The Optimization of Automobile Part Product Development Using Integrated Product Development (IPD) 利用集成产品开发(IPD)优化汽车零部件产品开发

This paper studies a new integrated product development (IPD) process at an automobile parts company. The process includes benchmarking and offers four optimization strategies for the new product development process: (1) re-structuring the new product development organization astraddle department teams, (2) reshaping the new product development and selection process already at the planning and conceptual design stages, (3) optimizing the design review process at the engineering stage, and (4) establishing a product development team with large project manager responsibilities in the industrialization stage so as to give full play to the guiding role of expert resources. This paper can help enhance the competitiveness of domestic auto parts enterprises compared to leading foreign auto parts enterprises.
本文研究了一家汽车零部件公司的新集成产品开发(IPD)流程。该流程包括标杆管理,并为新产品开发流程提供了四项优化策略:(1)重新构建新产品开发组织,跨部门团队;(2)在规划和概念设计阶段就重塑新产品开发和选型流程;(3)优化工程设计阶段的设计评审流程;(4)在产业化阶段建立承担大项目经理职责的产品开发团队,充分发挥专家资源的指导作用。本文有助于提升国内汽车零部件企业与国外领先汽车零部件企业相比的竞争力。

Modelling Digital Transformation Within the Financial Sector: A South African Perspective 金融部门数字化转型建模:南非视角

Digital transformation is a socioeconomic change across organizations, individuals, societies, and ecosystems formed by the utilization and adoption of digital technologies. This study modeled the factors that drive the degree of digital transformation in the financial services sector in South Africa. Data from 350 participants was modeled in terms of seven factors: organizational IT application portfolios; organizational culture; organizational structure; organizational dynamic capabilities; leadership; employee roles and skills; and ethics. The analysis showed that organizational culture predicted 81.7% of the digital transformation.
