INDUCED EFFECTS OF CYPERMETHHRIN AND FENVALERATE ON ENZYME OF FRESHWATER FISH, CHANNA ORIENTALIS (Sch.) 甲氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯对中国淡水鱼酶活性的影响

: Toxicity study was conducted on Freshwater Fish Channa orientalis to evaluate the enzyme activity of two Pesticides, Cypermethrin and Fenvalerate upto 96 hrs at a duration of 24, 48, 76, and 96 hrs, which shown toxic effect of Cypermethrin and Fenvalerate on Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase. In present study Cypermethrin was found to be more toxic than Fenvalerate to the experimental fish, Channa orientalis .
:通过对东方淡水鱼进行24、48、76、96小时前氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯两种农药对东方淡水鱼谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶的毒性研究,得出氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯对东方淡水鱼谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶的毒性作用。本研究发现氯氰菊酯对实验鱼的毒性大于氰戊菊酯。

: The acute toxicity bioassay of dimethoate was carried out by the probit analysis method. The 24, 48, 72 and 96 h LC50 values were obtained as 11.63, 10.08, 10.54 and 9.136 ppm respectively. In the present investigation the effect of dimethoate on the gill of Rasbora daniconius at 96 hours LC50 marked histopathological changes found like degeneration of epithelium of secondary gill lamellae, vacuolation, fusion, shortening of secondary gill lamellae, thickness and fusion of primary and secondary gill lamellae

: The annual rituals of immersion of idols of lord Ganesha is celebrated by millions of Hindus. Besides river, small water bodies like lakes and ponds in the city are utilized for this purpose,. Quality of the water in closed water body such as lake get more effected due to immersion of idols painted with toxic dyes, which in turn effect flora and fauna of water body. The present study revealed the impact of idol immersion and concerned anthropogenic activities on the physico-chemical characteristics of Ramala lake. Near about 12 physico-chemical parameters were studied before and after visarjan, during the period from August 2016 to September 2016. The water samples were analysed immediately following the standard analytic methods (APHA2005).

: Crack detection in concrete infrastructure is a very important issue especially the detection of cracks in underground pipes for estimating the degree of pipe deterioration and damage. The manual process is suitable only if the pipe is small it is very time consuming and expensive. This paper offers the analysis of three image processing techniques, namely Morphological Approach, Gaussian and Prewitt Filter and Sobel Filter for detection of cracks in concrete pipes. In this paper, the authors calculate the accuracy, precision and time of execution of each technique to find out the most efficient image processing technique for the detection of the crack
