The operation, control and protection of EHV substations have benefited immensely from advancements in electronics, computers, information and communications technology. The use of IEC61850 compliant digital protection relays, digital energy meters, smart monitoring devices and other smart interactive IEDs are being extensively used in all EHV substations. The integration and convergence of developments in computer, communication, electronics technologies with power system control and protection have revolutionized the way substations are now being operated. Nowadays, 400 KV and above voltage class new EHV substations of Indian central and state utilities are invariably being designed with IEC61850 based SAS. However, new 132 KV class substations are still constructed without Substation Automation System owing to substantial cost implication SAS. Further, for the same reason a majority of old EHV substations in Indian power utilities could not be provided with SAS so far. This paper presents a case study on low-cost implementation of IEC 61850 based substation automation in old and smaller conventional hard wired 132 KV substations and thus converting them into smart substations. The paper begins with a brief description of a typical 132 KV class substation, followed by an introduction to Substation Automation system and IEC 61850 based SAS. Thereafter, the paper discusses design aspects of implementation of economically optimized SAS in conventional hard-wired Substations and discusses benefits of implementation of SAS in 132 KV class Substations. The paper concludes with a discussion of the benefits of adoption of IEC 61850 based substation automation system in conventional EHV substations.

The proposed work is focused at development of Incubation system for premature Baby Monitoring System based on the IoT. A prototype is developed which gives a reliable and efficient baby monitoring system that can play a vital role in providing better infant care. The system monitors vital parameters such as temperature, pulse rate, moisture condition and weight of the baby. This information can be accessed by their parents and doctors with alarm triggering system to initiate the proper control actions through IoT based Mobile application.

Attendance system is very important in schools and colleges' The student attendance program has many problems such as it may not be accurate and critical to maintain. Therefore, an existing system that uses a face recognition system increases accuracy and also requires less time than other methods. There are many systems available such as face recognition using IoT, PIR sensors and so on. With face recognition, hardware devices are helpful. But the challenge is to keep all the nerves properly without getting hurt. After learning all the techniques and techniques we try to use the system with Haar Cascade Algorithm with the highest accuracy among them all. It can take pictures from 50- 70cm. We create a graphical interface that takes pictures, builds a database and trains the database with a single click. After seeing the face it will show the student's name and roll number. That information is stored on an automatic attendance sheet by time and date.

This paper presents design of novel microstrip antenna for an 8-element linear array with 8x8 Butler Matrix as a beamforming network. The proposed structure resonates at 2.4 GHz frequency and is implemented using Microstrip Technology with FR-4 Substrate having er=4.3 and height=1.6 mm. Simulation results are given for the components (microstrip antenna, quadrature couplers, crossovers, phase shifters) used to implement the matrix. The 8-element antenna array is connected to the matrix to form a beamforming system and produces eight orthogonal beams at −55◦, −36◦, -21◦, -7◦, 55◦, 36◦, 21◦, and 7◦. The reflection coefficients and isolations at all ports are below −10 dB at the center frequency and side lobes of radiation pattern are sufficiently low. The applications for this technique are in lower frequency bands of 5G and LTE, wearable devices and IEEE 802.11 WLAN

From ancient times science and technology have eased human life in all ways. So, it’s not surprising that with the advancement of human civilization human needs will be increased and technology has to be developed at the same pace. While meeting these needs and making everyday life easier, better; here comes the importance of robotic arm studies. Robot arms can be controlled by an outside user or by doing predetermined instructions. Nowadays, robot arms are broadly used in the industry and as well the medicine sector. Today, technology is developing at the same pace of rapidly increasing human needs. The work done to meet these needs makes life easier every day, and these studies are concentrated on robotic arm studies. In this project, the robotic arm can move in 4 axis directions with the help of 5 servo motors. With the help of the holder, we can hold the material and move it from one place to another. For doing this, we can connect the android application with the Arduino UNO microcontroller via the Bluetooth module. The abstract part describes why robotic arms have become so important, the introduction part describes types of it, the projected method describes the theory of the project and descriptions of components, lastly how the arm is implemented is described in experimental data and results.

This paper entitled 'E-commerce venture -choose the best' plays a key role in the upliftment of digitization and automation of small-scale businesses. The majority of the small businesses in India don't have a website according to the survey conducted by GoDaddy-world's largest technology services provider. In short, the proposed system aims at building online e-commerce ventures to satisfy the needs of small businesses and enterprises by providing extensive machine learning features.
