O presente artigo tem como objetivo compreender como os coletivos de estudantes universitários se organizam a partir de estratégias, lutas, resistências e produção biopolítica. De cunho teórico, iremos recorrer principalmente aos conceitos de multidão, comum e trabalho imaterial elaborados por Antonio Negri e Michael Hardt. Tais pressupostos teóricos nos ajudam a entender a configuração e organização desses novos agrupamentos. Pretendemos abordar a potência dos modos de atuação descentralizados e autogestionados evidenciada pela cooperação e produção coletiva, possibilitando assim um ambiente de convivência plural e democrático.

Environmental Education (EA) is a important part of school curricula at all levels of education, however, still with an interdisciplinary theme status. Talking about preservation, taking care of the waters, fauna, flora and air is something that goes back to the last century, but that even in the 21st century, still struggles to be heard and attended to. Brazil is still in its infancy. Some achievements have already been obtained. The BNCC (National Common Curricular Base) guarantees the teaching of EA and highlights the importance of socio-environmental awareness in trying to contain unrestrained consumption, the devastation of forests, seas, rivers and lakes, the pollution that greenhouse gases cause and the ethics towards ourselves and others. However, in order to develop a good job in EE, it is necessary to assess how much people perceive their local environment, their region, in order to think about more effective teaching methods. Perception is something innate to every human being. The brain interprets the stimuli received and gives meaning to them. But what about the blind man? How does he perceive the environment? Perceives in a multisensory way, with the whole body. It develops a mental, bodily and spatial organization that allows the brain to interpret its sensations and make sense of them. They see through proprioception, intuitively perceive, through sensitivity or experience.

This study aims to understand the challenges and dilemmas that the female single-parent family of mothers with children with disabilities faces to access social policies. Since the female single-parent family has become increasingly present in our society, this fact happens due to the great metamorphoses in which the nuclear family has been going through. In this way, this study seeks to understand the challenges and dilemmas that single-parent families of mothers with children with disabilities face in accessing contemporary social policies. The methodology used was bibliographic, with search for articles on sites such as Scielo, Google academic, among others, to try to resolve some concerns about this topic, making it clear that it has not yet been possible to exhaust information on this subject. We try to understand in fact what makes it difficult for these mothers to access benefits, such as the BPC (Continuous Benefit Benefit), and to access social policies.

The book "Saber dos Arquivos", from 2011, a collection of articles organized by Marlon Salomon, brings together texts by historians and philosophers who proposed to think about the role that archives play in different societies today as identity builders. The book is composed of five chapters that discuss from the State's relationship with archives to the new social uses that we can make of them, or that we are already making, as Artieres puts it.

O presente artigo discorre sobre a condicao de existencia do negro e indigena imposta pela escravidao no colonialismo brasileiro, que resulta naquilo que denominamos de dispositivo de colonialidade, dispositivo esse que passa a ser a regra dentro das colonias. Esse dispositivo e uma maquinaria de morte que sera fundamental e basilar na economia e na formacao da sociedade colonial, e que consistira em acoes deliberadas de fazer morrer o corpo negro e indigena Para atingirmos nosso objetivo, nos apoiamos nas obras de Achile Mbembe, Michel Foucault, Giorgio Agamben, Frantz Fanon, Jaques Derrida, Enrique Dussel, Suely Carneiro, entre outros autores. Como resultado, constatamos que o dispositivo de colonialidade operou como uma tecnologia de morte da populacao negra e indigena, sendo central na producao dos mecanismos de subjetivacao da sociedade baseada no escravismo. No interior das colonias, predominou uma politica racista de violencia mobilizada pelo aparato estatal que impos a populacao negra e indigena zonas de excecao e consequente aniquilacao desses corpos, transformando-os em vidas mataveis.

The goal of the present work is to present reflections about gender inequalities associated with the social and economic function of the housework, as well as pointing out mechanisms to promote inclusive public policies through the adoption of a redistributive tax system. Starting from an analysis of taxation in Brazil, the research aims at pointing out possible directions for the achievement of tax justice, through tax reform, in order to allow the implementation of social policies for the economic inclusion of women that engage in housework.

: Between the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries, the nobility and people of the captaincy of Pernambuco claimed difficulties in appealing their claims to the Bahia Court of Appeal, and sent requests to the monarchs, asking for the installation of a Court of Appeal in the captaincy. On February 6, 1821, king D. João VI issued a permit, ordering the installation of a Court of Appeal in the village of Recife. The Court of Appeal of Pernambuco received the same rules as the Court of Appeal of Maranhão, established in 1812. The article proposes to discuss the political process that promoted the creation of the Court of Appeal of Pernambuco. We will also deal with aspects of the trajectory of the first justices appointed to the banks of the new Court, as well as the motivations that guided the choices of magistrates, by the royal administration. In the final remarks, in addition to reinforcing the argument presented in the text, we point to the need to expand the studies on the courts of justice, considering the need to deepen the understanding of the performance of these institutions in the formation of the Brazilian State.
