Tools to enable communication between sensor devices 用于实现传感器设备之间通信的工具

This paper describes an analysis of applications to enable communication between systems such as: telemetry and sensors that interact in the RICB (Rescue In Collapsed Building) system that searches for victims in buildings collapsed by earthquakes, in which a decentralized communication platform is required. This platform needs to work independently from Internet such that people can integrate themselves with their devices such as: smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other mobile devices. An independent Internet collaboration tool is required, without a license, for which several were investigated, and an analysis and comparison of characteristics is presented. Tests showing which best adapts to the RICB system, chooses the one that is most flexible and versatile, especially when communicating between several different elements such as: people, applications, and sensor devices. For this investigation exhaustive research of applications was carried out; later their characteristics were tested, eliminating those that did not match the needs of the RICB system, resulting in two tools that were installed and tested. The contribution of this article is the search and choice of applications that maintain the connection between devices despite the lack of Internet.

With this project, the objective was to know the process of activities carried out by the staff on the National Electoral Institute on an electoral day so that Mexicans at the national level know what and how these activities are carried out on an electoral day that could even work at a national and international.

Model design to look for patterns related to suicide in social networks 在社交网络中寻找自杀模式的模型设计

Many people with suicidal ideation use social forum platforms to post or discuss information about this complex topic. The key objective of our study is to design and evaluate a model to find patterns linguistically related to suicide. We address the detection of suicidal ideation through machine learning by applying it to the social network Twitter. To do this, we use different linguistic processors to obtain characteristics of each tweet and then catalog them using unsupervised classifiers. Finally, this information is used by 7 types of supervised learning (Naive Bayes, KNN, MLP, SVM, Decision Tree, Adaboost y Random Forest) and perform a comparative analysis of the classifiers using evaluation parameters, mainly accuracy. Our experiment shows 42 classification results, as well as sequential and parallel processing time data from the best-supervised machine learning, Random Forest.

A didactic tool for updating the teaching-learning process of English as a foreign language 更新作为外语的英语教学过程的教学工具

The teaching-learning process is a binomial in constant change due to its actors and contexts. Therefore, this process requires an update to respond to students’ needs according to their learning styles. Given this situation, the objective of this study is to know if TikTok, as a didactic tool, can contribute to said educational update and develop oral skills since it centers on communicative competence. Regarding the methodology, the descriptive quantitative approach took place on a 50-student sample enrolled in an extracurricular course. The findings provide contributions of a theoretical nature since they characterize TikTok as a didactic tool to update the English teaching-learning process with an innovative, participatory, and collaborative methodology with motivational features and ubiquitous learning. Besides, it contributes to oral skills development through the construction of knowledge, interpersonal relationships, discursive and sociocultural skills development, and the promotion of positive attitudes towards work (commitment).

The introduction of 4.0 technologies in universities requires profound changes, where technologies must be used as cognitive tools that develop students' knowledge, their critical thinking and their ability to communicate with others. The objective of the present work is to show the design of a web system focused on registering users, test programming registration with reagents that support the subject of web programming fundamentals aimed at education 4.0, which is distinguished as virtual courses that include a interactive presence in the form of blended learning and features driven by major challenges in educational technology that could include any of the following: personalized learning process, gaming and virtual reality/augmented reality based learning, communities of practice, adaptive technologies, data analysis learning, intelligent Chabot and electronic evaluation.

This article presents the results obtained from the development of a native Android mobile application that allows to manage meetings with different groups, manage and control the agreements made that are pending, in process or completed. The SCRUM framework was followed for project management, the sequential software engineering process, layout and simulation of the application in figma was performed and an architecture with the Model - View - ViewModel (MVVM) design pattern, a local database Room and the kotlin programming language was implemented in the Android Studio integrated development environment, which allowed obtaining a software that was easy to implement and maintain.

The experience was carried out with the courses of mechanical physics of the UTB (Colombia), physics at the Technological University of Jalisco (Mexico) UTJ and physics 1 of the Faculty of Engineering and Agricultural Sciences (FICA) of the National University of San Luis (Argentina) UNSL. The purpose was to carry out work with international peers with the students of the 3 participating universities, promote interculturality, understanding and appropriation of scientific concepts that support the training without implying mobility or a considerable investment. To develop the strategy, meetings were held to review content, schedules, and activities. The sessions included icebreaker activities; master classes conducted by the two teachers with groups from both universities. In some sessions, tests were carried out to compare the level of learning of the students on the topics presented. The sessions were complemented with demonstrations, simulations and the development of team exercises, as well as supporting readings selected by each one of the teachers. The results of the strategy showed that all the participants were able to have new academic and intercultural experiences, improving their global vision of physics, through the use of laws, principles and theorems of mechanical physics, through mirror classes and collaborative work done.

Computer vision systems are an essential part in industrial automation tasks such as: identification, selection, measurement, defect detection and quality control in parts and components. There are smart cameras used to perform tasks, however, their high acquisition and maintenance cost is restrictive. In this work, a novel low-cost artificial vision system is proposed for classifying objects in real time, using the Raspberry Pi 3B + embedded system, a Web camera and the Open CV artificial vision library. The suggested technique comprises the training of a supervised classification system of the Haar Cascade type, with image banks of the object to be recognized, subsequently generating a predictive model which is put to the test with real-time detection, as well as the calculation for the prediction error. This seeks to build a powerful vision system, affordable and also developed using free software.

In this paper results of a quantitative and qualitative study are shown to identify interest and acceptance level of Big Data in university students. The creation of a learning program is proposed that will allow students to obtain the necessary knowledge to form a solid foundation regarding Big Data, as well as the necessary tools to start working with this technology. A survey has been carried out of students who study the Educational Programs of Computer Engineering and Engineering in Computer Systems at ITSRV, the results show that 41% of the respondent’s report having zero knowledge of Big Data, 51.28% mention that it is important to learn about the subject by development professional and the most suitable way, according to the answers, is through a workshop or a certification. Of the eight most used Big Data tools, Hadoop and Spark were the ones identified by the respondents, due to this, and the literature reviewed, it is important that spaces and Big Data learning programs are generated in higher level institutions that allow Students obtain the necessary basic knowledge and identify applications of Big Data in the professional and job context.
