Research on the Construction of Tea Marketing Information Service Platform of Shaanxi Province Under the Background of “Internet +” “互联网+”背景下陕西省茶叶营销信息服务平台建设研究

The necessity of the construction of Shaanxi tea marketing service platform is analyzed by the SWOT method in the paper. The purpose of the work is to design the overall framework of the "Internet + tea products" marketing service system guarantee platform. Relying on the network platform provided by the Internet, it can promote the informatization of traditional tea production, operation, and management. Supervisor Developmental Feedback and Employee Job Performance: Chain Mediation of Emotional Intelligence and Feedback Seeking 主管发展反馈与员工工作绩效:情绪智力与反馈寻求的链式中介作用

Feedback, one of the most common employee behavioral interventions in an organization, has a major impact on managers leading employees to achieve organizational goals and improve performance. But this is not the case. When feedback is used as a negative evaluation, employees intentionally evade or not accept, so that they cannot achieve the purpose of correcting behavior and improving performance. Supervisor development feedback, as an information-based behavior, has an important impact on employee skills development and future development, and achieves the goal of improving performance in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Through practical research, it is found that feedback is a very important factor in the process of affecting performance. When employees are able to actively seek feedback from leaders, the leadership is more supportive of employee activities, and on the other hand, employees are more able to accurately capture leadership feedback information, so as to achieve quick resolution of problems and improve work performance. Under the special background of paying attention to the philosophy of human beings in China, we incorporate emotional intelligence into the research, which can better reflect the authenticity of research and constructive suggestions for business management practice. Study on the Construction of the Service System for Intellectual Property in Chinese Universities Under the New Normal of Innovation-Driven 创新驱动新常态下我国高校知识产权服务体系建设研究

Under the new normal of innovation-driven, with continues emergence of new business formats, new technologies and new disciplines, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the connotation and practice mode of the service system for intellectual property in colleges and universities. According to the viewpoint of the system theory, the service system for intellectual property in colleges and universities can be divided into the information service system, the operation service system, the education & training service system, the financial service system and the intermediary service system. Each service system has its own system and also interrelated with other systems. On the basis of analyzing the defects of each subsystem of the service system for intellectual property in colleges and universities, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as promoting the professionalization of management service of intellectual property, perfecting the comprehensive operation system of intellectual property, innovating the mode of the cooperation of government, industry, university and research institute, overall establishing the service system of high-quality talents and the propaganda & education system of intellectual property in colleges and universities. Business Strategy and Enterprises’ Ability of Sustainable Development: Evidence from China 企业战略与企业可持续发展能力:来自中国的证据

The present study was designed to investigate whether business strategy affects firms’ ability of sustainable development. Using a sample of A-share non-financial publicly listed firms in China, this paper shows that: (1) on average, there is a negative correlation between the choice of radical strategy and the sustainable development ability of enterprises; (2) compared with non-high-tech enterprises, the above relation is more pronounced in high-tech enterprises. The findings are also robust to endogeneity checks and alternative measures of firms’ sustainable development ability. Overall, this study indicates that business strategy plays a fundamental role in enterprise operations, and the choice of radical strategy will weaken the sustainable development ability of enterprises, especially in hightech enterprises. Therefore, this study suggests that in order to improve the sustainable development ability of enterprises, it is necessary to further optimize the strategic choice of enterprises and avoid using too many radical strategic types. —Based on the high school chemistry classroom, this paper has taken the nitric acid oxidation as an example and adopted the experiment inquiry teaching mode to cultivate students' chemistry key competency. Taking the copper and nitric acid reaction experiment as the study carrier, according to the relationship between the reactants and the products of the two reactions of the copper and nitric acid and the copper and dilute nitric acid, the paper has connected five related reactions in series, which are copper and concentrated nitric acid, nitrogen dioxide and water, copper and dilute nitric acid, nitric oxide and oxygen, nitrogen dioxide and sodium hydroxide. Thus, the teaching design of experimental inquiry can fully implement the cultivation of five chemistry key competencies for students.
本文以高中化学课堂为背景,以硝酸氧化为例,采用实验探究式教学模式培养学生的化学关键能力。本文以铜与硝酸反应实验为研究载体,根据铜与硝酸、铜与稀硝酸两个反应的反应物与产物之间的关系,将铜与浓硝酸、二氧化氮与水、铜与稀硝酸、一氧化氮与氧、二氧化氮与氢氧化钠五个相关反应串联起来。因此,实验探究性的教学设计可以充分实现学生化学五项关键能力的培养。
