An Application of DSP in the Human-computer Interactive Technology Based on SEMG DSP在表面肌电信号人机交互技术中的应用

This paper describes an application of DSP in the Human-computer interactive technology based on SEMG. DSP is used as the core of the system, using AD976 as the A/D converter. Using DSP processes the collected SEMG signal and feature extraction. Adopting some simple and easy method to classify the feature values, converted the different actions to the corresponding control commands, then send the commands to the robot, achieved the human-computer interactive technology based on SEMG. The practice has proved that this program has high feasibility and high application value.
本文介绍了DSP在基于表面肌电信号的人机交互技术中的应用。该系统以DSP为核心,以AD976为A/D转换器。利用DSP对采集到的表面肌电信号进行处理和特征提取。采用一些简单易行的方法对特征值进行分类,将不同的动作转换成相应的控制命令,再将命令发送给机器人,实现了基于表面肌电信号的人机交互技术。实践证明,该方案具有较高的可行性和应用价值。

Practical Circuit Design to Protect Motor's Phase Failure Operation 保护电机失相运行的实用电路设计

Three-phase motors are widely used in industrial and agricultural production. However, when phase failure takes place in three-phase motor, it can be a considerable hazard on the motor. But through a simple and practical improvement of protective circuit, the phenomenon of burning motors can be effectively prevented.

A Modified Multi-Feature Voiced/Unvoiced Speech Classification Method 一种改进的多特征浊音/非浊音分类方法

A modified multi-feature voiced/unvoiced speech classification method is presented. The method is based on statistical analysis of wavelet-based frequency distribution of the average energy, zero-crossing rate, and average energy of short-time segments of the speech signal. The method first classifies the input speech into voiced, unvoiced and uncertain parts by comparing features with predetermined thresholds. Then, the uncertain parts are treated in three conditions and the boundary between voiced and unvoiced speech parts is determined by the average energy feature. The performance of the method has been evaluated using a large speech database. The method is shown to perform well in the cases of both clean and noise-degraded speech.

This paper summarizes the National Land Use Change Detection Program, the present situation in remote sensing techniques and applications for land management in China. Special attention is given to the recent results that have been achieved in remote sensing applications, such as land use database updating, verification of land use planning, etc. The paper also touches upon the future trends of developing remote sensing in China.

Application of Discrete Particle Swarm Optimaization for Service Selection in Grid 离散粒子群算法在电网服务选择中的应用

Service selection plays a very important role in the grid middleware. Firstly, a service redundancy strategy is adapted and the corresponding target equation is designed for improving the QoS of the whole workflows in the grid. Secondly, considering of determining a optimal service schema virtually belongs to a combinatorial optimization problem, a resolving algorithm based on discrete particle swarm optimization to find a global optimum is proposed, and its encoding methods are given, In which, the suitable parameters in the algorithm are decided through the adjustment experiments. Finally, the results of some experiments show that the algorithm is feasible, and compared with some other algorithms, such as local optimization, greedy algorithm etc, the algorithm in the paper is more effective.

It is the age of Economic Globalization at present. The process of industrial transfer brings far-reaching impact on the industry and the industrial structure, and it also affects the society stability of the area. This paper analyzes the impact on society stability of Henan Province which influenced by industrial structure in the few past years, and the stability is valuated by a BP neural network model. An example is studied to certify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Digital Controlled High Frequency Switching Mode Power System 数字控制高频开关电源系统

Design of a dc-dc converter operating at the frequency of MHz is presented. Digital control algorithm is implemented in FPGA and a high resolution PWM pulse generator is built based on the combination of fast clock counter and programmable delay line techniques. The output voltage of this converter is regulated using a phase-shifted PWM scheme. Planar topology for the transformer was adopted and the windings were fabricated by using the printed circuit board. The ability to control the electromagnetic interference of the SMPS was tested and proved to work well.

Application of Improved MAGA to Water Pollution Control System Planning 改进MAGA在水污染控制系统规划中的应用

Combining the ability of apperception and counteractive to environment of agent with search method of genetic algorithm, an improved multi-agent genetic algorithm (MAGA) is advanced. It ensures diversity of population and improves local search ability of genetic algorithm by simulating competition, cooperate and self-learning of different agents using neighboring cross operator, aberrance operator and self-learning operator of agent. The algorithm is applied to the optimal planning for the waste treatment system of Urumqi, Xinjiang. Results show an improved performance in finding the global minimum when water quality requirements have been fulfilled. The result demonstrates nicer performance and factual value of improved MAGA.

This paper proposed an fatigue system for online game, which uses online game fingerprint database, hook API and other technical means, and determines and filters games’ process in the device drive level. This system provides a simple but powerful online games firewall.
