The article is devoted to the study of the features of the application of the coarse frequency synchronization algorithm in the second generation satellite broadcasting standard DVB-S2X. In the course of the work, the requirements for the accuracy of the algorithm were studied and the optimal parameters were selected, which reduces the synchronization time.

On improving the Simplex Coding in the Distributed Raman Fiberwire Sensors 分布式拉曼光纤传感器中单纯形编码的改进

The project is intended to cover main issues pertaining to the area of a signal processing inside the fiberwire Raman sensors. The target of the proposed system is increasing the signal to noise ratio, by means of the simplex coding. The emphasis here is not based on perfecting the Raman sensors scheme, but rather on refining the digital signal processing. The paper will be arranged as follows: analyzing literature, revealed the regularities between the growth of temperature resolution and the simplex coding, computer simulation of the Raman sensors. As a result, the output signal-processing algorithm, which is strengthening the output signal amplitude will be obtained. The question posed will help to understand the simplex coding nature for various scholars.

Researching a Distributed Computing Automation Platform for Big Data Processing 面向大数据处理的分布式计算自动化平台研究

This paper is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of methods for deploying cloud infrastructures to create a distributed computing automation platform for big data processing based on cloud infrastructures. Deployment schemes for Hadoop, Spark architecture based on Docker Swarm and Kubernetes clusters are presented. Also, the development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the distributed computing automation platform for big data processing and an experimental study were carried out.

A new feed array with overlapping clusters for multi-beam satellite communication antennas is presented. The array consists of circular waveguides with diameter of 1.1 wavelength. Neighbor elements are excited via the slots and thus overlapping clusters are formed. Excitation of the clusters is optimized to obtain flat-topped radiation pattern and high aperture efficiency. The proposed array can be used as a feed for multi-beam antennas.

Comparative Study of Spherical Electromagnetic Black Holes with Positive and Negative Refractive Indexes 正、负折射率球形电磁黑洞的比较研究

The problem of plane electromagnetic wave scattering by a spherical absorber of black hole type with radial profile of dielectric permittivity and magnetic permability in the shell chosen in the form ~1/r2 and with constant permittivity and permeability in the central region is considered. The problem in rigorous formulation is solved both analytically for a basic model of the absorber and numerically using the one-dimensional method of finite elements for a modified model. Absorption efficiency and radar cross-section are presented for the black holes with positive and negative refractive indexes, and comparison of them is carried out for a number of values of the absorber's parameters.

Implementation of the Parallel Manipulator Kinematics Direct Problem Solver on a Heterogeneous System 异构系统上并联机器人运动学直接求解器的实现

The paper considers the implementation of a direct kinematics problem solver using one of the options for the numerical implementation of Kolmogorov's superposition, proposed by Sprecher and modified by Coppen. The idea of the solver is to create a dataset by solving the inverse kinematics problem, training a specific neural network on a high-performance computing cluster, and embedding the trained neural network into a low-power microprocessor that controls the manipulator. Implementation on a heterogeneous system made it possible to reduce the process of collecting a dataset with 2.108 records of to several minutes.

Estimation of the Capacity of a Multi-User Vector Disjunctive Channel for Arbitrary Input Distributions 任意输入分布下的多用户矢量析取信道容量估计

In this paper, we consider a vector disjunctive channel in which users transmit some binary vectors of length L. We estimate the capacity of this channel and derive a lower bound on this value. In addition, the lower bound is calculated both for the case of the Bernoulli distribution and for an arbitrary distribution for the case when users send 2 (L = 2) bits in one transmission slot. It is shown numerically that for $L$ = 2 and the order of the collision $t$ = 1, the Bernoulli distribution is optimal, i.e., it maximizes the capacity of the vector disjunctive channel.

Reliability Analysis of a Multirotor Flight Module of a High-altitude Telecommunications Platform Operating in a Random Environment 随机环境下高空通信平台多旋翼飞行模块可靠性分析

One of the promising directions in the framework of the concept of creating the next-generation 5G/IMT-2020 networks is the development of broadband wireless networks based on autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In addition to the interest in autonomous UAV-based high-altitude platforms (HAPs), leading researchers are currently engaged in the design and implementation of tethered unmanned HAPs, which are intended to be long-term operating and are widely used in civilian and military areas. Their possibility of long-term operation, which is one of the main advantages over autonomous UAVs, puts forward new reliability requirements. In this paper we study an analytical reliability model of the multi rotor flight module of the tethered HAP as a homogeneous hot-standby system consisting of $n$ elements operating in a random environment. A general Markov reliability model of the considered system operating in a random environment is proposed, which accounts for the increase in the functional load and the location of the failed components.

Situational management of production systems based on a balanced scorecard 基于平衡计分卡的生产系统情境管理

This paper describes the process of forming and selecting options for managerial decisions, including determining the problem situation from a set of indicators of a balanced scorecard and the presence or absence of similar situations in a set of typical situations. The structure of the management procedure is formalized, which includes the following blocks: preprocessing, state evaluation, managerial decision issuing, decision making. A situational model is built. The procedure for issuing managerial decisions is described, including the correction of a set of managerial decisions in terms of the composition and parameters, classification and parameterization of managerial decisions. This scorecard combines decision-making principles in fuzzy representations (assessing a problem situation) and in structured problem situations (issuing managerial decisions). The risk of not meeting the goals of the balanced scorecard decreased by an average of 76% and averaged 24% after implementing the recommended management decisions on the simulation model of the production systems.

Radio Resource Management in 5G networks 5G网络中的无线电资源管理

In this work, we study the resource allocation problem for downlink in5G New Radio (NR) mobile networks in the case of orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA). One of the key features of 5G mobile networks is the usage of antenna arrays that allows them to form beams in a specific direction and send data to several users at the same transmission time interval (TTI) via the same carrier or resource block (RB). Antenna arrays usually contain up to 64 single antennas. We modeled the process of the data transmission from the cell to the user device or user equipment (UE), formulated mathematical abstraction of the resource allocation problem, and proposed a lightweight algorithm that uses a proportional fair metric.
