In the context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, people are increasingly concerned about the quality of ecological environment. And remote sensing technology can realize dynamic monitoring of ecological environment quality. This paper evaluated the quality of ecological environment in Tianjin area by remote sensing technology to provide basis for the management and protection of ecological environment in this area. We selected the landsat-8 OLI images from 2014 to 2020 and obtain the remote sensing ecological index RSEI to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of ecological environment quality in study area. The results show that the RSEI model can simulate the ecological environment quality in study area. And the influence of different indicators on the ecological environment is complex. From 2014-2017, there was a significant improvement in the ecological and environmental quality of study area. And the ecological and environmental quality of study area slightly deteriorated from 2017 to 2020.

To summarize the distribution and variation patterns of the thermal discharge in Songyu Power Plant and the related influencing factors, based on the LandSAT8 sea surface temperature (SST) images, tide data, etc., the diffusion process of thermal plumes and its coupling relationship with the local hydrodynamic environment are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that temperature rise plumes occur in all seasons except summer, and their diffusion directions and distribution morphologies have a close relationship with the tidal fluctuation. The eastward and southeastward plumes mainly occur in the stage of the tide falling >2h, westward plumes happen in the phase of the tide rising $geq$2h, and southward plumes generally appear in the initial rise period, that is, the tide rising <2h. The longer durations of the tide rising or ebbing, the greater the diffusion range of the thermal pollution tends to be. Moreover, the temperature field near the drainage outlets has a limited impact on the Xiamen Marine Reserve for Rare Marine Species and Gulangyu tourist and recreational area.

From the perspective of time domain, the propagation characteristics of sound waves in seawater can be seen more intuitively. In order to study the influence and characteristics of seamount on low frequency acoustic propagation, the research of this paper used the Finite Element Method (FEM) based on time domain to set up a full-waveguide low-frequency acoustic propagation simulation model, and discussed the influencing laws about acoustic propagation on seamount. The simulation results show that Seamounts can hinder the propagation of sound waves, weaken the energy of sound waves. The topographic changes of seamounts can cause the coupling and transformation of acoustic signals during the propagation which can stimulate the seabed interface wave.

Underground tunnel engineering is complex systematic engineering. Classifying the ground objects inside the tunnel automatically and accurately is crucial in tunnel construction surveys. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a multi-layer underground tunnel point cloud classification method, which uses the hierarchical clustering structure to deal with the original tunnel point cloud. It extracts four specific ground objects: tunnel surface, track, platform, and pipeline inside the tunnel step by step. Experiments show that this paper’s multi-level tunnel point cloud classification method can accurately extract these four types of ground objects. The average accuracy of the projection plane in each experimental area is not less than 95.00%, and the average accuracy of point cloud classification is not less than 92.63%, which can better meet the needs of the underground tunnel internal construction survey.

Since the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals target, offshore photovoltaic has attracted much attention at home and abroad. Offshore photovoltaic has the characteristics of saving land resources, protecting water bodies, and efficient power generation. Taking photovoltaic floating body as the research object, a numerical model is established to analyze the force of different permutation combinations under wave action, which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research on mooring system. The research shows that the floating block at the front end has a large force, that is, it is greatly affected by the breaking of waves. The force of the photovoltaic floating block is uniform before and after, which is not affected by wave breaking and attenuation.

Suspended sediment concentration (SSC) is an important indicator in water monitoring. Airborne hyperspectral remote sensing can well acquire the spectral features of ground objects to accurately extract water quality parameters, but also has the problems of serious information overlap, invalid information, and redundant bands. In this paper, a successive projections algorithm (SPA) based method for feature bands extraction of suspended sediment concentration from airborne hyperspectral is proposed. The distribution of the feature bands extracted based on the SPA method and the Correlation Coefficient (CC) approach is compared and analyzed, and the SSC retrieval models based on the three-band combination model and the Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) model are constructed using the bands extracted from the study and applied to the North Channel of the Yangtze Estuary. The results show that the SSC retrieval model based on the feature bands extracted by the SPA method has higher accuracy.

In recent decades, under the combined effects of climate change, human activities and other factors, the surface state of the Yellow River estuary has undergone dramatic changes. Therefore, the use of remote sensing means to classify and identify the wetlands at the estuary of the Yellow River is extremely important for the rational utilization, development and protection of wetland resources in this area. According to the phenological characteristics of vegetation such as reed, tamarix, and suaeda, this paper selects the hyperspectral data of “Zhuhai-1” in September 2021 and divides the study into seven categories: tamarix, reed, suaeda, spartina alterniflora, clear water, turbid water and tidal flats in combination with random forest classification. The results show that: After the analysis of the envelope removal method, it can be seen that near the band3-band6, band10, band11, band14-band16, band20, band25 bands, 7 kinds of land types can be better identified; The overall classification accuracy is 85.94%, and the Kappa coefficient is 0.84, and the classification accuracy is ideal.

Tunnel cracks, water seepage, stage-shift deformation and other problems will have a great impact on the safe use of the tunnel, among which the accidents caused by tunnel cracks account for a large proportion. Therefore, regular detection of tunnel cracks is needed. The traditional manual detection method is less efficient and easy to produce missed detection. With the rapid development of 3D laser scanning technology, it can be used in the extraction of tunnel cracks. In this paper, the tunnel point cloud processing, using CTA algorithm combined with edge detection to achieve rapid detection of tunnel cracks, finally using the method of connected domain analysis to extract the location of the disease.

In view of the fact that the DEM data does not express the elevation of the surface attachments, in the process of the 3D scene reconstruction, problems of poor display effect such as sudden height jump and close to the ground at the suspended ground objects such as bridge and culver often arise. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a method that can automatically find the point where the ground object height jumps combined with the linear vector data, and automatically fill it according to the elevation at both ends to realize the rapid elevation reconstruction of the depression. Taking the 2 × 2 meter grid DEM data of Shandong Province as an example, it is found that this method has the advantages of automation and efficiency, and can well meet the display needs of linear feature in the terrain 3D scene.

The concentration of chl-a is one of the important criteria for water quality evaluation. The spectral data of water is closely related to the composition of water. The spectral reflectance data reflects a large amount of water quality information. Therefore, the health of water quality can be judged by analyzing the spectral reflectance. Aiming at the problem of slow convergence speed of neural network, genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the initial parameters of the network, establish the relationship model between spectral reflectance, month and chl-a concentration in water, and analyze and predict the chl-a concentration in water. The results show that the determination coefficient of the optimal model for predicting chl-a concentration by GA-BP combined with monthly characteristics is 0.9561 and the root mean square error is 1.4751$mu$G/L, the modeling effect is the best compared with other methods. Therefore, this method can realize the function of analyzing and monitoring water quality and meet the application requirements.
