Approbation of results of researches for the development of injection technology of creation of anti-filtering screen 对研制抗滤屏注射技术的研究成果的批准

Formulation of the problem. This article contains information on the conduct of experimental studies on the approbation and study of injection technology for creating an anti-filtration screen. In Ukraine, at the sites of disposal of radiation and other wastes, the issue of protecting underground space in places with a deep layer of the waterproof layer is urgent. Classical methods can`t fully solve such problems. In the previous studies on laboratory stands, the main quality indicators and characteristics of the screens were determined. Also, various technological compositions were worked out. In this paper, it is necessary to test the technology in conditions as close to real as possible. To study such indicators as radius of distribution of the dissolver in the ground environment, the time of hardening of the composition, and also the coefficient of filtration, which characterizes the anti-filtration properties of the screen. Goal. The purpose of this study is the development of the developed technology and its validation in conditions of full-scale experiment, which is as close as possible to real ground conditions. It is also of interest to study the technological parameters of injection and the quality of the screen. Conclusion. As a result of testing and full-scale experiments, the technology was developed and the technological parameters of the injection process were obtained. The real radius of solution propagation in the given ground conditions is determined, so the qualitative characteristics of the screen are investigated, which in future will allow to carry out the work on the introduction of technology in the production.

Analysis of the technical condition of culverts on the railway of Ukraine 乌克兰铁路涵洞技术条件分析

Raising of problem. he network of railways currently operates a large number of culverts, which account for more than half of all man-made structures. In this regard, the role of the assessment of the technical condition of buildings, which with the increase in the duration of operation, remains unchanged. Purpose of the article. Conduct an analysis of the technical condition of artificial structures on the railways of Ukraine. Conclusion . The technical condition is the main characteristic of the pipes' ability to provide a normal operating mode associated with the safe passage of trains with established speeds and uninterrupted flow of water through the embankment body. The main indicators of the technical state are considered to be the actual bearing capacity of pipe elements, as well as the degree of development of various violations of hydraulic and other functions of the facilities. In actual conditions, the current technical condition of artificial structures operated on railways is characterized by the presence of signs limiting the possibilities for increasing the axle and running loads of freight cars.

The article analyzes the stylistic characteristics of public buildings produced by the course and diploma projects of the NAFAA students from the 1960s–1980s. Considerable attention is paid to the historical, cultural and social/informational influence and on the architectural worldview of future architects. It Describes attempts to systematize the development of the qualitative and artistic level of student creativity within the chronology of the studied period.

Mathematical model of the metal quality forecast 金属质量预测的数学模型

Introduction . The quality of massive metal products is influenced by many factors, which makes it difficult to assess them by non-destructive methods of control. Since the theory of fractals makes it possible to more adequately evaluate the structure of complex objects of different nature, then the possibility of applying this theory to a more adequate assessment of elements of the structure of the metal at the microstructural level is considered. Method. The mathematical modeling of the quality criteria of cast iron rolls on the basis of analysis of the fractal dimension of elements of their structure is applied. The calculation of the fractal dimension of the metal was carried out on the basis of the developed methodology. Practical meaning. The sensitivity of the mechanical properties of cast-iron rollers to the fractal dimension of the elements of their structure (perlite, carbides, graphite) was established. The greatest sensitivity of the strength indicators was fixed to the fractal dimension of carbides and graphite. This approach allowed to construct a mathematical model that allows to predict the mechanical properties of rolls with an error of 5-7% based on their dependence on the most sensitive indicators of the dimension of structural elements. Conclusions. It is shown that the quality criteria of cast-iron rolls can be described by a fractal model based on the analysis of elements of their structure.
介绍。影响大型金属制品质量的因素很多,难以用无损控制方法对其进行评价。由于分形理论使得更充分地评估不同性质的复杂物体的结构成为可能,那么在微观结构水平上考虑将这一理论应用于更充分地评估金属结构元素的可能性。方法。在分析铸铁轧辊结构要素分形维数的基础上,建立了铸铁轧辊质量标准的数学模型。在此基础上对金属的分形维数进行了计算。现实意义。建立了铸铁轧辊的力学性能对其组织元素(珍珠岩、碳化物、石墨)分形维数的敏感性。强度指标对碳化物和石墨的分形维数最敏感。这种方法允许建立一个数学模型,该模型允许基于对结构元素尺寸最敏感指标的依赖,以5-7%的误差预测轧辊的机械性能。结论。通过对铸铁轧辊结构要素的分析,表明用分形模型可以描述铸铁轧辊的质量标准。
