Statistical Study of Relationship and Comparison of Average Monthly Temperature and nCoV-SARS-2: A Case Study of India. 月平均气温与nCoV-SARS-2关系及比较的统计研究——以印度为例

In this study we employed statistical methods to relate and make comparison between monthly average temperature and number of confirmed cases for COVID-19 disease. R-studio were used to achieve the results. We extracted our data for the analysis from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Government of India for the cumulative confirmed cases of nCoV-SARS-2, the average monthly temperature from 1 March to 31 May 2020 were also extracted via internet from Current Results weather and science facts for Indian Weather. The descriptive analysis of the generated data was presented graphically. Our findings show that, the average temperature so far has no effect on the number of nCoV-SARS-2 in all the four regions of India, in fact number of cases are still in the rise with daily increase.

Analysis of Air Quality in A Laboratory Equipped with Split Air Conditioning System 安装分体式空调系统的实验室空气质量分析

Computer laboratories are the place for teaching and learning where thermal conditions and indoor air quality is essential for the performance of students and teachers. Computational fluid dynamics is a widely used technique which is used to simulate indoor air conditions. This study includes experimental as well as numerical work using computational fluid dynamics program of a computer laboratory /with high wall mount split air conditioning system. Experimental results are compared with the numerical one to evaluate the CFD program. CO2 concentration field measurements were taken which is standard to check indoor air quality of the computer laboratory. Cooling load requirement of the laboratory is also evaluated in this study. Twelve points were considered in laboratory to take reading for temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration.CO2 concentration exceeded the permissible as well as hazardous limit set by ASHRAE standard 62.1,2013. Good agreement is achieved between the computed and measured temperature results. The experimental and numerical results showed that the model is capable of giving close results with experimental one and due to this modifying the model can give a better air temperature distribution. The simulation also showed the existence of cold spots and stagnant are in the laboratory. A Study on the Effect of J2 Perturbation on Optimum Delta-V for Collision Avoidance Maneuver J2摄动对避碰机动最优Delta-V影响的研究

: The focus of this study aims to understand the probability of collision between any two objects orbiting the earth. Iridium 73 is considered as the primary satellite and the dead satellite Taurus is considered as the debris for the collision probability study. The numerical results agree favorably with the predicted values from the explicit collision probability method. The collision avoidance maneuver is performed to safeguard the satellite by changing its semi-major axis and bringing back to the same orbit after maneuvering. Considering a range of true anomalies, the optimum delta-V is obtained by trial and error method. The effect of J2 perturbation of the earth on the optimum delta-V is carefully studied and has been observed to be less than that of an unperturbed condition. This study shows the significance of the collision avoidance maneuver and the J2 perturbation to perform a safe maneuver.

Designing Web-based Library Management System 基于web的图书馆管理系统设计

—This research paper's main target is to develop a computerized system that can accomplish the activities in the Asmara Community College of Education (ACCE) by providing easy access to library usage for librarians and users of the library. Although this system provides electronic documents like books, magazines, newspapers, and other useful files that can give access for the users without any restrictions and help librarians keep track of library information. Designing a computerized library management system (LMS) that would support to evacuate the problem encountered in the manual library. The physical library has many limitations to satisfy user’s needs, and most hard copy documents are damaged after a limited time of usage. To eliminate the paperwork in the library, to reduce the high demand for the cost of books, and to avoid problems for missing files, we introduce a web-based LMS in ACCE. This will provide services for the entire citizens of the country in a different format without limitation of the period. The objectives of this research are to develop a system that can handle and manage the actions involved in the ACCE library efficiently and reliably which can be a benefit for the entire users to get access at their convenient time. To overcome the above-mentioned limitations of the physical library, we are implementing this new technology to promote digital reading habits for users and to advance the knowledge of the users in every aspect of the technology. Performance Analysis of Air Conditioner using R290 as Refrigerant with and Without Nanoparticles 添加和不添加纳米颗粒的R290空调性能分析

R22 is commonly used refrigerant in air conditioning systems. These HCFC refrigerants have negative impact on the environment which causes ozone depletion. Hence the usage of these HCFC refrigerants needs to be avoided. An alternative refrigerant need to be evaluated as an alternative to these HCFC refrigerants and R290 is suitable as alternative refrigerant due to its low ODP and low GWP. In this, Cu doped MgO Nanoparticles are synthesized and the nanoparticles are used for the preparation of Nano-lubricant with different concentrations. An experimental investigation is performed on the air conditioner using R290 as refrigerant with and without Cu doped MgO nanoparticles in compressor lubricant oil. The system performance is analyzed and compared with and without using nanoparticles based on the performance parameters such as refrigeration effect, compressor work input and COP. Underwater Wireless Communication System 水下无线通信系统

-Water data communication is a potential technology to realize underwater communication. The experiment of underwater data communication in the laboratory is different with that in the real water environment because the physical scale is limited. In this paper, several kinds of agents are evaluated to change the coefficients of experimental water precisely. Then, seemed as criterion for the reliability of water recreation, the frequency domain characteristic of data communication through water channel in experimental water is measured and compared. The results show that the type and particle size of the agents will significantly affect its water properties, and the frequency domain component of the water communication signal will be affected by the agent’s concentration. By having a separate transmitter and receiver module in the water between the modules we can transmit the sea researcher’s biomedical conditions and interactions to the monitoring end available on the ship. The atmospheric conditions under the sea will be changing tremendously. It affects the sea navigators in too much trouble. It is difficult to monitor the health conditions of sea navigator after diving. Even if he dives below 20 meters his heart beat becomes uncontrollably changing. So even if his blood pressure lows dangerously it may leads to death. And there is no idea to save those navigators in those conditions. So here we propose a system to monitor heath conditions of a sea navigator while checking the heart beat reading while navigation. Using a communication system we can monitor a diving navigators heart beat even in ground. If we found his BP is lower in we can say him to enter the ground. Battery Management System Integrated with CAN BUS Safety Control Environment for Electric Vehicle 集成CAN总线安全控制环境的电动汽车电池管理系统

Battery Management System (BMS) is one of the most crucial and essential components of an Electric Vehicle. The main feature of a BMS is to safeguard the battery and make the operation reliable and smooth. To achieve the same, Battery State of Charge (SoC) evaluation, Charge Control and Cell Balancing have to be implemented in the BMS. BMS performs many complex operations that require constant optimization of the BMS for the improvement of battery life cycle, engine performance, energy enhancement and security of the vehicle. The need for security increases with the increase in the control units that favor data theft and security of the vehicle. A Controlled Area Network (CAN) based communication control system fulfills the need of a closed environment security system that optimizes the BMS and minimizes cyber threat. The main objective of this study is to give a detailed analysis of two key components of an electric vehicle viz., the BMS and the CAN bus that is used for communication. This study also covers the general model circuitry diagrams that are used to integrate the BMS and CAN bus that can be implemented in the real world. This work also hopes to help the readers who are interested in pursuing work in this field of vehicular design.

Design and Analysis of 15 Level Multilevel Inverter with Reduced Number of Switches for Renewable Applications 可再生15电平少开关多电平逆变器的设计与分析

To reduce the environmental impact, power generation using solar power plants is increasing day by day. The generated DC needs to be converted to AC for the AC loads or to connect to the grid without disturbing the grid performance. Multilevel inverters is a good option as the output voltage of a Multilevel inverter is a stepped waveform which approaches a sinusoid providing lesser harmonic distortion. As the number of levels are increased the harmonic distortion reduces but at the same time the number of switching devices and the DC voltage sources required increases, thus increasing the complexity of the system design and control. Multilevel inverter proposed in this paper uses only 7 switches to provide 15 levels of output voltage for renewable applications such as solar PV. As the number of switches used are less, the complexity and the control is reduced. Keywords—Multilevel inverter; 15 level MLI; reduced number of switches; total harmonic distortion. Driver Assistance System for Collision Avoidance 避免碰撞驾驶辅助系统

Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) is been most innovative and advanced technology in the automobile industry so far from the past decade. Though the technology emerges there also exist a gradual increase in the road accidents major of these are due driver negligence. The paper proposes a novel methodology for avoiding such mishaps and collisions using an advanced technology in a low cost method. Here we implement a method to do three basic functionalities such as, collision avoidance, lane change detection and liquor detection of the driver and give a best safety action of all the situations. We cast off the system with an efficient, low cost Mega 2560 controller along with the required sensors. Collision avoidance is implemented based on adaptive cruise control system. The system is been tested with the maximum test cases in real time prototype model and the results are present in the paper. — The computer network and information technology area is developing rapidly in recent days. It is making vital changes to human beings in the fields of study, work and the way of life. Due to Corona pandemic situation, online examinations are becoming important method of accessing and evaluating the success potential in students. The proposed system is developed to overcome the debugs of existing manual testing system to survive in this pandemic problem. The primary goal of the proposed system is to effectively assess the student performance thoroughly with the help of completely automated system that not only helps to save a lot of time but also gives quick outcomes. The purpose of the online examination system is to companies or institutions to conduct various examinations for any number of candidates at a time, in a paperless manner. It helps to save the time consumption and amount of efforts required to conduct the variety of examinations and their evaluation process. It also provides a facility to add tests for particular subject, to add a new subject in efficient and flexible way which allows performing paperless work. The online examination system is also useful to maintain the safety factor which is necessary to survive in Corona pandemic situation without disturbing educational life. This online examination system also makes the user easy to collect the information about aptitude test which is important for placement and higher studies.
