: The beauty of nature lies in its variety which indeed is endless. So is the timeless desire in the human beings to appreciate the nature from the bottom of their heart. Tourism as a modern term is applicable to both international and domestic tourists. It is the temporary movement of people to destinations outside their normal place of work and residence. India can always boast of its rich cultural heritage. Travel and Tourism in India is an integral part of Indian tradition and culture. This research explained how tourism activity influenced the society who lived in the village around them. The impact that was elaborated in this study was “economic, sociocultural, and environmental” aspects. Mohorli village is situated near to Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (Tadoba National Park) TATR. The tourism of TATR impacts on nearest villages like Agarzari, Ambezari, Kondegaon and Sitarampeth. This study concluded that there were advantages and of developing tourism destinations to their neighbourhood. The advantages and disadvantages rose among economic, socio-cultural, and environmental aspects

: Nanoparticles synthesis is new, speedy, eco-friendly, and safe trend in the field of nanotechnology. We demonstrated a simple and green chemical method has been carried out towards laboratory synthesized silver nanoparticles from Azadirachta Indica (Neem leaves) fruit and its application as a nano catalyst in oxidation of aldehyde to the corresponding carboxylic acid is reported here. The characterization of silver nanoparticles was confirmed using IR, SEM, TEM, U.V visible spectrometer. The synthesized Ag-NP are efficiently utilised in the oxidation of aldehyde to the corresponding carboxylic acid in presence of 40% NaOCl with high yield. The utilization of the Ag-NPs in the oxidation reaction is environment friendly condition is the novelty in this study.

: Lake sediments are composed mainly of sediments, silt and sand, organic debris, chemical precipitates or combination of these. Soil eroded and delivered from cropland as sediments usually contains a higher percentage of finer and less dense particles than the parent soil on the cropland. In present study Sample from Manjari lake sediments and agricultural land near Manjari lake were taken. Also, samples from kondeshwar lake sediments and agricultural land sediment and agricultural land near Manjari lake were taken for study purpose. Finding of research shows that level of pH, Conductivity, Organic carbon, N.P.K. is comparatively more in Manjari lake than agricultural land. This shows that Manjari lake sediments are more fertile than agricultural soil. From all the findings it is concluded that Manjari lake sediments can be used as fertilizer for improving soil quality of agricultural land. It willl prove to be a helping hand for increasing the depth of lake and thereby reducing eutrophication. In case of kondeshwar lake, Lake sediments are not that much useful for agricultural purpose as agricultural land near kondeshwar lake is more fertile than the lake sediments. But it may be used for increasing the fertility of the bare areas in the vicinity of the kondeshwar village.

: Soil health and soil quality are define as the capacity of soil to function as a fighter living system within land use boundaries. Soil quality is related to soil function .In present study our attempt haa been made to conduct assessment of soil properties of different farm of Yeoti and Dhanora gurav tehsil Nandgaon Kh. region of Amravati district. Samples collected from different farms are analyze to study the different parameters such as soil pH, Salinity ,organic carbon (OC), available nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and micronutrients (Fe, Mn, Cu ,B S, Cu, Fe and Zn). This information will help the farmers to know amount of fertilizers to be added in soil to make production and to reduce the negative impact on agricultural productivity and long term sustainability.

: Stress is the state resulting from pressure applied to an organism. Which can be caused in humans by external and internal demands called stressors .Stressors can be external and can originates from work and they can be internal initiated by self obligation and psychological strain. In the present study biochemical parameters such as serum cholesterol, triglycerides, total lipids and serum cortisol were estimated in twenty five (n=45) Engineering students of various branches their aged twenty to twenty two years in Wardha district of Maharashtra State (India) exposed to varying degree of examination stress were selected for experimentation purpose. Serum cholesterol, triglycerides, total lipids and serum cortisol exhibited a rise proportional to degree of examination stress .Values of all these parameters attained control level when the stress was over after examination. The rise in level of serum cholesterol, triglycerides and total lipids seems to be due the stress induced changes in cortisol levels at the time of examination in students, because cortisol was a major stress hormone.
