Judicious role played by three generation 三代人扮演了明智的角色

These days with the increasing pace of modernization, the scope of evolution in the family relationships has been drastically affected. Family lost their bonding with members. Every generation thinks that they are right in their own thoughts and people of other generation do not understand them in a right way. Values and morals of the family becomes a past feature to young generation. According to young generation it is a ridiculous, orthodox thinking in present era. These kind of thinking slowly increase the gap among generation. Respect to elderly person in family is disappearing day by day which is harmful for both generations. Differences in thinking create conflicts among generations. So, the present study is conducted to assess the best role played by the generations in different aspects. Present study is conducted on 60 respondents of different generations (young age, middle age and old age) of Jhansi city and chi square test was used for data analysis. Results showed that young generation shows their first preference to themselves in different aspects like they are more innovative, modern, egocentric, inconsistent, patriotic, competitor, doubtful and aggressive. Middle age generation thinks that they played best role in some aspects like positive attitude, devotion, moral values, unbiased, faithful, economic, rigid, doubtful, motivator, social, disciplined and adjusting. While old age generation choose themselves in positive attitude, devotion, moral values, unbiased, faithful, motivator, social, discipline and adjusting. Association was seen between role played with aspects like (Positive Attitude (χ² = .017), Doubtful (χ² = .046), Social (χ² = .042), Disciple (χ² = .027), and Adjusting (χ² = .010)). The results concluded that middle age respondents were having positive attitude. They were more social, disciplined and adjusting in comparison with other generations while only youngsters were found in the category of doubtful.

Madhubani: The soul of Art Madhubani:艺术的灵魂

Women in the Mithila region of Bihar in north India have painted colorful propitious images on the interior walls of their homes on the occasion of domestic rites since at least the 14th century, it’s called Madhubani Art. It is a famous and traditional art form of Bihar. Madhubani art of the Bihar state has been undergoing alteration where its application in the original composition has been diminished owing to social and economic changes now a days. There is need to explore possibilities for the conservation of this art form viz other artistic media for future generations. The reason for using traditional motifs in textiles and products is to keep our designs or motifs alive. The Indian folk arts with painting play important role in creating new designs. Escalating demands of consumers requires modification in the fashion industry with respect to design, color, style and technique. The aim of this project is to preserve the originality of the art form.

Resistencias y adhesiones escolares: La importancia del origen social 抵抗与学校粘连:社会起源的重要性

Distintas corrientes y tradiciones han estudiado la actitud del alumnado en la escuela, y gran parte de las investigaciones se han centrado en las resistencias escolares. A partir de un diseno explicativo de metodos mixtos secuenciales, que consiste en recoger primero datos cuantitativos y despues datos cualitativos para explicar o elaborar los resultados cuantitativos, se presentan resultados de la fase cualitativa a partir del analisis de entrevistas semiestructuradas. Se analizan los motivos por los que el alumnado tiene actitudes de adhesion o de resistencia al final de la Educacion Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) y como influye en sus itinerarios educativos posteriores. Los resultados muestran una interseccionalidad a la hora de analizar la actitud del alumnado, se observan importantes diferencias por razon de clase, origen y sexo. Se pone de manifiesto el importante papel que juega el profesorado y el centro de ensenanza, sus practicas y el acompanamiento que hacen del alumnado

Capital digital en educación superior: Fortalezas y carencias digitales para enfrentar la educación a distancia. 高等教育中的数字资本:面对远程教育的数字优势与劣势。

El siguiente articulo tiene como objetivo disenar y medir el concepto de capital digital, de tal forma de contar con una herramienta metodologica util para evaluar las brechas digitales al interior del campo educativo, lo que contribuira a comprender las fortalezas y carencias digitales que enfrentan los estudiantes de educacion superior durante la ensenanza virtual. Para llevar a cabo la investigacion se encuesto a 1.399 estudiantes de educacion superior, de los cuales un 61% son estudiantes de universidades y un 39% de centros de formacion tecnica-profesional. Los resultados evidencian una serie de desigualdades economicas, culturales y digitales entre ambos grupos de estudiantes. En lo referido al capital digital, se puede establecer que los estudiantes enfrentan una serie de deficiencias referidas a la produccion de informacion y en menor medida al proceso de busqueda de informacion, que podria dificultar su proceso de aprendizaje durante la educacion telematica, con lo cual docentes e instituciones de educacion superior, necesitan implementar acciones remediales que permitan disminuir los efectos adversos de las brechas digitales.

Designing for Khadi kurtis inspired from Mughal silhouettes for contemporary women wear 从当代女装的莫卧儿廓形中获得灵感,设计了卡迪裙

India is being known for its rich heritage and culture. It is also known as the home of many freedom fighters that played a very important role to free our country. Mahtma Gandhi is one of them leader, who gave us freedom. He is also the creator of Khadi, a fabric which transformed our nation. Khadi is known as a simple or non-lustrous fabric among customers so the demand of khadi is not too high although it is a fabric that is environment friendly and sustains our environment. To increase and promote the demand of khadi, it is most important thing to create some innovative and modern designs. Designing creates interesting visual aspects on its surface and beautifies its appearance; it is the virtuous feature of any fabric or garment. The main objective of this study was to promote the acceptance and popularity of Khadi amongst youth. Designs were developed using fashion software using appropriate elements as per the selected theme. The evaluation of these kurtis was done on the basis of 5 point rating scale on the basis of design, colour, pattern, and aesthetic appeal etc. A positive feedback was obtained from the respondents regarding acceptability to new designs, colour combination and uniqueness of Khadi kurtis. It was concluded from the data the present study had an innovative approach and filled a new zeal in the Khadi kurtis.

Good nutrition requires a satisfactory diet, which is capable of supporting the individual consuming it, in a state of good health by providing the desired nutrients in required amounts. It must provide the right amount of fuel to execute normal physical activity. If the total amount of nutrients provided in the diet is insufficient, a state of under nutrition will develop. The council of food and nutrition American medical association defines nutrition as “the science of foods, the nutrients and the substances there in their action, interaction and balance in relation to health and disease. Nutrition can help prevent disease and promote health, nutrients include proteins, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals and fats and water. The grain flour in combination with wheat flour made in to chapatti with would provide a diet rich in protein, fiber and carbohydrates.” Entitled Development of Protein Enriched Multigrain Wheat Flour” The study has been taken up as an experimental work. The entire experiment was conducted in the Department of Home Science Gandhigram Rural Institute-Deemed University Gandhigram. The presented study had a focus on knowledge and attitude of home and hostel-based cooking practices in students aged 18-29 years on how the knowledge of cooking had an impact on the eating habits and the importance of family involvement in the same. Subjects were selected using snowball sampling technique. Important findings of the study were, majority of the subjects who knew how to cook were females in both home (67.16%) and hostel-based (69.23%) settings. Taste of the food (38%) followed by other reasons like feasibility, interest, knowledge etc. (32.50%) and lack of time (25%) were the major factors which facilitated ordering food from outside. The results also showed that, full meals were preferred by majority (49%) followed by ready to eat (25%) and the least preferred were snacks (17.50%) for hostel-based students while ordering outside food. For students staying at home, majority of the subjects (98.50%) liked the taste of home-made and they cooked a perfect meal when they were hungry. Ordering food from outside was least preferred (16.50%). Students showed positive attitude towards learning to cook and improving their basic cooking skills. Students showed positive attitude towards will to learn cooking, due to taste enhancement and healthier option of cooking by self.

There is no doubt that communication aid plays a vital role in human life and human society. It helps an individual to communicate more effectively with the people around them. It not only helps to facilitate the process of sharing of information with others but also helps people to enhance their knowledge. Therefore, the importance of communication cannot be underestimated. This study was performed at the village of Masinadih in Samastipur district of Bihar state. The word “Underprivileged” refers to a “group of persons deprived of a number of fundamental rights”. They are categorized under the Dalit and Mahadalit groups from the economic status and caste perspective. As per the need of the study, it was imperative to develop various communication aids on the selected messages related to health and nutritional practices.

Consumption and conservation practices adopted while using LPG for cooking in urban households of Ernakulam city 埃纳库拉姆市城市家庭使用液化石油气做饭时采取的消费和保护措施

Today, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has become an unavoidable part of the urban households. Irrespective of the fact whether it be low/middle/high income family, they perceive cooking gas or LPG in the category of must spend or an unavoidable expenditure. This paper, based on a primary survey conducted among 500 urban households, analyses the extent of use of LPG and the conservation practices adopted for conserving LPG. The study found out a knowledge gap in conserving LPG during cooking and identifies a need for popularizing conservation techniques to conserve LPG, which is a non-renewable energy source.

Job satisfaction among nurses in Khartoum state government hospitals: 2019 喀土穆州立政府医院护士工作满意度:2019

Background: Job satisfaction is a positive emotional state resulting from appraisal of one’s job, Level of job satisfaction is an extent to which person likes or dislikes his job. Nursing staff are among the most important resources in health care. Job satisfaction plays a role in the delivery of quality of health care system, and it is a key factor linked to the better outcome for patients. Having shortage of nurses’ in part due to pitfalls in job satisfaction, the aim of this study is to envision ways for sustaining the work force. Methods and Subjects: A hospital based descriptive study conducted among registered nurses working in governmental hospitals. Self-administered modified tool based on related literature and similar tools design in Arabic language. The tool consists of three parts as follow- Part 1: Participants’ profile, Part 2: Job satisfaction survey, Part 3: Two open end question. Results: Eight nine percent; of participants are females, age of the majority (73. 6%) between 20-40 years old, more than half (59.1%) are married and (45.5%) have no children. According to education profile about half of them (54.6%) have bachelor degree, and (33.6%) have diploma of nursing. Those having executive responsibility are (30.1%). Those practicing general nursing constitute (79.1%). Regarding reason for staying in the job, (35.5%) showed that it’s the only available job. and (31.8) see themselves in the same job for the coming years, while (40%) see themselves as a nurse working in different place. (71%) of these respondents planning to stay as a nurses.Job satisfaction score among nurses in the study indicated that a moderate (68.6%) total job satisfaction among participants. Regarding salary, participants were moderately satisfied (63.6%). participant were slightly satisfied with; communication as a nurse (43.7%). recognitions from others profession (45.2%), rewarding of the job (45.8%), promotion opportunities (56.3%), load of work (56.7%), and nature of the job (57.3%). Conclusion and Recommendation: The overall job satisfaction score among nurses in Khartoum governmental hospitals were moderately satisfied. They were slight satisfied with promotion opportunities, care services, rewarding of job, and communication as a nurse. As nursing staff are among most important resources in health care. Nurses perceive that job satisfaction as being essential for the ability to give high quality and safe service. Researchers recommended ministry of health and administration of governmental hospitals should make strategies aimed to improve nurse’s job satisfaction by financial rewards; improve work conditions and environment as job satisfaction is vital in promoting retention of nurses.
