AbstrakMualaf sebagai individu yang baru mengenali Islam harus banyak belajar tentang agama Islam supaya mereka dapat memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam dengan sebaik mungkin. Kajian dijalankan untuk melihat pelaksanaan bimbingan agama Islam dalam kalangan saudara baru atau mualaf bangsa China. Kajian juga bertujuan mengetahui apakah kurikulum yang dijadikan panduan dalam bimbingan agama Islam ini. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan temu bual, kajian lapangan dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan maklumat yang lebih terperinci mengenai kajian. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa bimbingan agama Islam yang dilaksanakan di MACMA adalah sebanyak tiga (3) kali dalam satu minggu, dengan mempelajari subjek akidah, syariah, akhlak, Iqra dan al-Quran serta aktiviti agama yang lain. Sedangkan kurikulum yang dijadikan rujukan untuk bimbingan agama Islam di MACMA adalah menggunakan kurikulum yang telah disediakan oleh Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Johor.

Abstract COVID-19 pandemic has changed the entire order of human life which has a major influence in all aspects, including the education aspect. For this reason, lecturers are expected to be more innovative in presenting learning in class, one of which is by developing learning media, one of which is the use of mobile applications that are familiar to students. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the telegram mobile application in PAI learning and the advantages and disadvantages of the telegram mobile application in PAI learning. This type of research is a qualitative research, the subjects of this research are students who take courses in Religious Education in semester 1. Research data is collected through instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Research data were analyzed by interactive method. The results showed that the use of telegram as a learning medium was responded positively by students, they stated that using the telegram mobile application was a new innovation in supporting the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic, and learning PAI courses became interesting, easy and improved the quality of learning outcomes. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfataan telegram sebagai media pembelajaran direspon positif oleh mahasiswa, mereka menyatakan bahwa dengan penggunaan aplikasi mobile telegram adalah inovasi baru dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid 19, dan pembelajaran mata kuliah PAI menjadi menarik, mudah dan meningkatkan kulitas hasil pembelajaran. Dengan demikian pemanfaatan telegram sebagai media pembelajaran PAI dapat dipertimbangkan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran dimasa depan.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran; Telegram; PAI

AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact in Indonesia. In addition to the health sector which has been affected by Covid-19, the education sector has also experienced a major impact. Educational institutions throughout Indonesia are experiencing major changes in their teaching and learning processes, which have shifted to online learning. However, this cannot be done by educational institutions with a boarding school system because all learning activities are carried out by gathering and huddling. Therefore, the implementation of health protocols and a healthy life culture is carried out in the Islamic boarding school environment. The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the clean or healthy culture implemented by Pondok Modern Gontor Putri 1 as an effort to prevent the transmission and spread of the covid-19 virus. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The results showed that in order to protect the residents in the Pondok Modern Gontor Putri environment, health protocols and a culture of clean or healthy living must be carried out together. It is easy to implement health protocols and tighten hygiene culture because of the disciplined character education that has always been enforced at Pondok Modern Gontor Putri 1 since its inception. AbstractEducation in Indonesia has not been fully matured in instilling the tradition of character education as a performance in culture and religiuity in public life. This research aims to describe the value of student character in extracurricular activities in pesantren al ikhlas. Research in the form of qualitative descriptive with social psychology approach. The location of the research in pesantren Tahfidhul qur'an al ikhlas scratch Demakan Mojolaban Sukoharjo. The research was conducted in March 2021. The trainers, principals, waka madrasah students, karate and scouts became the primary data sources and subjects in this study. Secondary data sources in this study in the form of research results, scientific works, guidebooks, articles and others that can support. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use interactive models that take place in overlapping circles. The results of the study found a pattern of education in Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas. The values of character found in extracurricular activities are discipline, confidence, religion, responsibility, and sportsmanship. Then the values of character in scouting activities include being responsible, trustworthy, willing to help, steadfast, diligent, skilled, happy, disciplined, courageous and loyal.Keyword: Character Education, Extracurricular, Pesantren Al Ikhlas.

Pendidikan tidak lepas dari berbagai permasalahan, diantaranya adalah masalah mutu, seperti mutu lulusan, mutu pengajaran, khususnya mutu sumber daya guru. Permasalahan tersebut menuntut kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan lembaga untuk mengambil strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan mutu sumber daya guru, sehingga tercipta guru profesional sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kebijakan mengembangkan mutu sumber daya guru, yaitu kecakapan untuk meningkatkan sikap profesionalitas secara berkelanjutan, kemampuan menjadi pembelajar sejati, menyusun karya ilmiah sesuai bidang keilmuannya, yakni pendidikan, dan menjalankan tugas lain sesuai tuntutan kompetensi professional; 2) membentuk kelompok kerja guru (POKJA guru), menugaskan dalam forum-forum akademik, supervisi, diskusi bersama ahli dan pemerhati pendidikan, memfasilitasi untuk studi lanjut dan studi banding, pengejawantahan nilai-nilai Islami, misalnya melakukan pengajian bersama, berkontribusi positif dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, tersedianya fasilitas yang mampu mewadahi kegiatan belajar mengajar, khususnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi; 3) Kepala sekolah mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam mewujudkan kompetensi unggul guru, baik sebagai pendidik, pemimpin, maupun tugas administrasi lainnya.

The program to improve the academic competence of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah is a series of activities in Ma’had and must be followed by all students of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah IAIN Tulungagung to improve academic abilities, namely the development of religious and linguistic knowledge, and tradition of religious spirituality. The purpose of the research to know the implementation and the effect of the Ma’had Al-Jami’ah Academic Competency Improvement Program towards aqidah, worship, and morals in students. The research method used is an explanatory mixed method (qualitative - qualitative). The population numbered 400 mahasantri. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, and obtained a sample of 170 students. The results of the research is there is the effect of the Ma’had Al-Jami’ah Academic Competency Improvement Program towards aqidah, worship, and morals in students is shown as a percentage of 87.5%. The implementation of the Ma’had Al-Jami’ah academic competency improvement with book study, religious activities, habituation, and control. Practical and theoretical implications of the program to increase the academic competence of ma’had al-jami’ah in order to improve academic abilities, namely the development of religious knowledge, naming and preserving the tradition of religious spirituality, and moral character.

Era disrupsi dibutuhkan pemimpin yang berani bersikap, kritis, dan inovatif dalam menjawab tantangan zaman. Pemimpin era disrupsi harus memiliki karakter kepemimpinan yang kuat. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam pembahasan Mengetahui kepemimpinan tranformatif kepala madrasah dalam mewujudkan profesionalitas guru di madrasah; dan manajemen optimalisasi dalam mewujudkan profesionalitas guru di madrasah melalui kepemimpinan transformatif di MA Darul Ulum Kota Semarang. Metode penulisan ini penelitian kualitatif pola pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari hasil interview dan observasi serta data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumen. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berwujud kata dan tindakan selebihnya adalah data tambahan seperti dokumen dan lain-lain. Gaya pemimpinan transformatif yang diterapkan di MA Darul Ulum Kota Semarang Kepemimpinan transformatif ini dalam konsep Ki Hajar Dewantara semboyannya Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani. Managemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah MA Darul Ulum Kota Semarang dalam mengoptimalkan profesionalitas guru meliputi perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), Koordinasi (coordinating), dan pengawasan (controlling). Perilaku kepemimpinan dalam upaya melaksanakan keterampilan memimpin memegang peranan yang sangat penting untuk untuk meningkatkan kualitas sekolah. Perilaku kepemimpinan yang positif sangat mendukung terhadap penerapan manajemen kepala sekolah akan lebih mencapai keberhasilan.

Abstract: This research aimed to find out about library management which included planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling for the improvement of service and students reading interest at SMPN 3 Salatiga. This research used qualitative approach. Type of this research was descriptive. The research was done in Adyama Pustaka Library of SMPN 3 Salatiga. Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) planning of library work program at SMPN 3 Salatiga is in accordance with the planning of library program which are purpose, policy, strategy, and program. All of formulated work program has described about the purpose, policy, strategy, and upcoming program to achieve the desire result. 2) Implementation of library work program at SMPN 3 Salatiga in improving the quality of service and reading interest includes; implementation of differentiation program, processing literature, implementation of service program, implementation of data analysis program, implementation of students activity program, implementation of promotion program, and implementation of inventory taking. The implementation of library work program at SMPN 3 Salatiga has been running well. Then, added by establishment with intern and extern part. 3) Evaluation of planning and implementation of library work program is as a basis for determining policies in the following year.Keywords: Service Quality; Library Management; Reading Interest

Islam and politics are closely related, Islam puts politics as one way to protect Muslims. Islam without politics will give birth to Muslims who do not have the freedom and freedom to implement Islamic law. Likewise, politics without Islam will only give birth to a society that glorifies power, position, and worldliness. So it is necessary to apply Islamic values in politics, especially in Indonesia, because they can be used as a reference in carrying out the dynamics of politics in Indonesia. The existence of Islamic organizations with political nuances that emerged during the movement until now in their development have implemented Islamic values. So at this time it is necessary to review how the application and development of Islamic values in politics in Indonesia so as not to deviate from the teachings of Islam. The method used in this research is discourse analysis with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were library research and literature studies. The purpose of writing this research is to find out and explore the implementation of Islamic values in the dynamics of politics in Indonesia, this will be discussed and become the focus of this paper.

AbstrakIlmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat. Kemajuan zaman telah memasuki revolusi indrustri 4.0, yakni kemajuan zaman di bidang teknologi informasi atau era digitalisasi. Bentuk kemajuan di bidang IT tersebut mempengaruhi segala aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk pendidikan. Segala bentuk pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi pada dasarnya untuk memudahkan kehidupan manusia. Namun demikian pendidikan Islam masih mengalami problem ketertinggalan di bidang teknologi informasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab pendidikan Islam mengalami ketertinggalan di bidang teknologi informasi dan solusi pemecahan problem ketertinggalan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, yakni penelitian yang menjadikan literatur-literatur baik dari buku, jurnal-jurnal, serta artikel-artikel yang terkait dengan penelitian sebagai sumber data penelitian.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekata fenomenologi, dimana pendeskripsian permasalahan berdasarkan fenomena atau kejadian nyata.Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa problem IT dalam pendidikan Islam disebabakan karena umat Islam kurang memperhatikan keilmuan kemajuan modern. Kemudian secara teknis ketertinggalan pendidikan Islam dalam bidang IT disebabkan lemahnya SDM dalam penguasaan IT dan infrastruktur atau perangkat IT yang belum tersedia dengan baik.
