Application of Piecewise Linear Model to Waterlogging Level Forecasting in Luohu District 分段线性模型在罗湖区内涝水位预报中的应用

Water level is an important index for waterlog in the flood control and drainage of city. According to the characteristics of flood control and drainage in Luohu District of Shenzhen city, a water logging level forecasting model corresponding to the rainfall is proposed with piecewise linear model, with the comparison between the model forecasted and the gauging data, the model shows the higher precision and have certain practical value.
水位是城市防汛排水中内涝的重要指标。根据深圳市罗湖区防洪排水的特点,提出了一种分段线性模型与降雨相对应的水位预测模型,并将预测模型与实测数据进行了比较,表明该模型具有较高的精度,具有一定的实用价值。

With the large-scale application of mobile communication repeater, the operation’s management for multitudinous and geographical position disperses is more and more difficult. This system can manage the repeaters in the wireless network via unified control and network management to maintain the right working of the mobile communication repeater. This method can bring enormous convenient to the mobile communication operation companies for long-distance management of repeaters.

The Investigation on the Sensitivity and Error of Single Bridge 单桥灵敏度和误差的研究

By using two kinds of methods the formula on the relative sensitivity of single bridge is given. All factors affecting relative sensitivity are analyzed The sensitivity of slide bridge and its influence on the measured resistance Rx are discussed. The condition of the minimum relative error is theoretically given That is the place of the balance point should be chosen according to the ratio of the measured resistance Rx to the internal resistance Rg of the galvanometer in order to get the minimum relative error. Thereby, the theoretical evidence is offered to cut down experimental error by choosing best ratio N.

Design of Dynamic Electronic Pressure Collection System and Gust Measurement 动态电子压力采集系统设计及阵风测量

Through the communications of Seater Model 265and Model 267MR-type differential pressure sensors with industrial automation software, a set of electronic pressure acquisition device is established. The dynamic measurement system is composed by the device and PIV to carry on the experiment of wind pressure measurements on buildings in environment wind tunnel under the gust flow. The dynamic system can achieve rapid synchronous pressure measurement on multipoint and automatic recording. Through the dynamic wind pressure measurement on buildings with the flow of sinusoidal wind spectrum, the system is proved to be feasible and reasonable. The system can make a correct response on low-frequency gust and provide the basis and effective means for further study on the dynamic measurement under the gusts.

Research on Method of Multi-agent Formation Control 多智能体编队控制方法研究

Multi-robot formation control is the most common form of control of coordinated control. Take the AmigoBot mobile robot which produced by ActivMediaRobotics in USA as a research platform, based on leader-follower model of multi-robot formation method and feedback control strategy. The results show that this model can maintain good V-formation, Simulation and physical experiment results prove that the model is correct and the method is effective, also obtain a good effect of robot formation.

Two Approaches of Implementing Fractional Correlation Operation 分数相关运算的两种实现方法

This paper concerns mainly about two approaches to implement the anamorphic fractional correlation operation. Firstly, the definition of anamorphic fractional correlation is introduced. Secondly, an optical approach of implementing the correlation operation is presented. Lastly, since the optical implementation is somewhat troublesome, we will show how to exploit the anamorphic fractional correlation by computer-generated holography.

Constructing Unified Communications, Integrated Network for Enterprises 构建企业统一通信、集成网络

As the rapid development of science and technology as well as communications technology, there are more and more means of communication. However, the practicability of technology is more viable than an empty concept. The unified communications that have been popular for several years enters into practical stage of improving enterprise efficiency from the concept stage of publicity hype. This paper summarizes the enterprise construction ideas of unified communications and points for attention in construction, and uses a application case to illustrate that the unified communications can bring collaboration convenience for enterprises.

Research on Enhancing Human Finger Vein Pattern Characteristics 增强人体手指静脉形态特征的研究

Finger-vein pattern can be applied to personal identification. But due to many reasons, the captured finger-vein images are blurred and contain a lot of noise. In this paper, we propose a new method to enhance the contrast of the finger-vein image. It consists of three parts: wavelet denoising, contrast enhancement and binary image. At first, we perform stationary wavelet decomposition and transform the image into four frequency bands: low frequency band LL, middle frequency bands LH and HL, and high frequency band HH. To different frequency bands, we design different denoising method. Then we select a special sort of histogram template equalization method to enhance the contrast of the finger-vein image. Finally, we get the binary image using the OTSU method. Our experimental results in this paper show that the proposed method can properly enhance the contrast of the finger-vein image and gets good effect.

Implementation of JXTA-based P2P System Access from Web Service 基于jxta的基于Web服务的P2P系统访问实现

An heterogeneous distributed system using middleware to finish the visit to each other between P2P and Web Service system is brought forward, and the safety and veracity of visit the service must be ensured. The blue print of middleware is to adding the function of visit Web Service onto the basic function of peer. The middleware provides the service accepting and disposal of request to the Web Service, and then it is responsible for discovering, calling service and returning result. On the basic of two heterogeneous systems visiting each other, in order to find the related service position, the UDDI is added to the middleware. In this way service can be found although simple information is given. In addition, several middleware can group as a peer group, when a common peer joins in the group service which can be provide to enlarge the scale of query and to ensure the safety of system.
