With probably the most aptly worded Seminar title in recent times, in today's India, these four words “Innovation”, “Concrete”, “Infrastructure”, “Challenges” are eminent and critically linked with each other. Strong willed projects like Metros, Bridges and Roads are taking existing challenges by their horns and delivering.

A sensor is a device which detects or measures a physical property and records, indicates or otherwise responds to it. Civionics is a special field of study which is a combination of Civil and Electronics. Hard Infrastructures corresponds to all types of infrastructures likeBuildings, Bridges, Industries, and Heritage Infrastructure etc. Some absolutes of structure defines as long as structures will keep on getting build, failures will keep occurring and it will keep the forensics busy for a long time. Some of primary causes of structural failure includes deferred maintenance, overloading, design flaws, material failures or combination of above. This fear of failure will put stakeholders to take action and one such action is application of sensor based civionics technologies.

Increase in use of appliances like refrigerator which consists of halocarbons and chlorofluorocarbons, they produces many harmful gas such as Freon which causes green house effect and damage the ozone layer of the earth. Also, the energy consumption is an another concern in today's world. the conventional refrigerator consumes of power ranging from 300 watt to 1500 watt, when calculated for more no of consumers can result in large amount. In this paper advance utility box is used to tackle the above problems. To reduce the emission of harmful gases and global warming, thermoelectric model (TEM) is used. TEM is used for heating and cooling of the system. In TEM, Peltier plates are the main component for heating and cooling purpose. The proposed model is compact in size, lower in cost, and eco-friendly. It is having potential application of storage of food, beverages, medicine at lower temperature and cooling of various electronic devices. This paper will give brief idea about how TEM works and it's several advantages and with the use of this how any model can be developed to the best level of it.

Architects are focusing on planning high-rise structures with various irregularities, there is a great deviation from the expected simple and symmetric configuration to irregular configurations. The IS 1893:2016 has detailed many vertical as well as horizontal irregularities in structures. Many technical papers are available on stiffness irregularity, mass irregularity, diaphragm irregularity, torsional irregularity, however no much research work is available in literature on some uncommon irregularities such as vertical geometric irregularity, floating or stub columns, non-parallel lateral force system. Thus there is a great need to investigate development of forces, displacements and storey drift in the structures with these irregularities and understand the limitations and scope for seismic safety of these structures. The analyses of structures with vertical geometric irregularities have clearly demonstrated that the column location and its position from the plane of major stiffness variation play important role in development of forces and displacements. The outcome of this research paper shall prove to be beneficial while designing structures with vertical geometric irregularity.

In the present agricultural world there is a requirement for speedier rate of creation in agrarian. As we probably are aware Agriculture is the foundation of India. In India all agriculturists confronting issues of work lack. Step by step work compensation is expanding. In India Cotton crop is developed in large amount. In the wake of yielding of cotton, the primary issue look by the agriculturists is to cut the cotton stalk. Presently a day what farmers did is cut the cotton stalk physically gather at one place and wait till the stalk get dry and after that consume that harvest. This process consume large amount of time and manpower. So our aim is to design and fabricate a power tiller operated tool which can cut and pounded of cotton stalk. In the wake of smashing the squashed yield spread on the farm. With the goal that this squashed yield is dumped into the soil and it utilized as natural manure. So profitability of soil will expand.
