The Speech is basic part of a human being to communicate with each other. This paper demonstrate the analyzation of gender by the speech and present the certain emotions impact on fundamental pitch range. It differs from gender to gender. In Future speech will be major part to communicate with machine. Now a days as a learner we try to communicate machine with soft voice. This paper take a challenge accepting voice sample with different mood or emotion and detect a specific gender depending on the frequency of the gender.

Hand based biometrie authentication is becoming so popular in the field of information security because it is an accurate and easily accessible procedure to legalize the human identity. Many studies related to palm print recognition have been proposed recently. To achieve superior recognition results, an accurate segmentation of region of interest is very crucial. In this article, a novel palm print ROI extraction algorithm has been presented which extracts a fixed size region from a full hand image. The quadrangular shape ROI covers the maximum possible area over palm and thus consists of more features. The basic coordinate system is modified to find accurate base points at fingers bottom so that a square with longest side can be drawn using Bresenham's line algorithm. The publically available CASIA, PolyU and IIT Delhi Contactless palm print databases have been used for testing. Addressing to the matching problem, a novel Deep-Matching algorithm has been used. The results have been compared with two state-of-art algorithms. It has been observed that proposed algorithm outperforms with EER drop not more than 20%. With this it is clear that the proposed algorithm has been extracting palm ROI more consistently and hence assist to improve the performance of traditional palm print biometric system.

Nowadays secure and safe transmission of data is a very important aspect for all internet users. In the data securing process the use of encryption algorithms almost make it very difficult for an eavesdropper to get access to the user's data. It helps to ensure the privacy of a company/user from others. Keeping in view the importance of steganography for secure data transmission this work incorporates the use of LSB substitution method. Simulation results show the feasibility of the proposed method. The data has been successfully embedded into different formats of images without any perceptible distortion in the image.

Currently, accidents are a serious problem for everyone. Accidents are increasing day by day, so efforts are made to avoid them to minimize their consequences. We live in a world where the rules of the road have no importance for people and they are regularly violated. In addition, its human nature to resist what is imposed on them. Thus, using a different perspective, we provide safety with luxurious and intelligent features using a smart helmet. Two modules one on the helmet and bike each will work in synchronization, to ensure that the biker is wearing the helmet. A radio frequency module is responsible for the wireless communication between the helmet and the bike circuit. The Piezo electric buzzer is used to detect speeding and this feature is extended by limiting the speed of the user. The ALCHO-LOCK function is used to prevent drink and drive scenarios Accelerometer detects accidents, and this is extended by employing GSM module in our circuit, which is designed to automatically send one message to one personal contact and one concerned authority that the person has been into an accident and a fog sensor for increasing visibility in case of fog or smog are also used. Another feature known as E-HELMET allows for automatic deduction of the required amount from the users virtual wallet wirelessly preventing the rider to stop and pay for it.

Distributed arithmetic (DA) algorithm is widely used for finite impulse response (FIR) filter implementation. In the beginning, DA was proposed as sequential DA (SDA), and then was extended to parallel DA (PDA) for higher throughput. This paper presents a novel PDA FIR filter architecture based on 4:2 compressors which can be mapped on Xilinx FPGAs efficiently. On average, our proposed FIR architectures achieve 17.5% reduction in resource usage and 20.7% improvement in performance compared to the state-of-the-art PDA FIR filter. Also, on average, there is 57.9% reduction in resource usage and 23.0% improvement in performance compared to PDA FIR filters generated by Xilinx Coregen.

In this manuscript neural networks architecture is used for image compression. We analyzed the PCA technique with the help of neural networks architecture in which the synaptic weights act as the principal components which are trained through the Generalized Hebbian Algorithm (GHA). A comparison with traditional PCA is performed to demonstrate and illustrate the training and capabilities of the GHA for image compression.

Most of the image denoising algorithms work to reduce maximum amount of noise and also try to preserve sharp edges. This paper introduces a new form of bilateral filter, improving image denoising by introducing kernel based on edge detection algorithm. The proposed method applies pre conceptualized bilateral filtering along with Robert edge detection kernel. Influence of salt and pepper type of noise is reduced by the new approach slightly better than other filtering methods. Results of the experiment gave a practical explanation that performance of the proposed method is competitive with the standard bilateral filter. Further the performance evaluation of proposed method is evaluated with state of art quality matrices already present in the literature.

Modified Limb Lead (MLL) ECG recording systems are in use during exercise stress test and for enhancing the a trial ECG components (i.e.) P and Ta wave (atrial repolarization). Though the MLL system improves the amplitude and signal to noise ratio of a trial ECG components, information on the temporal aspects of these waves are scarce. Therefore, the aim of this study is to delineate the effects of a trial sinus rate in P wave and observable segment of the Ta wave in normal sinus rhythm (NSR) subjects efficiently. MLL ECGs were recorded from 50 NSR subjects (mean age 27 years, 20 women). The amplitude and duration of P wave and observable Ta wave were measured and analyzed. The P and Ta wave amplitudes correlated significantly (r = 0.28, p < 0.05) and the values of P and Ta wave durations did not correlate (r = −0.12, p > 0.05). Atrial sinus cycle length (PP interval) and heart rate variability (HRV) mainly affected the repolarization segment.

With the advent and the subsequent rise of social network, there has been a surge of users expressing their emotions and daily feelings leveraging the social media platform. Each unit time, such data that is generated in monumental sizes, can be utilized to accurately detect one's emotional state. Twitter tweets is seen as a great source of information that can be exploited to build highly accurate and relevant emotion classifiers [1]. Through this paper, we aim to propose a model to classify an individual's recent emotional state into eight predefined states. We also subsequently compare the results and accuracy of SVM, KNN, Decision Tree & Naive Bayes algorithm to implement and justify our prescribed approach.

Spectrum sensing in real time is a challenging task in cognitive radio networks (CRN). Fast Sequency-Ordered Complex Hadamard Transform (FSCHT) based Parzen window entropy detection (PWED) algorithm gives superior SNR wall compared to other sensing algorithms. This paper presents a real-time performance evaluation of the FSCHT based PWED algorithm in Wireless Open-Access Research Platform (WARP). The pipeline architecture of the FSCHT-PWED algorithm is designed and implemented in the WARP boards. The performance is validated using bursts of QPSK signal. The implementation results are compared with the simulation results. The experimental results reveal that the algorithm can detect the primary user (PU) signal up to SNR of −54 dB and −46 dB in simulation and real time environment respectively with probability of detection (Pd) = 0.9 and probability of false alarm (Pfa) = 0.1 respectively. The detection time for single node spectrum sensing in WARP board is evaluated as 3.7μseconds.
