Research on the Coordination of Time and Space Coupling Between New Urbanization and Economic Development Based on Cloud Computing 基于云计算的新型城镇化与经济发展时空耦合协调性研究

Through in-depth analysis of the definition and connotation of new urbanization quality, a new urbanization indicator system with typical representativeness and quantification is established, and a spatio-temporal coupling coordination model is constructed based on this indicator system, and model input is obtained through urban statistical yearbooks and relevant government year reports Data, complete the temporal-spatial coupling coordination analysis of new urbanization and economic development. Taking a province as an example, it has been experimentally verified that the quality of new urbanization in the province has developed rapidly from 2010 to 2014, and the quality of new urbanization has stagnated from 2014 to 2015. In 2018, the quality of new urbanization in the province has rapidly increased its comprehensive value.

Teacher-training schools, community colleges, and technological institutes are examples of higher education. Teachers utilize various skills and techniques collectively referred to as Teaching Management to keep their students engaged, on task, and academically productive throughout the class. Higher education's greatest difficulty is resisting hard values and assumptions. Hence this paper Machine learning assisted teaching performance evaluation model for supply chain management (ML-TPEM) to help teachers grow personally and professionally, improve teaching and learning, and help schools improve and raise levels of achievement. Faculty employ a machine learning model to identify efficient classroom delivery strategies depending on the students' learning styles. A custom dataset is used to train the model on different styles. As a result, any educational system's effectiveness depends on an effective mechanism for managing deep learning to teach. The system's performance ratio is 90.3 %, its interactivity ratio is 95.1 %, its accessibility ratio is 96 %, its security ratio is 96.9 %.

The belt and road initiative development strategy proposed by Secretary General Xi Jinping is currently being carried out. The world economy will work more closely together, and the logistics industry will advance to higher level of development. In this paper, to help realize improved world-wide logistics, a decision-making platform based on global manufacturing was built from a survey and an analysis of the overall competitiveness of the logistics industry in terms of demand for logistics services and logistics service capabilities. The platform was found to offer good performance and meet the application requirements.

After the implementation, the online and offline teaching modes are compared and analyzed. In the special social environment, in order to ensure the normal teaching order, the university public sports online course is constructed. The construction research mainly includes the necessity of online physical education course, the design of teaching scheme, teaching objectives, teaching mode, extracurricular sports activities, assessment methods, the connection and comparison of online and offline courses, etc. The purpose is to build a set of practical online course system of university public physical education, make up for the deficiency of offline course teaching, and realize the sharing of educational resources among students in different regions at the same time In order to provide reference for the normal development of physical education in special environment such as epidemic situation.

Forecasting Coke's Price by Combination Semi-Parametric Regression Model 组合半参数回归模型预测焦炭价格

According to the characteristics of consumption of coke, the article utilized combination semi-parametric regression method rather than usual regression analysis to forecast the coke's price. Coke' price was divided into two parts. Parameter part was analyzed through error correction model and BP artificial neural network. Nonlinear part was fitted by core function. Nonparametric sector was described by coke yield. The article utilized cross validation method to select optimum bandwidth, choosing the Parabola kernel for the kernel function. The least squares estimation was selected in new model estimation. The estimation results of real case demonstrate that error correction-semi-parametric regression model and BP artificial neural network-semi-parametric regression model not only reduced boundary estimation error but also strengthen economical interpretation. It is an effective method to forecast coke's price, which can largely raise the estimation precision of coke's price.
