The internalization and externalization of thought and behavior are an important research area of ideological and political education. The behavior of students in the second class is one of the direct results of ideological and political education. However, since it is not easy to master and evaluate the behavioral track, content and effectiveness of students in the second class, it lowers down the evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education. With the development of information technology and thinking and theory of data, it is possible to master and study the rules and contents of behavior of students in second class. The methodology and data research on behavioral state, rules and characteristics of students in second class enables us to introduce ideological and political education into a new field of objective quantitative research, which will effectively improve the timeliness, objectivity and comprehensiveness of effectiveness evaluation of ideological and political education.

This paper investigates and analyzes the distribution of learning styles of students in our college by using Kolb learning style scale, so as to deepen the understanding of learning styles and carry out the student-centered teaching reform for Engineering Mathematics. For teachers, studying learning style can help them design teaching methods suitable for students and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. For students, they can understand and improve their learning style, which not only increases the learning efficiency, but also improves the learning effect. The differences and diversity of individual students are the basic conditions for cultivating creative talents. It’s necessary to take the cultivation of innovative talents as the goal, and systematically integrate and optimize the curriculum system, teaching content, teaching means, examination methods and teaching management.

Taking Zhejiang Province's maker space policy as the research object, with the help of nviov software, through the selection of samples, word frequency statistical analysis and coding analysis, the maker space development factor model is constructed. In view of the lack of supporting service system for policy implementation in the construction process of maker space, the government pays more attention to manufacturer space development policy than to efficiency. Finally, the paper proposes to establish a policy supporting service system to improve the service effectiveness of maker space.

The rapid development of mobile payment has allowed us to gradually get rid of the dependence on cash. Even if we don’t have enough cash, we can use mobile payment to complete the consumption. The innovation in the payment field includes mobile phone QR code payment, physical stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and buses. Realizing QR code payment, just when the pattern of QR code payment is basically determined, a new payment method-face payment has appeared in our lives.
