Very High Q-Factor Based On G-Shaped Resonator Type Metamaterial Absorber 基于g形谐振腔型超材料吸收体的高q因子研究

High Q-factor based on absorption can be achieved by tuning (the reflection and the transition percentage). In this work, the simple design and simulated in S-band have been investigated. The simulation results of G-shape resonator are shown triple band of absorption peaks 60%, 91.5%, and 70.3%) at resonance frequency 2.7 GHz, 3.26 GHz, and 4.05 GHz respectively. The results exhibited very high of the Q-factor ( 271 ) at resonance frequency ( 3.26 GHz ).  The high Q-factor can be used to enhance the sensor sensing, narrowband band filter and  image sensing.

Synthesis, Characterization and Thermal Study of Some Transition Metal Complexes Derived from Quinoxaline-2,3-Dione 喹诺啉-2,3-二酮类过渡金属配合物的合成、表征及热研究

The present paper describes the synthesis and structural studies of new transition metal complexes of cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II) and cadmium(II) with two bi dentate ligands derived from quinoxaline-2,3-dione. The two ligands were fully identified by elemental analyses, FT-IR, NMR and UV-Visible spectra. The metal complexes of  Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) were isolated in the solid state after reactions of their metal chlorides with the ligands in 2:1 mole ratio. The isolated solid metal complexes were characterized with the help of elemental analyses, NMR, FT-IR and UV-Visible spectra. As well as the thermal stability of the coordinated quinoxaline polymers were tested by TG-DSC analysis and it is found that cleavage of terminal moiety was investigated, the strong coordinated bonds between oxygen donor atoms in L1 while nitrogen donor atoms of quinoxaline ring in the L2 with the metal ions. Furthermore, the thermal stability of cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II) and Cd(II) complexes were screened by TG-DSC analysis and the results helped us in the investigation of the proposed structure of the prepared complexes in the formula [M(L)2Cl2].XH2O and [Cd(L)2]Cl2 where L= L1 and L2  ligands derived from quinoxaline-2,3-dione.

Synthesis and Antifungal Activity Against of Candida Species for Some New Heterocyclic Compounds Containing Schiff Base , Oxazepine , Indoline or Imidazolo Units and Their Spectral Characterization 希夫碱、恶西平、吲哚啉或咪唑类杂环化合物的合成及对念珠菌的抑菌活性研究

The objective of this study is to test In Vitro the twenty chemical compounds that contains Schiff base or oxazepine, indoline, imidazolo units in concentrations( 50, 100, 150) mg / dl as antifungal activity, against three pathogenic Candida species  that occur in humans. We tested one isolates of    ) Candida albicans ,Candida glabrata and Candida krusei). All these species affect human health . The study was carried out in the Laboratory of Public Health , directly of health for the period from May 2016 to April 2017  , Candida spp isolates used in this study were collected from patients admitted at  some private clinical in  Kirkuk city . All isolates were identified using CHROM agar and stored at -70 0C. Preparation of Schiff base ( 1-7 ) from amino pyridine derivatives with aromatic aldehyde by nucleophilic addition reactions preparation of 1,3 – oxazepine 4,7 – dione ( 8-13 ) were carried out by cyclization of appropriate Schiff bases with malic anhydride and phthalic anhydride , preparation of compounds ( 14 – 17) from reaction of a mixture aminopyridine derivative with potassium hydroxide then chloroacetic acid was  added , preparation of compounds ( 18 – 20 ) from reaction of amino pyridine derivative and 4- phenyl phenacyl bromide , all these compounds were characterized by melting points and FT.IR spectroscopy. Some of them were characterized by H1- NMR and C13-NMR spectroscopy .Some compounds contain Schiff base  group in compounds ( 1-7) showed inhibitory effect Candida albicans and Candida krusei  .This study demonstrates that the three Candida species were resistant to a range of compounds (8-13) containing oxazepine and as antifungal against , while the compound(14-17) contain Indolin show low inhabition zon for Candida albicans and the compound (18-20) contain imidazo group showed inhibited  effect against three Candida species.
本研究的目的是在体外测试20种含有希夫碱或恶氮平、吲哚啉、咪唑啉单位浓度(50、100、150)mg / dl的化合物对三种人类致病性念珠菌的抗真菌活性。我们检测了一株白色念珠菌、光秃念珠菌和克鲁氏念珠菌。所有这些物种都会影响人类健康。该研究于2016年5月至2017年4月在公共卫生实验室进行,研究中使用的念珠菌分离株来自基尔库克市一些私人诊所收治的患者。所有分离株均采用CHROM琼脂进行鉴定,保存于-70℃。通过亲核加成反应由氨基吡啶衍生物与芳香醛合成席夫碱(1-7),通过适当的席夫碱与苹果酸酐和邻苯二甲酸酐环化制备1,3 -恶氮平4,7 -二酮(8-13),由氨基吡啶衍生物与氢氧化钾混合反应制备化合物(14 - 17),然后加入氯乙酸。以氨基吡啶衍生物和4-苯基苯那基溴为原料,制备了化合物(18 ~ 20),并用熔点和红外光谱对化合物进行了表征。部分化合物(1 ~ 7)中含有希夫碱基团,对白色念珠菌和克鲁氏念珠菌具有抑制作用。研究表明,这3种念珠菌对一系列含恶氮平的化合物(8 ~ 13)均具有抗真菌作用。含有吲哚啉组的化合物(14 ~ 17)对白色念珠菌呈低栖区,含有咪唑组的化合物(18 ~ 20)对3种念珠菌均有抑制作用。

Three Locally Clays as A Surfaces for Adsorption of Cephalexin Monohydrate From Aqueous Solution: Thermodynamic and Desorption Equilibrium 三种局部粘土表面对头孢氨苄一水合物的吸附:热力学和解吸平衡

The  adsorption of cephalexin.H2O from aqueous solution on attapulgite, bentonite and kaolin has been studied at the human body temperature (37.5˚C) and at 5, 27, 47˚C in 0.1M hydrochloric acid (pH 1.2). The value of pH 1.2 has been chosen to simulate the pH of stomach fluid. The clays show the following order: Bentonite > attapulgite > kaolin, for their activity to adsorb cephalexin.H2O. The charged clay particles can attract molecules either by electrostatic forces, for the molecules of oppositely charged, or by inducing dipole formation in the neutral molecule. The L-shaped adsorption isotherm indicated that drug molecules arrangement in a flat geometry on the clay surface. The results indicated the applicability of Langmuir isotherm for adsorption of drug on three clays. The amount of cephalexin.H2O adsorbed on  the  three  clays was increased with  increasing pH value from 1.2 to 5. At the acidic pH, the competition between cephalexin.H2O molecules and hydronium ions results in a reduction in adsorption process. At fixed temperature and pH, the adsorption of cephalexin.H2O on the three clays was increased with increasing the ionic strength of solution. The data showed a little increase in the amount of drug adsorbed by attapulgite and bentonite with increasing temperature, so the adsorption process appeared endothermic. The reverse was observed with adsorption of cephalexin.H2O on kaolin surface (exothermic).The extent of desorption of cephalexin.H2O from the clays increased when the concentration of drug increased. This result may  refer to the difficulty of desorption of the drug at low concentrations, which reflects a relatively higher adsorbate - adsorbent interaction.

The FSHR Polymorphisms Association With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Women of Erbil, Kurdistan in North of Iraq 伊拉克北部库尔德斯坦地区埃尔比勒地区妇女FSHR多态性与多囊卵巢综合征的关系

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder in women during fertilization age that reflects changing clinical symptoms. The genetic concept of PCOS is unclear and no significant genetic association with PCOS has been established. The level of Follicle stimulating hormone FSH is encoded by FSH receptor (FSHR) and abnormal FSHR affects follicle cogenesis and ovary and consist of 9 introns, 10 exons, and the region of chromosome promoter at 2p21. Sample of 93PCOS patients and 52 controls were collected from Province of Erbil in north of Iraq. Genomic DNA was extracted from the blood and genotype dissected was improved for the two population of study using PCR-RFLP with the restriction enzyme Eam1105I. The genotype distributions and allele frequency of Ala307Thr polymorphisms of FSHR were not statistically various between the controls and the PCOS patients. Significant elevation of body mass index with all genotype of PCOS was found when compared with controls. There were statistical differences in the BMI and most of the serum hormone and lipid profile parameters including LH, total testosterone, fasting glucose, Cholesterol, HDL and LDL, there were significant various in FSH and LH levels of hormones and HDL, LDL and VLDL with PCOS group conveying different genotypes of Ala307Thr polymorphisms. The variant of Ala307Thr was not associated with PCOS in Kurdistan women; there was no relationship between the POCS and gene of FSHR polymorphism at codons 307. There was a significant difference in FSH and LH levels with PCOS patients conveying different genotypes of Ala307Thr polymorphism.

There were statistical differences in the BMI and most of the serum hormone and lipid profile parameters including LH, total testosterone, fasting glucose, Cholesterol, HDL and LDL, there were significant various in FSH and LH levels of hormones and HDL, LDL and VLDL with PCOS group conveying different genotypes of Ala307Thr polymorphisms. The variant of Ala307Thr was not associated with PCOS in Kurdistan women; there was no relationship between the POCS and gene of FSHR polymorphism at codons 307. Spectrophotometric and Potentiometric Analysis of Calcichrome and Its Complex With Calcium Ion 钙铬及其与钙离子配合物的分光光度和电位分析

It was confirmed in this research that the ligand calcichrome formed stable complex with calcium ion at pH of 8.5 which verified by UV/Vis and FTIR spectral analysis and the complexation occurred via hydroxyl groups. The stoichiometric ratio of the formed complex was found to be 1:1 by mole ratio and continuous variation methods. Dry ashing method of the complex and flame emission photometric analysis offered a calcium percentage in calcium complex equal 4.5% with an error of 2.41% due to experimental errors. Use of Acidic Hydrolysis and Diazo Coupling Reaction for Spectrophotometric Determination of Furosemide in Urine and Pharmaceutical Formulation. 酸水解-重氮偶联反应分光光度法测定尿中速尿及制剂。

Simple and rapid spectrophotometric determination of furosemide (FUR) has been investigated .The method is based on acid hydrolysis of FUR to free primary aromatic amine and diazotization followed by coupling with 3, 5 di methyl phenol (3, 5-DMPH) at basic medium. The absorbance was measured at 434 nm, the method was optimized for best condition, and beers’ law is obeyed over the range of 0.4-50 µg.mL-1 with molar absorptivity and sandal’s sensitivity 1.3899 x104 L moL-1 .cm-1 and 0.0238x104 µg.cm-2 respectively. Analysis of solution containing nineteen different concentrations of FUR gave a correlation coefficient of (0.9999) and limit of detection, limit of quantitation were 0.127, 0.464µg.mL-1 respectively. The reaction stoichiometry was evaluated by Job’s and mole ratio method was found to be 1:1(diazotized FUR: 3, 5-DMPH) .The method was applied in synthetic urine and pharmaceutical formulation. The recovery of FUR in spiked urine was satisfactory resulting in the values of (99±3.32) %, the results of the suggested method was compared with available official literature method.

Diarrhea is an important public health problem worldwide, several causes associated with diarrhea especially in population live under poverty and unsafe water use. Different methods are available and use in diagnosis. This study was carried out to compare of various techniques for Giardia lamblia detection and study the association with  E coil and Shigella in patients with diarrhea.  A total of 100 children with diarrhoea were enrolled into the study, 57 were males and 43 were females, aged from 2 months -16 years were attendant to AL-Imamin AL-Kadhimin Medical City, during the period from May 2014 to February 2015.  Stool samples were collected and analysed for Giardia lamblia presence by used light microscopy, enzyme linked immunosorbant assay and polymerase chain reaction as well as used bacterial culture and one-step colored chromatographic immunoassay for E coil and Shigella detection. Socio-demographic features of the study subjects were also included. Parasitic infection was the most common than bacterial infection. Most intestinal infection were recorded in age group 5-10 years and among males. Comparative analysis of various techniques for Giardia lamblia detection show that microscopy detected only 24 cases, while enzyme linked immunosorbant assay detected 32 cases. However, polymerase chain reaction assay detected 42 cases. Statistical analysis showed significant differences. The sensitivities was 57.14% for microscopy and 76.19% for enzyme linked immunosorbant assay, whereas polymerase chain reaction assay had sensitivity of 100% (42/42) and specificity was100%. Bacterial culture and immunochromatography assay show positive result for E. coli (12%), and Shigella (6%). Co-infection between three microorganisms which revealed that  5 patients with Giardia lamblia positive test had co-infection with E. coli and 4 patients with Giardia lamblia positive test had co-infection with Shigella. Polymerase chain reaction highly sensitive and specific than other methods for Giardia lamblia detection, direct examination exhibited many false positive and negative results with parasitic infection.
