Resource conflicts in Indonesia have been going on for a long time, especially regarding land ownership and natural resources such as gold, nickel, oil and gas and others. This conflict involves the state, companies and indigenous communities. One example is the conflict between Freeport and the Papuan people regarding gold mining there. These conflicts can be analyzed using Resource Warfare, Asymmetric Warfare, and State Defense theories. The aim of this research is to analyze resource conflicts in Indonesia using these theories, as well as looking at the role of resources in winning asymmetric wars. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting a literature review of the theories of Resource Warfare, Asymmetric Warfare, and State Defense, as well as case studies of resource conflicts in Indonesia such as Freeport in Papua, Newmont in Sulawesi, and Pongkor in West Java. Data was collected from various references and then analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis show that resource conflicts in Indonesia can be understood through Resource Warfare and Asymmetric Warfare theories. Countries, companies and indigenous communities compete for resources for their respective interests. In an asymmetric war, possession of resources such as gold and nickel becomes important to win the war. Meanwhile, State Defense theory explains the state's efforts to defend its sovereignty and security regarding this resource conflict.

There are several methods for solving nonlinear equations, each method has a different number of iterations. This study aims to compare the number of iterations required by the Bisection, Regula Falsi, and Secant Method in finding the roots of an equation. These three methods were tested using two different equations in the Python programming language. From each equation in this study, Bisection Method requires thirteen and eighteen iterations, Regula Falsi Method requires nine and eight iterations, while Secant Method requires five iterations. From these three methods, Secant Method requires the fewest number of iterations, Regula Falsi Method requires a greater number of iterations than the Secant Method but less than the Bisection Method, and Bisection Method requires the highest number of iterations.

Pneumonia is an acute lower respiratory tract disease that affects the lung parenchyma, including the alveoli and interstitial tissue. Radiological examination is considered the gold standard in confirming the diagnosis of pneumonia. The curriculum aims to emphasize the role of ultrasound (USG) in the form of Lung Ultrasound Score (LUS) in diagnosing and monitoring pneumonia. LUS examination is simple, easy to use, cost-effective, non-invasive, and reduces radiation exposure. This tool demonstrates high sensitivity and specificity compared to chest X-rays and CT scans of the chest. However, this diagnostic tool is operator-dependent, hence requiring standardized skills and expertise among operators to diagnose pneumonia consistently.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a survey method. This research was conducted in Teluk Meranti Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency Riau, the data source of this research was determined by purposive sampling technique consisting of parents who have children aged 4-6 years. Data were collected by interview through a questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using Miles & Huberman (1992) including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The analyzed data were then tested for validity using triagulation techniques. The results of this study shows three findings (1) there are three types of parenting patterns applied by parents in Teluk Meranti Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency Riau, namely 70% democratic parenting patterns seen in the provisions of rules that do n't burden children, giving advice and directions to children, and good communication in the family, Then authoritarian parenting 20% where parents tend to give physical punishment, few communications rooms, and permissive parenting 10% parents give freedom without parental supervision of children . (2) Religious characters result from democratic parenting are praying, fasting, familiarizing the words please, sorry, and thank you you, darling greetings, darling the creed, helping each other, keeping the environment clean and loving living things.

This article explores the pivotal role of doctoral-level medical education in enhancing the quality of health facility services. Through a comprehensive examination of Doctoral programs, it underscores their significance in shaping competent healthcare professionals. Emphasizing clinical training, interprofessional education, research, and continuous professional development, Doctoral programs prepare doctors to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care. The article suggests further research avenues including assessing learning methodologies' impact, evaluating healthcare service performance post-educational interventions, comparative analyses of international programs, examining emerging technology's influence, developing innovative curriculum models, and conducting cost-benefit analyses. These efforts aim to deepen understanding and advance healthcare delivery globally.

In 2020, during COVID-19 pandemic, to maintain the smooth flow of work and reduce the chance of getting infected and transmitting the virus, businesses had no choice but to shut down the offices and adapt remote working. The development of information and communication technologies has made it possible for workers to work remotely without much difficulty. Like everything, working from home has upsides and downsides of its own. Thus, the objective of this study was to describe the benefits of remote working along with the challenges that comes with it. With the help of existing literature, the study also identified organizational practices that will improve the experience of remote working for employees. The research finds that setting clear goals, use of appropriate communication tools, establish clear remote work policies and norms, flexibility, timely performance assessment and feedback, and mental health assistance enhances the successful implementation and employee’s experience in remote working.
