As a developing country, Bangladesh is undergoing a huge expansion in industrial and commercial infrastructures which is resulting in the acceleration of energy demand exponentially and it will continue in the same trend in the coming future. These growing demands have necessitated the approaches to generate energy from the sustainable resources, not only to meet the energy requirements but also to reduce GWP (Global Warming Potential), decrease CO2 emissions, and ensure cost effectiveness in the long run.

Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 is an imminent reliable precise biomarker for vascular inflammation involved in the development of unstable plaques in cardiovascular diseases. The atherosclerotic plaque formation, inflammation and rupture of arterial vessels lead to heart attacks and strokes in most of the cases. The vessel-specific inflammatory enzyme, Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 shoot ups in response to the rupture of arterial vessels having atherosclerotic plaques. The accurate measurement of Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 envisages the individual risk of a patient and the treatment can be customized based on the result.

Priority Based Switching of Loads Using PLC and SCADA 基于PLC和SCADA的负载优先切换

PLC is a medium between electrical systems and personal computers for SCADA to take input and output bits. SCADA and PLC communication systems make it possible to integrate protection control and monitor electrical parameters together for maximum benefit. The idea is to provide continuous power supply to the load, based on the priority by switching the loads. In case any one of the sources is absent i.e., source 1, source 2 and source 3, then automatically the least priority load cuts-off and first priority load gets supply continuously.

A study was carried out to identify and isolate pathogenic bacterial population present on the common gadgets of college going students. These gadgets if harboured with microbes can cause serious diseases to the bearer causing serious impact on their health. A total of 100 samples of college bags, purses, wrist watches and mobile phones of staff and students from the college campus were randomly collected.

Studies on women entrepreneurship have witnessed rapid growth over the past 30 years. The field is in an adolescence stage with a considerable number of journal articles, literature reviews, and books being published on women entrepreneurs. The article seeks to draw and shed light on the work of women in the community to set out an activity theory framework for the analysis of entrepreneurs engaged in the creation of new business ventures by women groups that are mediated through a range of strategies, initiating different business models implemented by women-led groups to ensure sustainable economic activities. Key stakeholders, women-led associations, corporate ventures, business development practitioners, civil society leaders, and local government officials are involved in brainstorming and discussion sessions to validate data and information.
