The Kedang Pahu river is one of the tributaries of the Mahakam river. The research plan is located in Damai District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan province. Recently, the Damai District and Damai Seberang areas have flooded activities that have caused the surrounding settlements to flood into residential areas and block existing road access. Planning analysis and knowing the annual flood elevation is essential. The analysis uses the method of calculating the mean annual flood (MAF) to search for the average annual flood discharge data and the search for the average annual elevation. Data validation using a simple linear regression method produces a correlation coefficient of 58.67%, or R-value = 0.5867. The analysis results in the value of Q1 or the 1st year period, the mean annual flood rate of the average annual flood discharge is 2576.0695 m³/second and the value associated with the magnifying factor (GF) is the average annual flood discharge rate of Q5=3014,00 m³/ sec, Q10 = 3529.22 m³/sec, Q20 = 4095.95 m/sec, Q50 = 5049.10 m³/sec, Q100 = 5847.68 m³/sec, Q200 = 6852.34 m³/sec, Q500 = 8423.75 m³/sec & Q1000 = 9917.87 m³/sec. The analysis results at HEC-RAS 5.07 based on manning analysis showed the elevation values were Q1=18.47m, Q5=18.85m, Q10=18.86m, Q20=19.18m, Q50=19.74m & Q100=19.99m. Researchers only show elevations up to Q100 or the 100th year because of limited data and the reviewed data accuracy.

Electric power theft is a serious concern in the world irrespective of being major revenue losses and developing a nation. More than one-third part of the electricity generated power is lost due to electric theft, power loss, and inefficiencies in the distribution system. Interdicted or illegal utilization of electricity has not only affected economically but also obstructs the design and modeling phases of the power system. Due to electric theft, providing wrong data input values for power system analysis and difficult to load forecasting. In this paper, an inventive Simulink model is designed to detect and monitoring of electric power theft in power system distribution networks through Power Line Communication (PLC). Electric power theft was detected with variance amendment in the amplitude of carrier signal with a narrow band. PLC technique is utilized for data communication over the power line. A narrow band power line carrier signal which has high frequency transferred in power line alongside with power frequency signal. The deviation in the amplitude of the transmitted carrier signal is monitored at the regular time- intervals and the stealing of electricity can be distinguished by the computing of distinction change within the amplitude of the carrier signal. In a normal case, the signal present fixes pattern and waveform, but in the case of power theft, the signal shows some variation and disturbance in a within waveform pattern. A pattern recognition and monitoring approach is used for direct power theft in the PLC model. The Simulink model is performed on MATLAB software to analyze the performance and efficient results that satisfy the proposed Simulink model.

Pangururan Subdistrict in Samosir Regency requires rearranging its open land functions related to the meaning of the environment. From the civil engineering perspective, landslides can occur suddenly during the rainy season without being noticed by the people around the Pangururan sub-district, Samosir Regency. To realize this program, the community can add the function of the drainage channel into a mobile fish pond around the Pangururan Subdistrict, Samosir Regency, which still has a large area of land/settlements to become a running fish pond drainage channel. This can increase residents' income which is beneficial for the community around the drainage canal. In addition, the problem of overflowing water in the rainy season will be minimized. To implement this program, an analysis should be prepared in advance to evaluate the drainage channel that will function as a fish pond around Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. In line with the government's program in promoting and increasing the income of residents, the existing drainage channels should be utilized. Unproductive drainage channels can become productive drainage channels by cultivating freshwater fish along the drainage channel while simultaneously irrigating rice fields. Therefore, a wet section of the plan is made along 1000 meters where the condition of the drainage channel is planned according to the analysis. The depth of the drainage channel for running water fish ponds is 100 to 170 cm and the width of the top side from 100 cm to 150 cm, and the width of the sides below 100 cm. Based on the calculations, the first process that must be done is to first calculate the maximum planned rainfall, calculate the planned discharge, calculate the dimensions of the channel, and flood discharge (designated discharge), where QT = 0.278 x C x I x A = 6.69 m3/s at a speed of plan average flow. The flow velocity of the drainage channel is installed with a sluice so that the average velocity value is = 1/n R2/3 x S1/2 = 3.8 m/s, the cross-sectional area of a fish pond with a wet cross-section A = a x b = 1.904 m2, the cross-sectional area of the wet plan making fish ponds where the channel design discharge for fish ponds is QS = AS x V = 7.23 m3/s and the calculation of sluice gates with a width of 50 cm and a height of 170 cm for fish pond water with Q = (u x b x a ) x 3 of 10.8 m/s.
QT = 0.278 x C x I x A = 6.69 m3/s,流速为计划平均流量。

Physical intervention in a market area tends to change user habits in responding to the space. This situation can ruin the authenticity of the sense of place and the loss of local identity for generations. This study aims to reveal the authenticity and understanding of the Inpres Market, a traditional market in Lhokseumawe. Re-development has been carried out at the Inpres Market to improve the layout of the stalls, change the architectural form of the building with a contemporary image, and increase the floor of the building vertically into two levels. Apprehensively this physical intervention will erode the meaning of place that has been attached to people's memories for a long time. This study must be conducted before any other new physical intervention occurs for any renovation or revitalization reason. This study is place-based research by choosing Inpres Market in Lhokseumawe as the case study. The research variable uses physical (tangible) and social (intangible) variables to reveal the sense of place in the market. The data was obtained using quantitative and qualitative methods, while the analysis was carried out in an exploratory, descriptive manner. The data collection method was conducted in two stages: observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The second stage of data collection involved 134 respondents, and a random sampling method was implemented to determine the respondents. The results showed that physical and social variables' influence in creating a sense of place is revealed.

The climate crisis caused by global greenhouse gas emissions has led to many disasters around the world in recent years. Some of these disasters are floods in various parts of Europe, melting of Arctic glaciers, and rising water levels in the oceans. People living on islands in Southeast Asian countries are forced to migrate due to rising water levels. With the increase in the frequency of such situations, life on earth is at risk. Greenhouse gas emissions harm not only humans but also animals and plants. The most effective measure that can be taken against this is to stay away from fossil fuels. With the use of fossil fuels, the carbon ratio in the atmosphere increases, and climatic imbalances occur. For this reason, the interest in alternative energy sources is increasing. Wind energy is one of the most widely used renewable energy sources. This is due to the low cost of installation and ease of use. The most important factor affecting the aerodynamic efficiency of wind turbines is the blade profiles. Numerous types of wing profiles have been designed and put into use. In this study, numerical analyzes of NACA 0015 and NACA 4415 airfoils at various angles of attack were performed by determining forces every five degrees between 0 and 20 degrees using ANSYS Fluent commercial software. Lift coefficients and drag coefficients were also calculated for the angles of attack used. According to the analysis results obtained, optimum attack angles were found for each airfoil. As a result, NACA0015 and NACA4415 airfoils were compared in terms of their performance.

PT. Ika Bina Agro Wisesa (IBAS) is a company that produces products in the form of crude oil or CPO (Crude Palm Oil). The company sets a minimum production target of FFB that must be processed to reach 30 tons in one boiling with a minimum production target of 600 tons/day. The company is required to increase productivity. The problem so far is that the company has never measured the productivity of the production process, which will then affect the achievement of production targets. Measurement of productivity is critical because the measursizeoductivity can determine whether the company meets productivity targets for production or not. Therefore, it is necessary to measure productivity to assess the value of productivity and efforts to increase productivity in CPO production and how to increase productivity in CPO production and efforts to increase productivity using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method at PT. Ika Bina Agro Wisesa. Analysis of productivity using the OMAX method, ratio 3 (labor productivity) and ratio 4 (machine productivity) has a very high percentage of poor performance, which means that ratio and 4 have an insufficient level of productivity. Unlike the case with the achievement of productivity ratio 1 (productivity of raw materials) and ratio 2 (productivity of working hours) wh, ich shows a low percentage of poor performance, which means that the productivity level of ratio one and ratio 2 has a better productivity level than ratio three and ratio 4 Analysis The results of the productivity index in the company decreased and increased for each month, in November it experienced a decrease of -79.49, while in December it experienced a significant increase in the amount of 595.02 and January at 69.98. in February decreased to -23.63. Furthermore, productivity in March - September 2021 was unstable, with an increase and dropped for July, a decrease of -0.64 and, a slight increase in August of 0.28.
PT.

Ika Bina Agro Wisesa (IBAS) is a company that produces products in the form of crude oil or CPO (Crude Palm Oil). The company sets a minimum production target of FFB that must be processed to reach 30 tons in one boiling with a minimum production target of 600 tons/day. The company is required to increase productivity. The problem so far is that the company has never measured the productivity of the production process, which will then affect the achievement of production targets. Measurement of productivity is critical because the measursizeoductivity can determine whether the company meets productivity targets for production or not. Therefore, it is necessary to measure productivity to assess the value of productivity and efforts to increase productivity in CPO production and how to increase productivity in CPO production and efforts to increase productivity using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method at PT. Ika Bina Agro Wisesa. Analysis of productivity using the OMAX method, ratio 3 (labor productivity) and ratio 4 (machine productivity) has a very high percentage of poor performance, which means that ratio and 4 have an insufficient level of productivity. Unlike the case with the achievement of productivity ratio 1 (productivity of raw materials) and ratio 2 (productivity of working hours) wh, ich shows a low percentage of poor performance, which means that the productivity level of ratio one and ratio 2 has a better productivity level than ratio three and ratio 4 Analysis The results of the productivity index in the company decreased and increased for each month, in November it experienced a decrease of -79.49, while in December it experienced a significant increase in the amount of 595.02 and January at 69.98. in February decreased to -23.63. Furthermore, productivity in March - September 2021 was unstable, with an increase and dropped for July, a decrease of -0.64 and, a slight increase in August of 0.28.","PeriodicalId":14149,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering, Science and Information Technology","volume":"352 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76407685","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

CV. Raja Hati is a company that is engaged in the process of refinishing tires that have been bald into new ones. The tire retreading process has a relatively high percentage of defects, such as 14.8% Printing Process, 12.3% Surface Leveling, 8.6% Tire Curing, and so on. The problems in this study are the factors that cause defects in terms of human aspects, the types of errors that most often occur in the production process, and the value of human error probability (HEP) in the production process at CV. Raja Hati. This study aims to determine the factors that cause defects in terms of human aspects, the types of errors that most often occur in the production process and the value of human error probability (HEP) in the production process. The research was conducted using the SHERPA and HEART methods. The SHERPA method’s study results show that the types of errors that often occur in the tire retreading process are many wrong operator actions. Still, on the proper object (A7), the operator is wrong in dividing the time in doing work (A2), and the operator is not suitable for doing his job (A5). This study concludes that the factors that cause product defects in the tire retreading process are the absence of a procedure for correcting errors by 21.63%, the need for different techniques in doing work to facilitate operators by 27.04%, inexperienced operators by 12.36%, and inexperience and independent inspection has a percentage of 12.36%. The results of the calculation of the HEP value show that the average HEP value in the tire retreading process is 0.8552 or 85.52%, while the operator reliability value is 14.48%.
