be taken into account. We have created SS. Using it doctor enters complete clinical diagnosis of patient and receives recommended by guidelines list of medications for therapy with consideration of their benefit and dangerous interactions. We compared efficacy and safety of ordinarily prescribed treatment of 157 CAP patients with cardiovascular diseases (control group - CG) and using SS prescribed treatment of 135 same patients (basic group-BG). Average number of prescribed medicines in CG was 11.8±4.2 but in BG – 8.9±2.5 (р
