Determination of Annual Net Single Premium Health Insurance for Epidemic Cases with Model Susceptible-Infected-Recovered 以易感-感染-康复模式确定流行病病例的年度单次净保费医疗保险额

The calculation of a single annual net premium for health insurance from the epidemic disease SIR model has two models, including a single annual net premium with an inpatient benefit model and a single annual net premium with a lump sum benefit model. This study used Bank Indonesia’s annual interest rate of 6,5% and the calculation used the equivalence principle. The calculation results from one of the original data obtained an annual net single premium with inpatient benefits is IDR 418,359 for a benefit IDR 1,000,000 and the single annual net premium with lump sum benefits is IDR 15,949 for a benefit of IDR 1,000,000.

Oral Motor Exercise in Improving the Movements Of The Jaw, Lip, Tongue in Case of Oral Phase Dysphagia on a Cerebral Palsy Patient 改善脑瘫患者口腔阶段性吞咽困难的下颌、嘴唇和舌头活动的口腔运动训练

The dysphagia case in children with cerebral palsy is a disorder that must be treated immediately because it will have a serious impact on the child's health and speech fluency. The Oral motor exercise method is one of the therapies to improve jaw, neck, and tongue movements in patients with cerebral palsy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the oral motor exercise on a dysphagia patient of  3-years old   with cerebral palsy disorder at Syamsudin SH Hospital, Sukabumi,  from January to March 2019. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative method with single subject experiment.  A research subject was  a patient with cerebral palsy, a 3- years old – boy who has dysphagia. The patient cannot speak and only cries and says 'AAAA' if he wanted something and the patient was choking and coughing when eating or drinking. To deal with this problem, 20 sessions of therapy and 1 evaluation were carried out. The results showed that by comparing the results of the initial test and the final test, there was an increase in the ability to move the organs of the lips, tongue, jaw, and chewing movements of the patient. In the initial test, the patient got 2 points and the final test result. the patient got 4 points which indicated 50% success scale. From the therapeutic success scale obtained, it was concluded that the therapy was quite successful.

Pricing of Aquaculture Industry Microinsurance Premiums with Standard Deviation Principle Approach (Case Study: Tasikmalaya) 采用标准偏差原则法为水产养殖业小额保险保费定价(案例研究:塔西克马拉亚)

Aquaculture is a rapidly growing industry and has enormous potential to increase the income and welfare of fish farmers. The majority of aquaculture businesses in Indonesia are small-scale cultivators, low productivity and limited business accessibility. As a result, there is an aquaculture industry that does not understand the use of aquaculture-specific financial risk management tools. Therefore, an insurance instrument is needed to manage losses that occur so as to achieve financial and income benefits, namely Micro Insurance. This study aims to calculate premium prices with a standard deviation principle approach. The data used is loss data if aquaculture cultivators do not pay in accordance with the initial capital in Tasikmalaya obtained through primary data based on the results of field surveys through questionnaires. The method of analyzing the number of event data uses the Poisson distribution, while the loss data uses the Exponential distribution. Next, calculate the parameter estimation using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation method. The results of parameter estimation are used to find a collective risk model. From the calculation results in this study, a premium price of IDR  was obtained.

Determining Pure Premium of Motor Vehicle Insurance with Generalized Linear Models (GLM) 用广义线性模型(GLM)确定机动车辆保险的纯保费

Motor vehicle insurance guarantees protection, coverage, and compensation for the risks of accidents, damages, and loss of motor vehicles. It is crucial for companies to determine appropriate insurance premium rates as a preventive measure to avoid difficulties in meeting claims filed by policyholders. This research aims to determine the pure premium of motor vehicle insurance using the Generalized Linear Models (GLM) method, which utilizes the concept of a general linear relationship between independent variables and the dependent/response variable, as well as identifying motor vehicle characteristics that influence the determination of pure premiums. The data used in this study is from Swedish motor vehicle insurance. The research aims to determine the pure premium in the data by modeling claim frequency using the Poisson distribution and claim severity using the Gamma distribution, depending on the significantly influential characteristics. The Maximum Likelihood Estimation method is employed for parameter estimation. After conducting the research, the estimated parameters , , and the pure premium of motor vehicle insurance are found to be 35,572,223.27 kr, with the characteristics influencing the pure premium being the distance traveled by the vehicle, the insured's geographic zone, and the no-claim bonus.

Pond cultivation is a promising business to be engaged in at this time, the demand for fish in the market is high, it opens opportunities for entrepreneurship in the field of fish cultivation. It is undeniable that several factors will cause crop failure in fish farming, both from weather factors and in the livestock process. If such an unexpected thing happened, the cultivators would be slightly affected. Therefore, there is a need for special insurance to protect farmers from financial losses due to possible risks, namely Fishery Microinsurance. This study aims to determine a reasonable amount of insurance premiums for small-scale shrimp pond aquaculture cultivators using the expectancy value principle calculation method. The data on the number of events uses the Poisson distribution, while the loss data uses the Exponential distribution in Pandeglang Regency. Next use the Maximum Likelihood Estimation method to calculate the parameter estimate. After that, the results of the parameter estimation are used to search for a collective risk model. Thus, the result of the premium calculation in this study was Rp 25.893.046

Analysis of Determining The Cost of Replanting for Smallholder Oil Palm Plantations Using Annuities Model with Python 使用 Python 年金模型确定小农油棕种植园重植成本的分析

Palm oil replanting is a necessary activity to enhance the productivity of aging oil palm trees. However, the high costs associated with replanting often create a financial burden for farmers. To address this issue, the study proposes the implementation of a contribution or levy system for smallholder farmers while their oil palm plantations are still productive, which would alleviate the financial burden of replanting. The research methodology employed includes a literature review and primary data collection through a survey of smallholder farmers, with the data being processed to create a mathematical model and simulated using the Python programming language. The results of this study include the development of a mathematical model for the levy and distribution of replanting costs, along with a simulation of the proposed system. This model could help smallholder farmers prepare for replanting costs, enhance the sustainability of palm oil production, and ultimately increase productivity.

Variant of Trapezoidal-Newton Method for Solving Nonlinear Equations and its Dynamics 用于求解非线性方程的梯形牛顿法变体及其动力学特性

This article introduces a novel approach resulting from the adaptation of Trapezoidal-Newton method variants. The iterative process is enhanced through the incorporation of a numerical integral strategy derived from two-partition Trapezoidal method. Through rigorous error analysis, the study establishes a third order convergence for this method. It emerges as a viable alternative for solving nonlinear equations, a conclusion substantiated by computational costs conducted on diverse nonlinear equation forms. Furthermore, an exploration of basin of attraction analyses that this method exhibits faster convergence compared to other Newton-type methods, albeit with a slightly expanded divergent region with a variant of Newton Simpson’s method.

Through rigorous error analysis, the study establishes a third order convergence for this method. It emerges as a viable alternative for solving nonlinear equations, a conclusion substantiated by computational costs conducted on diverse nonlinear equation forms. Development of Interactive Virtual Tour Based on 360-Degree Panorama Technology at the Bandung City Museum 在万隆市博物馆开发基于 360 度全景技术的交互式虚拟旅游

Virtual tours have been widely used to introduce sites or buildings, but not much in education and tourism fields. The Covid-19 Pandemic has encouraged the growth of digitalization in all fields, including the development of museum virtual tours as an effort to provide visitor access among various restrictions. Along with these developments, the Bandung City Museum seeks to present an interesting museum virtual tour that can provide the best experience to its user. The purpose of this research is to find out the development and evaluation of an Interactive Virtual Tour Based On 360-Degree Panorama Technology At The Bandung City Museum.  The research method used is Research and Development, with an analysis of potential and problems to improve the final product. The Virtual Tour allows users to navigate around the Museum building and listen to the narration, as well as read brief information about each object. For improvement, the virtual tour was also evaluated for usability by the users. Overall responses show that the virtual tour received positive feedback and was able to create satisfaction for the users, with several things to improve such as sound, images, and navigation quality.

Data Visualization for Students’ Perception Toward Online and Offline Learning in Information Technology Education Program 信息技术教育项目中学生对线上和线下学习感知的数据可视化

The comments from student about online and offline learning can be analyzed to evaluate the learning process learning quality. This study focused on visualizing the data from students' perception comments especially one class in Information Technology Education Program between face-to-face learning and online learning. The learning process is observed in order to gain some insight about the difference number of words appearance in the word cloud. The comparative results of this research will be described through data visualization in word cloud using orange software. The results of this study indicate that the words appear in the comments of students who fill out the survey form display more words refer to their choices to take offline learning compared to online learning.
通过分析学生对线上和线下学习的评价来评价学习过程和学习质量。本研究的重点是可视化的数据,从学生的感知评论,特别是一个班的信息技术教育计划在面对面学习和在线学习之间。通过对学习过程的观察,了解单词云中出现的单词数量的差异。本研究的对比结果将通过使用orange软件在word cloud中的数据可视化来描述。本研究结果表明,填写问卷的学生的评论中出现的词语与他们选择进行线下学习相比,显示出更多的词语。

One of the main problems for an agency or a company is the security of information systems. High security is needed to maintain the confidentiality and misuse of information within the organization. To improve the security of business operations and the quality of information technology resources, it is necessary to evaluate to op Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Barat Kota Bandung III, namely SIMKA BAPENDA whose function is to collect data on PKB (pajak kendaraan bermotor) and BBNKB (bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor) which manage the data computerized. The purpose of this study is to carry out a security audit of SIMKA BAPENDA at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Barat Kota Bandung III using the COBIT 5 framework and ISO/IEC 27002 to document audit findings of the information system audit of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Barat Kota Bandung III to make a report on the audit results. Based on the results of research that has been done through interviews and questionnaires using framework and using the APO13 and DSS05 sub domains, the results show that the Capability Existing is at level 1 while Capability Level is level 3 so the Capability Gap is 2.
