Aktivitas Antioksidan Ekstrak Etanol Ulva sp dan Gracilaria sp dari Pantai Sayang Heulang 反氧化提取乙醇Ulva sp和Gracilaria sp从亲爱的he互助海岸

Ulva sp and Gracilaria sp are found on the coast of Sayang Heulang beach and have potential as natural antioxidants. This study aims to determine the antioxidant capacity of the two types of seaweed using the FRAP (Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power) method. Ulva sp and Gracilaria sp were taken from Sayang Heulang Beach in March 2022. Each type of seaweed extracted using 70% ethanol for 3x24 hours.The extract then concentrated using a rotary evaporator for further analysis. The results of phytochemical screening showed that the ethanolic extract of Ulva sp was positive for flavonoids, tannins, saponins
