Modeling of photovoltaic transducers on the basis of pulse-width modulation 基于脉宽调制的光伏换能器建模

The paper presents new approaches for the mathematical modeling of micro-power converters based on the generated mathematical models of converters using pulse-width modulation (PWM). The research was carried out and the modeling of the  operating modes of such converters was presented, when presenting the input signals. The obtained simulation results were used to construct a signal converter based on the PSoC 5LP (Cypress) microcontroller.
本文在基于脉宽调制(PWM)的微功率变换器数学模型的基础上,提出了微功率变换器数学建模的新方法。在给出输入信号的情况下,对该变换器的工作模式进行了研究和建模。利用得到的仿真结果构建了一个基于PSoC 5LP (Cypress)微控制器的信号转换器。

As an identifier of the subject of access to information resources, you can use a special identification logic-time function (LTF) – the unequal difference in the user's biometric LTF characteristics, ranked by the degree of their importance. The possibility of increasing the efficiency of the protection of the access to information with the use of this special function is considered. The reliability of passwords can be greatly improved if you use some image converted to a logic-time function.

It was experimentally shown that doping of pure ZnSe melt crystals by a number of rare-earth elements (Ce, Gd and Yb) causes a «purification effect», which is manifested in a significant suppression of low-energy and increase of edge luminescence band.
