In this paper, a design of a browser/server product data management (BSPDM) is presented. It is aimed at achieving the goal of e-Manufacturing by providing an effective tool for product database management through the Internet utilizing Java EE technologies. The BSPDM mainly uses Servlets and JSP to handle user inputs and manage and retrieve product data from the database through the JDBC driver, with the server components stored on a web server system called Tomcat. Within this environment, all parties involved in product design and manufacture can access the log-in page with the given URL after a successful identity authorization. Consequently, these users can create, search and/or manipulate the desired engineering data through the enabled BSPDM. The BSPDM developed in this work has been experimentally developed.

Granular Computing (GrC) is a new concept and novel approach to solve the complex problems and provide a method for massive data-mining in the field of artificial intelligence. This paper applied granular space theory to hierarchical clustering method to generate a more efficient two-stage hierarchical clustering algorithm based on granular theory. This Method can reduce the time and memory complexities significantly and make validation very efficient and accurate. so it is very meaningful to the Hierarchical clustering algorithm.

Vibratory beam angular rate sensors are fast becoming the most widely used sensors in many applications. The mathematical modeling on the quadrature error of quartz beam vibratory angular rate sensor was presented in this paper. The effects of quadarture error model to the sensor’s performance were analyzed based on the analysis of work principle and error induced by quadrature. And the correlation detection suppression method to the quadrature error on gyroscope performance was presented. Simulation of the system was also content. The results showed that mean square deviation of output signal was reduced by 54.52???, and the zero drift was suppressed. Hence, the reasonability of the model and the validity of the error suppression algorithm have been proved.

Model following control system (MFCS) can give general output signals following to desired ones. In this paper, a method of nonlinear MFCS will be extend to nonlinear chemical engineering systems of discrete time. Nonlinear systems which are dealt in this paper have the property of norm constraint | |f(x(k))| | ≤ α + β| |x(k)| |γ, where α ≥ 0, β ≥ 0, 0 ≤ γ

Flow boiling in vertical rectangular mini-channel with width of 2mm and length of 390mm is studied in this paper. In single-side heating situation, the narrow channel is divided into three zones, bubbles generating zone, growth zone and annihilation zone. The motion characteristics of bubbles in various stages are accompanied by the changes of three zones. The courses of bubbles generation, growth and departure are numerically simulated. All the calculation conducted takes the gravity, surface tension and wall adhesion into account. Found that surface tension is much more important than gravity in the process of boiling heat transfer. As the overheating increases, the departure diameter D of bubbles increases significantly. When the bubble diameter D is larger than 1.5mm, it will be influenced by the incoming flow. The existence of bubble bottom micro-layer accelerates the flow convection on the wall and increases the coefficient of heat transfer. The results of simulation have a good coherence with experimental datum.

A control strategy of positive and negative sequence controllers for three phase voltage source PWM rectifier based on power-equation principle is proposed aim at eliminating the harmonic of dc output voltage. The strategy calculates the commands of positive and negative sequence currents using the equation principle of instantaneous power, and designs positive and negative sequence controllers to regulate the positive and negative sequence currents separately. By decoupling feed-forward and PI controller, this strategy can achieve good performance. The details of the strategy are given then. The phase of the unbalanced voltage is locked using phase locked loop (PLL). The positive and negative sequence currents are separated and picked up using notch filters, and controlled by decoupling feed-forward and PI controller. The results of the simulation verify the correctness of the proposed control strategy.

In this paper, six DOF model has been established for non-independent suspension vehicle with Robertson - Widenborg multi-body dynamics method. On this basis, Yaw velocity gain of a heavy vehicle was simulated by Matlab. The simulation results verified the model is reasonable. After further simulation, it indicates the model has theory significant for researching the handling and stability and designing suspension system and the structure layout of this type vehicle.
